I've never made a post of my moss finds, but the park was just so lush on this day, I had to share. It's hard to get good pictures of them but there are several trees who's branches are almost completely covered in this vibrant green fur, it's just gorgeous.
I don't know much about mosses and I've never put myself to the task of identifying one, but I would like to get to know them better. Robin Kimmerer's Gathering Moss is on my book list atm, I really enjoyed Braiding Sweetgrass.
I'd love to hear some ID suggestions for these guys!
Forest is green and smells alive again. It makes me so happy <3 Work on final qualification work is in progress. Please cross your fingers for me that I’ll handle it and break this barrier of yet unknown.
