Also I wanted to talk a bit about DID but as I'm not an expert I think it would be better if a just share the channel of someone who know about this subject
Here's a channel in English
And here's one in Spanish
Both are guys with DID, I actually just watch the second but they recommend a lot the other so am I'll do it too
(I don't know much about DID so sorry if I did something wrong)

Mulciplicity May!
Day 1: Discovery
We discovered our system on December 16th 2019! We had done a lot of research on systems and plurality, symptoms, etc and came to the conclusion that we’re a system! We’re still questioning our origins but we’re very glad to be here.

MultiplicityMay Day 1 - Discovery
[Warning: this post does mention some abuse that has happened in our life.]
Discovering we were multiple is a slog of dismissal of symptoms and denial up until our early 20s. During our late childhood we had some vague sense of something being at play in our mind but we didn't understand what we were experiencing. We did experience amnesia, had extreme trouble communicating with another, and few of us were on friendly terms making our lack of understanding even worse. As with our autism and early symptoms of severe gender dysphoria our symptoms were dismissed and ignored or we were actively punished (physically and verbally) for not conforming to what family expected.
As a teenager our multiplicity became more and more apparent with every passing year but our need to 'appear normal" out of fear of punishment lead to us to hide our deteriorating mental health due to our lack of cohesion and our untreated dissociative symptoms. This added to our continued lack of support for gender dysphoria, autism, childhood trauma, and depression did not help our mental and emotional health in the slightest. Around age 16 (2005) we gained access to the internet and stumbled upon the concept of multiplicity and related topics some months later. Our realization started off well at first as we quickly started matching symptoms and experiences as we read more and more. However, fear and anxiety lead to us panicking and rejecting the idea that we could be multiple because we *had* to be normal because anything else would lead to punishment.  This lead to a period in our life when our mental and emotional health hit an all time low. The tiny spark of cooperation that had tentatively gotten people within our system just starting to not flee from each other, was destroyed. People started proclaiming themselves the "real one" and everyone else was imaginary, and worse still people actively tried to wipe others out of existence. All for a false ideal of being "normal." It nearly killed us. The internal assault only ended when everyone but Earth Listener hid from everyone else, leaving her the sole person who would front. Soon after  a few brave souls poked their noses out of where they had been hiding in our mind (Lunatani, Cavern-Risen, and Kardegray), and it was quickly realized how wrong things had gotten. How badly things were.
It took most of our early 20s to start recovering. First we had to recover from the worst of what we had done to ourselves. Only then we slowly started working on everything else. With the tentative acceptance of our multiplicity we slowly began accepting other aspects of ourselves. Things we thought we couldn't accept about ourselves.
During this time, when we were 23 years old we were sexually and emotionally abused by both our new "stepfather" and someone we thought was a friend. Both had discovered our being asexual and non-binary at the time and wanted to turn us cis and straight. (Our stepdad also hated us for being pagan [as well as being autistic] and threatened to kill us on numerous occasions including one time tossing gasoline on us  and threatening to toss his lit cigarettes at us, but that it another story.)  The added trauma lead to more emotional and mental complications including the creation of new alters. People were slowly coming out of suppression and hiding as well. So building trust and communication was paramount around this time.   It wasn't until we hit 26/27 we really started settling in to a normal. We had been seeing therapists for a while at this point. Our multiplicity was no longer hindering our mental health and together we started tackling what to do with our depression, gender dysphoria, phobia of sex and pregnancy, anxiety, and other things hindering us thriving. Now we are 31 and things have settled down even more. Our multiplicity is just another part of everyday life and we are continuing to work on our mental health.

I wasn't sure if I should post my #MultiplicityMay doodles. Since I am undiagnosed and just trying to figure out my own life and experiences.
For the Inner world, I only have access trough hypnosis, and another alter trough meditation.
I don't create, it's mostly our age sliding who does actively creat within our inner world.

Multiplicity May Day 3! about ourselves
( Templet by Dödstöld System, found here !)
Short Answer: we’re a literal haunted house
Long Answer: Hi! We’re a literal haunted house, collectively we go by the Elysian Constellation (hence the blog name) or just by Morpheus as a catch all if you don’t know who’s fronting. As I’ve probably? stated before we’ve been aware of being a system for like.... 3/4 years, but likely have been a system for longer. Technically we’re traumagenic but identify as Quoigenic/Cryogenic.
Again idk what much to say about ourselves besides individual introductions but currently I am. very sleepy host 😔 we’re a system made up of me (a dog), a half vampire, a ghost, an angel, another angel, another dog, a cursed puppet, and whatever eldritch being Greyson is so. Yknow. a haunted house,

MultiplicityMay! Day 1-3
We’ve been slacking on this, but we actually did want to participate in this, so here you go!
Day 1: Discovery!
We first “discovered” our plurality at the age of fourteen, though we’ve been plural at least since age three. As a teenager, Jamie met this spirit (who later turned out to be an angel) that she grew attached to. Well, I won’t go into all the fine details of what happened, but Jamie grew to love this angel a lot and wanted to share her life with him. So, she did! And that’s how we became plural.
Day 2: Members!
Honestly? I’m probably just going to give a bit of info here, but not like... an actual list. We originally started at two, then three, then nine. After high school, the original group discovered our other-world and now our numbers are not only large, but very fluid. People come and go all the time. So obviously, no member’s list. (Especially since Jemmy nuked the registry and bots recently, so we could start over and let everything develop organically this time.)
Day 3: Tell Everyone About Yourselves!
We’re The Lumin Hearts! We’ve had several names before, but this is the one that decided to stick. We’re a gateway tribe of metagenic origins, and consider ourselves a “tribe” (a group of several different families working together to make this life work). We started using “heart” terminology because we were tired of people ignoring the fact that we’re people, just as capable of emotions and morality and etc. as singlets are. Also, it’s cute!

12. Tips for allies/singlets - Ah yes, this one would be inevitable here, well allow me to add in things based off of my own experiences.
1. Be kind. The first thing to remember and the last is that ultimately we are the victims of cruelty, a deep and disgusting cruelty that was inflicted on a child that has left us with mental scars nobody should live with. 2. Be genuine. Yes you may find it odd at first to be talking to different people who share a single body, but believe me when I say we do pick up on people who treat us differently. 3. Treat us as individuals. Here is a shock for some, but we are individuals and that means we have our own views on the world, politics and interests and most importantly people. You might be close friends with one alter but another may well hate you for no apparent reason. This is going to be something you are going to simply push through. 4. Show interest. An alter you don’t speak to often has come out and wants to talk to you? Wonderful, talk back, if you’re not busy of course. Some may have interests you’ve never heard of before and others will have the exact same interests you do. Picture coming out of your room once in a blue moon, trying to tell someone your friends have spoken highly of about something you enjoy and they just blow you off, it really wouldn’t be very nice would it. 5. Respect boundaries. Triggers are a real thing, some will be positive and draw out an alter though it is rarer than negative triggers. These can range from anything you can think of and anything you wouldn’t think of. If you discover something that makes one of us uncomfortable, do try to avoid it around them. 6. Boundaries work both ways. Yes, we may well be the victims of our past and carry the weight of that, but we are still people and people will over step their mark. We are not infallible and we do make mistakes, and that will include at times knowing the boundaries of others. If we do things that makes a person uncomfortable you are well within your rights to ask politely for that to be out of bounds. 7. Questions. Ask them, have them, dispel the myths. But of course you should never ever ask questions that are intrusive and always ask to ask before you ask anything. Remember, nobody in this world needs to tell you anything about anything that they do not wish to tell and we are no different. Do not get angry that someone isn’t answering questions, we are not your walking textbooks after all. 8. Secrecy. Unfortunately the nature of the beast is that this is a covert disorder, people will generally not know until they are informed or they have a great sense of intuition. Even those who know the differences have been fooled by my covering as Harry. That said, never have the sheer gall to out anyone without permission. If you are around individuals who don’t know just go with the bodies name, it may be annoying especially if you have only ever used someone else’s name, but it is better than trying to explain to confused parents as to why you are calling someone an entirely different name. 9. Conversations. This is going to catch you off guard if you aren’t expecting it but having someone else front halfway through a conversation does happen. It is going to be startling without warning, but please don’t make a big deal of it, if you notice a difference simply ask if someone else is out or if you can tell who it is say hello. And please don’t start asking if someone knows what someone else in the system has been talking to, we have memory issues for goodness sake, chances are we aren’t going to remember these things, have some common sense. 10. Relationships and dating. Now, this is the difficult part and the place where people who have difficulties with adult matters should skip away from as this is the final point. Now there is well a chance you could end up in a relationship with an alter who may or may not be the original or even the host. This is not going to be an easy thing, there is going to be times where your partner simply isn’t there for extended periods. Don’t act as though you have been abandoned, we can’t always be out here you know, just treat it as spending time with a friend instead. There may be times as well, and these can rarely be predicted, that during intimate moments that other alters come out. The first moment you get even a hint of something like this occurring stop instantly, imagine how terrifying it could be to suddenly wake up to find yourself in bed with someone you haven’t seen in three months, it can be really rather worrying to say the least. Now, what you shouldn’t do is then instantly decide to carry on because “It’s the same body”. Unless you have gotten agreement from both alters this is very much cheating on your partner and frankly is rather disgusting. What could only be worse in this situation is littles, or alters that are underage even if their bodies are older. If you touch a little in any way shape or form you do not deserve to allow yourself to be in that systems life any longer.

Two alters have been with me for as long as I can remember. (Which isn't a lot) but the others have collected over the past year or so
Lucy was definitely the first. Then came Eve those two being the ones who have been here longest as well
Looking back now. Yes definitely. But at the time I had no idea what that or DID was.
The core group works really well together. Each had a role and front when that role is needed. We are like one big family and no one really hates anyone around here.
We aren't very organized. Even with both our caregivers trying very hard we all can't keep to a route very well.
Dave is missing his right arm and fangs left arm.
Oh yea we all have plenty of those and addictions as well.
Random unorganized alters
No
Yes plenty
Three alters can draw better then I can. And I feel like Ara has a really good singing voice, as well as Kan
I'll have to skip this one as I don't really like sharing that with everyone
And the rest of these pertaining to the subject of inner world.

Saw this on Instagram earlier. We may not do all the prompts (we’ll see how we feel), but it looked interesting and we’re all for giving actual information and being open about things (as long as it doesn’t put us in any danger, of course). Besides, quarantine is slowly starting to drive everyone up a wall so this might be a nice break.

MultiplicityMay - Day 3 - "tell everyone about yourselves"
We are known as House of Chimeras in both the therian community and the multiple community.
We were born on March 21st 1989 in the Arkansas River Valley at the foot of the Ozark Mountains, and still live there today.
We live by ourselves in a two bedroom house we inherited.
We have a Bachelor's degree with a major in History and a minor in Writing & Rhetoric. We currently work full time at a library.
Our hobbies include reading (both nonfiction and fiction), writing (essays and stories), participating in various outdoor activities (hiking, amateur-level caving, wild-life watching, and learning wilderness survival skills), and collecting (namely books and animal bones).
Our heritage is a bit of a mess. The most notable parts of our ancestry is German, Scottish, and Cherokee. Learning what we can about our ancestry has been an interesting discovery for us.
We label our body as trans-non-binary. We had a hysterectomy (ovaries not removed) in January 2019 and a bilateral subcutaneous mastectomy in January of 2020. (Just over past 4 months post-op a few days ago!) We have plans to legally change our name in the future. We also are considering taking testosterone but as we help take care of our grandmother who has dementia we've been focusing on other aspects of our transitioning for now. Our long-term goal is to achieve androgynous state.
Sexuality-wise we usually label our body as both asexual AND pansexual. Reason being long story short: a majority of our system are pansexual but between trauma that began in childhood related to intimacy (emotional as well as more physical), issues with social interactions linked to trauma and our autism, and dysphoria - we aren't sexually attracted to others with this body and don’t have the drive to be sexual while in this body. This problem effects basically everyone in our system. With our body out of the equation a majority of us are pansexual with some people being homosexual or straight, and a few people are asexual through-and-through. Due to our issues even after 10+ years of therapy we're still single and are content with that fact.
Our overall spiritual beliefs can best be described pagan/heathen. The general idea of the spiritual viewpoints found in our system is a combination pantheism as well as hard polytheistism with a focus on local bioregional animism and what can best be described as shamanic practices. Beyond this basic commonly held belief foundation in our system, it varies in our system. Kardegray takes a left-hand path/LeVeyian Satanism philosophical stance and is apathetic to actual worship of deities. Some people focus heavier on the pantheism. Some people lean more into the polytheism and honor certain pantheons (several people are Kemetic, a few our Hellenic, and some are learning about Heathenry) A few people are more interested in witchcraft. So on and so forth.   - Cavern-Risen

I feel like honestly, the dissociation side of DID is not talked about enough
Most of the stuff I see on other blogs or even in stuff like multiplicitymay is all centered on alters
Like yes there are alters but what about the c-ptsd? The body memories?? The forgetfulness??? The DISSOCIATION???!?!
(Like literally guys it’s called Dissociative Idenity Disorder)
