HAPPY NEW YEAR, my brothers, sisters, spirits and sasquatches!  We’re ringing in 2019 with an episode of the very first series we featured here on Content Abnormal, The Shadow!  We’re presenting Bret Morrison for the first time as the man who “clouds men’s minds so they cannot see him” in a drama entitled “The Giant Of Madras”.  McBlaggin will also play for you all an excerpt of “Meditation” from the Jules Massenet opera Thais.
Okay, I, your main monstrocity want to take a moment to mention the sites who help to make this show possible:  oldradioworld.com, archive.org, oldtimeradidownloads.com and free-classic-radio-shows.com.  The non-monster folk, Nomons we call 'em, who run these sites make lots and lots of old time radio dramas available to listen to in their entirety for free.  So, if you're feeling like listening to something juicy but you kind of want to make it a Frankentyner-less Friday night, go on ahead and check 'em out.  In looking for abnormal content to present on our own show, I've extracted exciting episodes from each of those sites so I thank the Nomons who maintain them.
