#artists on tumblr #monster of the week #MOTW #vampires #society of the stream #Menault Delescous #I've been playing his D&D idealistic new dad version so much I've forgotten he's a centuries-old brooding edgelord in Xochilt's campaign #which for context motw delescous is a vampire who can turn into mist #the caveat being whenever he reforms he does so wearing what he was wearing when his ability first manifested #which was full plate armor #so extremely convenient for putting on plate armor in a hurry #but not so much for wearing anything else #so after 600 years he's just given up and walks around in his armor 90% of the time #to the point where it's become a common prank to convince new SoS members that he's a haunted suit of armor #meanwhile D&D delescous is just a half-elf paladin with social anxiety #''harbor did you just change his armor color two days later'' yeah turns out his armor probably would've been blued #which would have been nice for me to have found out before I posted this to instagram but lmao what are you gonna do
