Question for screen reader users below the read more.

Hi! I always do alt text for my meme posts and I changed how I do it recently after learning that capitalization and punctuation are very important for screen readers, so it is now whatever the post says with the addition of capitals and punctuation. My question is, should I still be including the usernames of the people who originally posted or replied? As someone who doesn't use a screen reader to navigate social media, when I see text posts like this, sometimes I like to go look up the accounts of some of them, which you would obviously need the username for, which is why I include it. I am worried, though, that this inclusion may make it clunky to listen to, or the way I format the alt text might also be hard on screen readers. If you do use a screen reader, please let me know how I can improve my image descriptions! (Also, do adding quotation marks help distinguish what is the text on screen and what is the description of everything else?)
