Nadi: [sits in front of piano] I think I will stay

[Chime finds himself peering through the portal and sees Nadi with her back turned to the other direction]

Chime: [he is caught midway in the portal and it slows his speech] Nadi...come back, my love. Come back to me

Nadi: Chime?

[Nadi turns around and sees him]

Chime: [starts to slowly get pulled back] I need you...

Nadi: [happy to see him] Chime!

[Chime gets pulled back more into the portal, unable to say anything more]

Nadi: wait, don't go!

[Chime is gone]

Nadi: [crying] I need to go to him

Ming-Z-Lu: [appears] are you sure you want to go back?

Nadi: yes. I'll try walking through again

Ming-Z-Lu: then I guess I'll see you later. Just don't forget what is coming

Nadi: [Nadi approaches the portal] thank you...for protecting me

While I'm writing this new fic, an idea just popped like... the Ace trio swapped bodies with my MC trio.

Imagine Durante swapping bodies with Caesar. Old boi is beyond pissed that not only is he stuck inside some privileged asshole's body, he also has to pretend around his equally privileged family. Luckily, he still has his powers (which spells bad for the other Gattusos). Probably learns to sympathize once he learns more about his life. Will leave a valuable infernal artifact to NoNo (witch solidarity).

Marisol with Johann....this is going to be a doozy. She's gonna spend 90% of her time conducting ungodly experiments on her new body. Comes to trust him over the course, though it'll be slow. Definitely a lot snarkier than Johann so it'll caught people off guard. Just like Durante, she still has her abilities which she uses to annoy the living Hell out of Anjou and the School Board. Will leave behind a useful AI that only obeys him and those close to him.

Luminous is considered to be the luckiest when he's swapped with Isidore. Izzy definitely won't do anything out of the ordinary but one thing people will notice is how crazy good he is when it comes to human psychology. Can get away with most problems by being effortlessly charming. Also Ming. Z. Lu can't do anything drastic unless he wanted two powerful demons after his ass(Mingfei will definitely asks pointers once he gets his body back)

Ming-Z-Lu: to avoid Odin. You may not remember that part because he messed with your memories

Nadi: I do actually remember now. Odin was collecting dragon corpses and embryos to raise an army against the Dark King. And he would carry them to the Hall of Heroes

Ming-Z-Lu: exactly. So, I told Mai to hide you in that cave to keep you away from him, and then I led Renata to you. When I figured out that Osho's Blade was still alive, inhabiting the body of yet another dragon, I knew I had to plan ahead

Nadi: you knew I was going to die?

Ming-Z-Lu: it was one prediction of many. I knew I had to keep you out of Odin's reach somehow. I've grown fond of Lu Mingfei...ahem...Luminous and his friends. So, you are actually free to go when you are ready. But I'd rather keep you here and have you join my organization

Nadi: organization?

Ming-Z-Lu: The Mingze Faction. We could use more dragons and Hybrids

Nadi: I don't know...

Okay so many Dragon Raja spoilers (including some not in the game so proceed only if you know the story)

Also, I still don’t get the Lu Mingfei/Lu Mingze situation that well so I might make mistakes

So, we know Nidhogg made a rule about twins sharing the 4 thrones. We know the Norton/Constantine & the Fenrir/Jormungard duos already, and we also know the rule may be applied to Nidhogg himself (as for what I know he’s the combination of Mingfei and Mingze who are also kind of brothers). Izanami seems to be the only exception, being reborn as a combination from Erii, Chisei and Chime and Herzog/Osho/I can’t remember his 3rd identity. So, should the sibling trio be considered a single half? Should we only count Erii and Osho (they fit the weak twin/strong twin with a weakness rule and if I recall well only Erii is an actual part of the dragon)? Is Izanami an exception to the rule? I haven’t reached the siblings death in the manhua yet and I only saw their death in the game once so sorry if I said some nonsense lol

Johann Chu & Bennett

Johann probably saved Bennett from a horde of hillchurls and took him straight back to Mondstadt. Noticed how difficult the trip was but doesn't link it to Bennett;. Doesn't believe that Bennett is cursed with bad luck despite everything that happens around Bennett. Because of that, he’s the only other member in the Benny’s Adventure Team. At some point, Johann would start believing that Bennett is cursed but instead of leaving him, He’ll try to fix. Gonna fight all four winds and Barbatoes just to get it removed

Bennett would end up seeing Johann as cool older brother after he saved him. Gets really confused on why Johann doesn't believe he has bad luck but is happy that he can hang out without his bad luck ruining everything. Cried when Johann joined his team. 

They're a funny duo when it comes to commissions lol Bennett is overly excited about it and Johann is taking it so seriously like it's a life or death mission and not a food delivery.

Finger Von Frings & Scaramouche

Tbh with y'all, this came to me when I drank coffee for the first time and couldn't sleep for hours. There were so many insane thoughts and this one is one of the more tamer ones

This friendship would happen under very specific circumstances. One of them being:

Finger faking being a fatui agent and get puts with Scaramouche. Finger doesn't understand why everyone is wishing him luck until he meets the guy. Scaramouche would absolutely hate Finger and make him do everything in hopes that he'll leave. But Finger can't leave due to his mission so he sticks around despite the constant insults, threats, and demands. So now Scaramouche is very confused because Finger has stayed around for the longest time and hasn't tried to leave. So after a few more days of confused Scaramouche watching Finger and realizing that he's not a bumbling idiot that's always hungry but a genius. They have their friendship moment happen either in Scaramouche’s office with some drinks or around the campfire when everyone is asleep.

Their dynamic wouldn't change too much, Scaramouche would still insult Finger and complaint about him, but very protective tho. Only he can call Finger a moron, anyone else who tries will perish 😊 Finger would give him a nickname is a part of the exclusive club “can touch Scaramouche’s hat without dying”. I thought this won't last long with Finger being undercover....

Just two ppl that lost their family members and is now helping everyone and their problems.

The shared experience would help them be more open to each other. Both of them are willing to listen to the other rant or cry about their responsibilities.

A cute friendship where they have each other to reply whenever things get to them

so onism met z again. first thing i did when we were about to get on the helicopter was give him a hug(aka ran up to him and got as close as possible-). that goodbye made me sad and all i could say when eva called was

on another note, HE CALLED ME FRIEND! i knew he liked me. i was lowkey starting to doubt it since the wiki only mentioned renata, we fought together and he dragged me along the whole time and i think the whole brought into the dream space could have been so herzog didn’t immediately kill me(and totally not so i could see luminous’s pov)
