I THINK I'VE CRACKED THE WELCOME HOME MORSE CODE SECRET (⚠️WH spoilers!)

So, I don't think I've seen anyone here that managed to translate the morse code you can listen to right here! : https://www.clownillustration.com/neighbor

As you can see, it appears that Home is trying to tell us something, and it is hinted to be Morse code. However, since the code is made out of Home's noises, it's very hard to translate!

Thankfully, I think I've cracked it!

It's going to be tough exactly explaining what I did, so bear with me! (sorry for the messy notes haha!)

Basically, there are two kinds of noises in the audio. You can hear a door handle, and a key turning in a lock. (at least that's how I've interpreted them!)

A door handle is a dot, and a key is a dash.

Making this distinction, I wrote down what I heard and tried to separate the sounds into letters, both with the help of the audio and a morse code translator. After several tries, I found a word that works! ⬇️

Home says "HELLO"!

Does that confirm that Home knows about us? Does it try to communicate with us like Wally?

EDIT : I've seen people say that the morse code could translate to "Help" or "Help me". This made me curious if I could be wrong, and so I went back to the secret link to check.

After checking, re-cheching again and again, I have an answer. There aren't enough noises in morse code to spell "help me", first of all. I tried really hard to make the noises fit, but it just does not work. Same thing for "help", it does not fit. The noises can't really translate to a "p", or an "m". And even if they somehow do, we would have to ignore the moments of silence that indicate the seperation between letters. And as you know, that's not how morse code works. You need to hear dots and/or dashes that directly follow each other, with a short silence before and after, to spell a letter.

Furthermore, I am absolutely positive we hear 3 key turnings (dashes) at the very end of the audio, which translates into an "o". Considering everyone seems to agree that the audio most definetly starts with "Hel" at the very least. It seems just logical that the audio can only say "hello".

In conclusion : I am pretty confident that the correct translation is "Hello". It fits correctly with what we can hear and it makes sense with the current information we have about WH.

Yeah that was the scene where I felt the coolest I have ever felt.

Immediately as it starts beeping I thought "it's morse code" and started listening. Because I might be a weirdo, but I also have Adhd so I know a fuck ton of stuff that is not necessary at all for me to know. Like morse code.

The pure power of knowledge I felt when I slowly turned to my friends in the theater and whispered "it just beeped out "it's me" in morse code that so fucking cool"

I will never achieve that sort of satisfaction that my useless hyperfixation from years ago made me understand a minor detail in a fucking fnaf movie.

Guys omg Wylan should learn Morse code.

like he’d be so good at it because he’s good at memorizing and it would be a great way to teach him to “read” (he can’t like actually read but I don’t know how else to put it). it just dots and dashes so he’s be able to understand it.

And I feel like he’d have fun learning it and then teaching the other crows so Kaz could send him super secret message or Jesper could talk with him during merchant council meetings. He could leave sweet messages for his mom and Jesper around the house.

So q!Missa comes back again when Phil’s not there (L for our nation) and it’s more time with both the eggs, probably in a safe location and to be honest, q!Bad probably shows up because of the two eggs + probably Dapper so three

At some point, Chayanne lets Tallulah in on the obvious plan to have q!Phil and q!Missa bond some more because it’s painfully obvious they care and love each other in their own unique love languages

Dapper probably gets in on it and there is an idea since Chayanne and Tallulah admitted that Phil called Missa a wet cat and that’s all they had to go off of really, since it’s been a while since they interacted with the eggs present

The pitch? The eggs bring up Phil in the convo between Bad and Missa when it could fit and say that Missa should slow blink at Phil while holding eye contact because that’s how cats show affection and Phil has referred to him as a wet cat endearingly

The one problem is q!Phil is a bird and has no clue on cat behaviours like that and so he thinks something might be wrong with Missa’s eyesight or eyes

Eggs play more matchmaking and say it’s a way cats so affection since Phil called Missa is a wet cat, and to slowly blink back at him to show affection as well, just like how Phil gives shinys and Missa searches and makes shinys for Phil

Phil tries it and also gets really happy when Missa freaks out over it, so he keeps doing it to see Missa happy

Tldr: Missa plays into the wet cat thing by using cat ways to say I love you, Phil is confused, eggs help them bond like always
