EASY TO UNDERSTAND ASTROLOGY #2

mercury in aries: direct, candid and uncomplicated way of thinking and communicating. very opinionated and doesn't mind or can even enjoy argumentative and aggressive ways of talking and expressing thoughts. thoughts progress quickly and they do best in fast paced conversations and thinking on their feet. they don't stay too focused on the same thing for long. they are tactless but rarely dull (enthusiastic).

mercury in taurus: slow-moving, stubborn and thorough way of thinking and communicating. very practical, sometimes even to the point of valuing practicality over morals and ethics. they are conservative and thick-headed, meaning their opinions can be hard to sway and they can frustrate others because it can be hard to make things "get through" to them. their way of communicating often makes others take them seriously and they can be depended on for consistency. they can prefer demonstrations and (sensual) activities over talking.

mercury in capricorn: pragmatic, methodical and concentrated way of thinking and communicating. they are great at analysing and come to precise, cut and dry conclusions. they often feel the need to prove themselves with their observations or contributions to discussions. they are bland and unimaginative in their communication style and fail to be engaging, especially when trying to teach or lead (more so if capricorn is also the sun sign). they have trouble adding their own "flair" to things and their trying attempts to be eloquent can come across as being self-unaware, boring and conceited to others - it can be hard for them to be natural and humorous though this is a helpful focus for them to advance.

mercury in aquarius: progressive, unique and detached way of thinking and communicating. they are observant, objective and intellectual but can easily think their way of thinking is superior to others, making them uncompromising and arrogant. they are good at being lighthearted and amusing but they have trouble communicating on a deeper level and are awkward about emotional matters. their knack for observation can lead them to being nosy and intrusive which is often a turn off for the people around them. while this placement is known for sparks of genius, they can sometimes have trouble successfully building upon these ideas or epiphanies due to their chaotic nature. they have a natural inclination to go against the rules and even play devil's advocate.

mercury in pisces: dreamy, imaginative and emotional way of thinking and communicating. since the sign pisces itself operates primarily in the subconscious realm, their thoughts can come to them in images and feelings rather than coherent sentences to be expressed. they can be poetic, entertaining and funny communicators due to this, naturally expressing thoughts that create great imagery and elicit specific emotions. however, they are also often confusing and say something completely different to what they're thinking (they can think of the colour blue and say red), this combined with their tendency to daydream can make them seem spacey. they are compassionate and are easily swayed by emotions. they are also not rational and can jump to obscure or dramatic conclusions. they can be easily lied to or can have a tendency to easily lie to others.

reminder: mercury can only be in the sign of or one sign away from the sun. the way someone's mercury interacts with their sun sign is very important and should be considered, even aside from house placements and aspects (that's also why when you read these they may sound similar to some sun signs in your life too).

Decided to make a part 2, didn't expect the first one to get more than, like, 50 notes 😅

Based on just my personal experience, might not be true for everyone! ᵔᴗᵔ

┊ ˚➶ ｡˚ Contrary to the stereotypes, I don't think I've ever met a two faced Gemini. They honestly seem pretty cool people, they have so many friends and they just know how to communicate, you know? Their relationship with their partner looks really wholesome to outsiders too (but could be just me viewing it this way, lol). If anything, I think they just stand out more, which makes it a bit more difficult to approach them. 🤷‍♀️

┊ ˚➶ ｡˚ Gemini sun girls also have something aesthetic about them, like my cousin has a nice academia aesthetic going on in her life and a classmate from uni has this high-end fashion sense, she looks really pretty everytime (For some reason, when I think of Geminis, I'm envisioning luxury parties with champagne and brands like YSL and Louis Vuitton, that's the vibe I get) ✨

┊ ˚➶ ｡˚ People with Sagittarius in their big three (sun, moon, rising) are some of the most outgoing people I know. They have so many connections and, once their schedule allows it, they start planning coffee dates, hangouts with their friends, clubbing etc. A friend of mine can literally NOT stay at home the entire day, he just HAS to go out or meet up with people for at least 2-3 hours. 🏙️

Because I feel like we kind of build our own world and the universe has to remind us that life isn't always perfect, lol 💭

┊ ˚➶ ｡˚ My dear Aquarians, why the pessimism? Rather than overthinking everything and imagining the worst scenarios possible, how about you try focusing more on positive things? Even if it's just something small each time, it helps you view your daily life in a better light :)

┊ ˚➶ ｡˚ Speaking of Aquas, I've noticed that most of you guys also don't really like being alone for too long. Sure, you want to have your me time (it's fine, we all do) but you also can't stand not having company around. Like, you'll randomly decide to stay in and spend some time alone but then you'll get upset and start calling your friends and family. A friend of mine cannot stand being alone for too long, even if we spend the whole day together, he hates being home on his own, to the point where he sometimes straight up takes the bus back to his hometown. It's wonderful that you enjoy spending so much time with others (I could never, lolll) but try picking up a hobby when you don't have the chance to be around people as much. It'll kind of distract you from loneliness and give you the chance to have some quality time with yourself 🧩

Edit: Bonus Observations

So a lot of you guys commented that Aquarius actually prefers solitude and could easily pass time all by themselves, so I looked into the charts of the social Aquas I know irl and see what it is that makes them so outgoing and talkative;

(I didn't include houses because I haven't gotten to confirm their birth times)

• My friend has Saturn in Gemini, which can make people talkative in any situation (I also have this placement and, although I see myself as an introverted homebody, I am surprisingly pretty chatty and enjoy going out with people that make me happy). Truly, he always gives something to talk about with everyone he knows, sometimes he'll start a conversation with another friend of his while I'm standing there not knowing what to say or do in the meantime, like 🧍‍♀️?

• He also has Mars in Sagittarius and Jupiter in Leo; energetic, lively and outgoing, thrives when surrounded by people. He almost never gets tired of hanging out with people, my low social battery could never 😅

• Other than her sun, my mom also has Aquarius in her Mercury, which makes her friendly and likeable, plus she enjoys conversing with people.

• Another thing about my mom, her placements are a bit contradictory; She has Sun in Aquarius, Moon in Virgo, and Uranus and Pluto in Libra - These indicate shyness, independence and introversion. Truly, she prefers doing things on her own most of the time and doesn't open up to just anyone. She also used to be very shy around my age (probably because of Virgo moon?). However, she also has Jupiter and Neptune in Sagittarius, which make her more adventurous, outgoing, charming and humorous. So that would probably explain this whole 'outgoing yet independent yet still can't be lonely' vibe she gives me.

Astrology observations I made pt 3

DISCLAIMER- Placements will not play out the same way for everyone and having challenging placements + aspects does not mean that you are a bad person or that you will have a bad life

-At worst Aquarius mercuries can have very little to no tact. They will say the most out-of-line things to people and not care about how others feel

-At worst, Pisces moons tend to lie when there is no need to lie and they will make you question your own reality, no problem. Substance abuse may or may not be an issue

-People with Uranus in the 6th house either are very accident/injury prone or are always jumping from job to job. That placement can also indicate developing sudden allergies and food intolerances or getting sick often

-People with Neptune in the 11th house tend to watch their friends interact amongst themselves like an outsider looking in, I’d even compare it to a ghost watching the living go about their day. Their friends often forget to include them in conversations/activities

-people with Neptune in the 4th house tend to have a lot of family secrets that even they won’t know about for a very long time or have spiritual gifts passed down to them (think of having the same gift of clairvoyance as your grandmother and your great-grandmother). Other ways it may manifest includes substance abuse, mental health issues and the absence of emotional support in their homes/family

-Virgo moons are absolute worrywarts. They will overthink (often negatively) the outcome of something before it happens or before they even try

-I can see a possible manifestation of Saturn in the 6th house being the native getting formally diagnosed with health issues later than they should have because they are too focused on their job/daily responsibilities to pay attention to their body. Or the whole time they have been complaining about symptoms, doctors could not figure out what was wrong with them until much later

-People with pluto in the 7th house may have issues with power dynamic in their intimate relationships, like having a control freak for a partner or them wanting to be in control of everything in the relationship

mars is aggression and drive (how we go after what we want) and mars is exalted in capricorn, meaning those with mars in capricorn (unless debilitated) are extremely efficient in going after what they want, achieving extraordinary results. however, this is largely due to how forceful, pushy, even selfish mars in capricorn can be - mowing down everyone and everything in their path to achieve their goals.

throughout snowfall we see franklin become increasingly ruthless, cold and outright cruel - all due to his relentless and unwavering ambition.

at first, franklin is not aggressive and even impresses those around him as a rather mild-mannered momma’s boy but he is already driven and brave. his need to go after what he wants and achieve his goals pushes him into places (and to people) that would easily turn others away. even when he is taken down the first few times, he shows very high resilience. no matter what, he keeps moving forward and he is extremely hardworking - once franklin had an objective in his sights that’s all he could see.

in the final season, faced with his highest challenge yet, he becomes so callous and violent that he ultimately turns on his own family and enlists the help of their known enemies (allying with anyone to fuel his goals). while his best friend stays loyal to him, in the end, even he refuses to enable franklin’s selfish ambition and distances himself.

snowfall’s story showcases a great progression of someone becoming undone by their mars in capricorn. from brave, resilient and hardworking to being obsessed with greed, power and control.

People really want you to apologize, for protecting your peace. My walls bother you, cuz your ass can’t get me! There’s a reason you’re taking it personal. Why would I apologize, because you were hurt by my boundary?

You wouldn’t be hurt unless, you were doing something that wasn’t in my best interest. So instead of understand why I chose to not speak to you & cut you off— you try to villainize me, guilt trip or motivational forgiveness speech me into lowering my guard, allow you back in, brushing everything under the rug, or find ways to manipulate me to alter my boundaries and basically abandon my self-respect.

When I refuse, not only do you refuse to take accountability or apologize. You say “have a nice life”.

— and I will. I will continue to go on finding peace & you will never be a thought. It hurts you that for years, you were never a thought in my mind. When I was at my best & cherishing the freest moments of my life— you weren’t a factor. Yet, for years you built up all this resentment & hatred towards me, for not allowing you to treat me like shit anymore.

Mercury in Aries - Try to exercise more patience, less sense of urgency. This can generate a lot of anxiety. Look at the other options more openly. Be careful not to impose too much your thinking on others, and this ends up generating several conflicts around you. tips: meditation, breathing exercises.

Mercury in Taurus: Work on adapting to changes in plans, understand that not everything will go the way you planned. Understanding things in a practical and objective way is important, but being open to other ways of interpreting can be great. Don't be inflexible with life itself and with the change of direction. Work your mind to understand points in life that may go unnoticed by your mind, still focused on thinking like years ago.

Mercury in Gemini - Don't push yourself mentally - your mind does a lot of work in an entire day. Try to analyze things before starting them. Know something in more depth before you believe you know them. Take time to rest your mind and do something that relaxes you, that doesn't influences your thoughts. And I say this for the tendency to feel anxiety. Try as much as possible to remove simultaneous stimuli from (study) environments, this will greatly impact your productivity and efficiency.

Mercury in Cancer: Don't analyze things solely on the basis of emotions. This may be how you function and this is who you are, this is your essence, but that doesn't mean that nothing can improve. Emotions are important, but understand that not everything the other does can be based on an emotional issue. Don't hold annoyances, as they can surface in the future, contaminating the interpretation of situations and people. In short: don't take things personally.
