Multiversal Fusion Music: Vile Side Story

(80's Slasher)

All level(s): Neo Nexus City backstreets.

All playable characters: Mitchel Slasher and Dream Killer.

Objective: Find and hunt for all targeted criminals suspected to be supporters for the rebellion and exterminate any and all witnesses that may be in the area.

Dream Killer, after sharpening claws: Remember that defective drone? What was 'is name?...Ah right! N! *He began loading his "Final Sleep" shotgun with new experimental shells*

Mitchel Slasher, as he grabbed the Glyph-blades he's recently perfected: Rrrgh? (Why?)

Dream Killer, as he held the neon yellow shell in hand: 'Cuz the eggheads got an idea to make these new nanite-acid shells to really give the hurt to all them bots and armored cowards that've been getting in our way!!

*He had shot a nearby armored testing dummy to see how it does...Dream Killer smiled as it ate through both the armor and dummy in mere seconds...*

Dream Killer, after blowing the smoke away: And I've been itching to test it on live prey~...

Mitchel Slasher, after twirling his main blade effortlessly: Mrrhgh hrrhm. (Then let's get to work.)

Recently watched: Italian horror maestro Mario Bava’s slasher movie Blood and Black Lace (1964). Tagline: “A fashion house of glamorous models becomes a terror house of blood!” A sadistic masked and gloved serial killer is relentlessly stalking and murdering his way through the fashion models of the chic haute couture salon run by ultra-rich designer Cristina (Eva Bartok) and her lover Max (Cameron Mitchell). (Picture a procession of fiercely elegant women wearing cocktail dresses with impeccable beehive hairdos getting gruesomely murdered one by one). I’m no expert on Bava - the only other film of his I’ve seen is Black Sunday (1960) with cult movie queen Barbara Steele – but wow, what a stylist! From the credits to the white-knuckle finale, with the soundtrack (Latin exotica, heavy on the bongos), costumes, baroque sets and lighting (characters are routinely bathed in fuchsia or green neon, even when that light source makes no sense) Bava envelopes you in a supremely alluring vision. Perhaps inevitably, there are vivid splashes of red: an incriminating leather-bound diary, handbags, telephones - and of course - plumes of blood. The victims’ grisly deaths still pack a genuinely nasty jolt. (As Slant magazine put it, “The killings in Blood and Black Lace are still disturbing yet have the vitality of pop art”). An additional bonus: the juicy overripe performances from Hollywood’s Cameron Mitchell and Hungary’s Eva Bartok, both veterans of European co-productions. (The same year, Mitchell starred opposite Jayne Mansfield in the truly wild German exploitation flick Dog Eat Dog – what a career!).

Don’t forget his other creations, like the Age Accelerator-inator (to age any non-immortal enemies to dust), the Mime-Inator (easy restraints for enemies via invisible boxes), the Juice-inator (basically the same as the Metal Destruct-inator, but on anything and with juice as the end result instead of broccoli), the "I-don't-care-Inator" (Instant apathy in enemies with only the same inator able to undo it), among many, many others. Oh, and the Chicken-replace-inator. That’ll be fun.

Also, how do you think everyone would think of Doof? (Since it seems like you deem him only for the Cosmicverse, which does make sense, could you include Goldie in that? My WoL would be intrigued with Doof, but gets over his eccentricities very quickly thanks to seeing crazy stuff on a regular basis even outside of the Adventureverse/Cosmicverse)

I feel like some would work worse on others since The Four Horsemen (Rex, Dream Killer, Mitchel Slasher, and Tex Butcher) are both immortal and are already apathetic to everything as it is and also just keep coming back no matter what.

Jackrow would at first be worried that he might betray them but would definitely be relieved after finding out that it's just the way he acts.

Luz would just think of him as the strange but fun uncle who has his heart in the right place.

Goldie and Molly would at first be weirded out by him but would get used to him since they've now seen a whole bunch of weird s*** before.

Uzi and Hank would be incredibly annoyed by him at first but would slowly deal with it and be fine with him. Hank would've otherwize shot him had he not proved his worth by taking down a whole horde of crystallized ones with his Leaf-blower-inator and pushing them off a cliff.

awwwww im cleaning off my desk for the first time since february (rip) and i found some post its from when i first started the slasher fic with notes like “the mixtape SURVIVES” (originally it was a nothing plot prop that got shattered </3) “BEWARE OF BEARS” and “travis flirts with mitchell” hahaha the essentials

#i also found the note where i planned out the chapters like chap 1 - summer camp slasher nico pov :))))#chapter 2 - will pov scream #chap 3 IT <3 #and all done!#estimated each chapter to be 10k <3333 i will admit i sent this plan to rina and she laughed #also in the first draft k/n/m met the stolls at the ER immediately after being brought in but ultimately this didnt work at all #(brought in from their night of hell<3)#however mitchell did throw up on connors shoes before they even spoke once and connors still like. uh. hey. u live round here?#u have a name? please tell me your name #hahahaha #slasher fic
