Fun fact i spent like a week and a half on those wings, took like 12 bottles of fabric paint LMFAO it was quite the undertaking!! WORTH IT

Realized I don't consistently draw Grimms or Markoth wings in a consistent style, so I decided to draw all of the moths' wings so I can have something to go off when drawing them, at least for now. I will say already, probably going to change Markoth and Seer's wings as their wings are just single colored and I didn't have any good ideas of how to design them.

so last year at the renaissance faire i made luna moth wings (and some loosely inspired silk moth wings for a friend) so i could be a luna moth fairy and i have not stopped thinking about it since

1. i can sew now

2. i’m way better at making the wings now

3. there are so many moths and i am so autistic about them

so anyway this year i want to make a new moth fairy costume and hand make every peice. my current frontrunners are rosy maple moth and silk moth

the pink is a sketch of what i would want the rosy maple moth costume to look like, the right is silk moth
