I wonder since Tony and Ziva were lucky enough to get their own spin-off series, what are the chances the same could happen for Kensi and Deeks?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
At the very least I would be very happy if Densi made a guest appearance and got to meet Tiva. That would be awesome! I think I would probably die of happiness if that happened.

In lieu of writing a story, I decided to spend far too much time writing an essay like post on a topic that’s been on my mind recently.
***
Recently I’ve been thinking about characters who change over the course of a series. Particularly, characters who start out fairly normal or serious and then become increasingly more silly, ridiculous, or stupid. For instance, Frank Burns from MASH, Marty Deeks and Eric Beale from NCIS: LA, and Eric Matthews from Boy Meets World, and Tony from NCIS to name a few.
It could be argued that each of these characters had a comedic quality from the beginning. However, comedy was not their sole or defining characteristic. At some point though, the writers seemed to realize that they had a gift for comedy and leaned into that side. The problem is that this occurs with increasing frequency and often without reason.
Some start out as an antagonist, such as Frank Burns. In his first season, he’s described as a “fair” surgeon. He can be ridiculous at times, but is competent enough and mostly known for being overly by the book and military crazed. By the end of his run on the series, he’s a terrible surgeon, constantly makes a fool of himself, and finally ends up chasing after his now married mistress. In this case, instead of making Frank increasingly nasty or, he was made ridiculous to highlight why he wasn’t a suitable leader or surgeon.
In many shows that lean towards the more serious, it’s common to have a character who breaks up the angst, drama, and heaviness. Enter the likes of Eric Beale and Marty Deeks. Though they remained comparatively unscathed compared to some, both characters suffered in the name of comedy.
Eric Beale was a highly skilled tech operator who kept things running from behind the scenes and was critical to the team solving cases. Yet as the series progressed he went an eccentric genius to often odd and ridiculous.
From the beginning of his introduction, Deeks was established as a master at undercover, uniquely intelligent, and capable of using people’s assumptions about himself to his own advantage. Yes, he always talked a lot, but there was usually a purpose. Even in moments when he rambled, it was genuinely funny and not overplayed. However, as the series progressed the very writers who created this extremely intriguing, intelligent, and competent man, seemed to forget these aspects.
In an arc where Deeks is sent to the federal academy, we should have seen him excel. He had years of experience and knowledge compared to his younger peers. Instead, he seemed to forget how engage in arm-to-arm combat, fell asleep during an important task, and could barely keep up during a run. For many fans, this felt like a betrayal of a beloved character we knew.
Often, funny characters are sacrificed to promote a new character. Particularly as a series progresses, instead of letting the newbie gain popularity naturally, they force their merits by downgrading an established character.
You might be wondering, what’s the point of all this? Well, a lot of fans care when their favorite character changes drastically, especially not in a positive way. There’s a difference between a character who can be funny or has select silly/stupid moments, and one who becomes a caricature. We build fandoms our these characters. We invest hours and time, energy and love into writing about them, drawing, and discussing them. Of course it matters when it feels like that same character has been mistreated and disrespected.
I wish that before writers decide to go for the easy laugh, for the stupid joke, for the ridiculous, that they consider the impact on the character and show. It not only destroys your audience’s trust, but also makes it unbelievable when the character is given any content of substance.

I'm so overwhelmed by the news of NCIS La ending that I don't have any deep poetic thoughts on the show or any coherent hopes for the finale. All I know is I found this show during a very difficult time in my life and it has helped me through the even harder times since then. I love the LA team and their little family, this show may be ending but my love for them won't.
So I'm sad but also looking foward to the rest of season 14 and for the casts next project's.
That's all for tonight, excuse me while I try not to cry.

Guys, you know what would be HILARIOUS? If Callen got Castor to be an usher at his wedding since that's all he does these days.
Some quick exposition dropping. Guys, there is a person who commits arson on the loose. And he might commit more arson. That's what they keep saying. I think that might be important.
Rountree is OF COURSE in his towel. But not the fun one Arkady wore that one time and scarred everyone for life in.
"Isn't this a pickle?" I laughed out loud at that. SAM HANNA. That reminds me of how LL called goosebumps "goose pimples" one time, and I thought it was adorable and had never heard that before. Anyway. So, awkward we "know" each other here. Mmhmm. Oh I bet you and agent lady had your own fires going, Rountree.
Kilbride seriously asked for Callen to go to his office then asked him what's on his mind? Makes no sense. It was just to give a weird, contrived opening for Callen to question the odd team-up dynamics and seem annoyed with it even though THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR SO MANY WEEKS.  You are addressing his questioning authority but YOU TOLD HIM TO SAY WHATEVER WAS ON HIS MIND AFTER MAKING HIM COME TO YOUR OFFICE. I DO NOT GET IT. I don't know, maybe if you just flat out said why you pulled him in, would have saved everyone time. But I guess we got stretch out this conversation with dialogue. ANYWAY.
(Apryl, I am typing in all caps! I bet your ears are ringing or your Z-senses are tingling.)
Kilbride, this team is all about questioning authority. Why are you setting this up and then talking about being pissy? It's just more contrived angst so he can chew out these agents. "Your buddy Pembroke." His poor choices of words are really annoying me. "Surrogate mommy" and now even ironically referring to the guy who he watched torture a young Katya and found out did horrible things to Callen? I cannot.
"It is my attempt to keep you focused on the job." Callen has 100% been focused these past few weeks, though. He's actually been pretty present, physically, too. This whole scene is annoying me. UGH. But whatever.
Callen was nice enough to say Thank You, even though he totally deserved this info sooner. "Unhappy childhood" OMG. Poor. Effing. Phrasing.
Kilbride you could've listed some specific examples because he was totally just reading the paper and looking for Hetty. And he has legit just taken personal time to do this, even if he sometimes said it was for a different reason. It was his personal time. BUT WHATEVER.

Depressing (yet slightly touching ❤) theory:
Ending of the 1st or 2nd episode shows Sam going to a hospital, and the end scene shows a sign on the door that says 'Lange, H', indicating that the reason he is staying is to be close to Hetty.

A list of all my Tiva fanfics
Author: Whoa_MyNinja
Read them all on A03!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I Run to You
Summary: When Ziva has a nightmare about Somalia, there is only one person that she wants to run to, much to the annoyance of Ray. But it was different with Tony. It was always different.
Set some time in the middle of season 8.
TW: Mentions r*pe and violence. Nothing graphic or detailed.
Fond Farewell
Summary: We had a connection, and obviously a very fond farewell..." Tony told Tim, as they sat on the bench overlooking the park, with Tali in her stroller.
My take on the 'fond farewell" between Tony and Ziva in 11x02, that led to... well.. you know...
The Oceans We Cross
Summary: Tony and Ziva are perfectly happy living their safe, domestic life in Paris with their daughter, Tali. But, when one of their own gets gravely injured protecting Director Vance, everything changes. Before they know it, they're on a plane to Washington DC, being dragged back into a life they thought they'd left behind.
From old friends and foes, to danger and desperation, they are reminded of all the sacrifices they have made... and of all the oceans we cross for the ones we love.
Home Is Where The Heart Is
Summary: It was finally over. Ziva David was finally free. And it was time for her to return to her family.
A post 17x11 fic, of the reunion we all deserved but never got.
‘Couldn’t live without you, I guess.’
Summary: f there was ever a time and place to tell someone you loved them (albeit, cryptically), then while you’re bound to a chair, and pumped full of truth serum in the middle of the Somalian desert while rescuing said someone, would be it.
The Chain
Summary:
Set between 7x09 "Child's Play" and 7x10 "Faith".
Tony gives Ziva a thoughtful gift for Hanukkah.
Friends Don’t
Summary: Songfic. "Friends Don't" by Maddie & Tae.
'Friends don't call you in the middle of the night, couldn't even tell you why, they just felt like saying hi. Friends don't stand around playing with their keys, finding reasons not to leave, trying to hide the chemistry. Drive a little too slow, take the long way home, get a little too close, we do, but friends don't.'
My Whole Heart
Summary: Ziva tells Abby about her feelings for Tony. Inspired by the scene between Tony and Abby in 13x34.
Here to Stay
Summary: Ziva has finally reunited with Tony and Tali in Paris. But anxiety is still her enemy. His, doubt. And now they're together – what does it mean? What does it mean for them to be a real couple? After everything they've been through together, can their love withstand the storm?
Set in 2019, after 17x11.
Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas
Summary: Senior is in town for Christmas, and he's very surprised that his son and his girlfriend are... well, not a couple. So he thinks it's time to do something about it.
Set during 10x10, "You Better Watch Out".
Part canon, part AU.
From A to Z (oneshots)
Summary: NCIS contains four letters of the alphabet... but what about the rest?
From A to Z contains one-shots, drabbles, and short fics for every letter of the alphabet, centering around our favourite MCRT team.
May also feature occasional appearances from the special ops team in LA! Quite Tiva-centric, but also featuring other couples too! Canon and headcanon. Some canon divergence, AU, 'fix-it' fics.
Stakeouts, Secrets, and Other Simple Things (SSAOST)
Summary:
Rule 100: You don't keep secrets from the people you love, unless it's a matter of life or death.
One blood test.
One secret.
One family.
When a blood test reveals some life-changing news, will it bring people together, or will it threaten to destroy everything?

Okay, we’ll admit we were among those hoping for an appearance from Special Agent Kensi Blye tonight, considering the episode was directed by Daniela Ruah, who played the badass agent on NCIS: LA from 2009 to 2023.
But we’re happy to have Ruah (who previously directed episodes of NCIS: LA) bring her knowing eye to helming NCIS. “It was the first time I was directing on ‘the mothership’ as we lovingly call it,” Ruah tells us in Case Closed, our NCIS aftershow. “It almost didn’t matter what came my way in terms of storyline, I just wanted to be part of it and work with the crew and cast of NCIS. I was received with open arms – like a wonderful, warm hug.”
Her passion for directing showed in this classic case-of-the-week storyline where the team chased down a petty officer’s murderer, who turned out to be someone a little too close to home. It also included a comedic through line about Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) trying to hide the fact that he sometimes cheated on his strict fitness regimen from his new temporary roommate, boss Alden Parker (Gary Cole). “Wilmer’s a funny guy,” Ruah says. “He brings a comedic timing. My job is just to capture it. Maybe I throw in a possible improv.”
Tumblr media
Sonja Flemming/CBS
Considering we last saw Kensi in the NCIS: LA series finale, discovering that her dream had come true, and she was finally pregnant with hubs/fellow agent Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen), we had to know if Ruah wonders as much as we do what her alter ego is doing now. As Ruah was sharing with us that she calculated Kensi’s due date and would always love the character she’d played for so long, she realized she was wearing an outfit she’d taken home from set that had been part of Kensi’s onscreen wardrobe – sweater, jeans, and signature boots. She cracks about how the writers might have worked Kensi’s motherhood into a script: “Do we now have an episode with Kensi fighting with a baby in her arms? I wouldn’t put it past her. Or is she out of the game for a couple months?”
Ruah also told us how she feels about the upcoming Paramount+ series (nicknamed) NCIS: Europe which reunites beloved NCIS couple Tony (Michael Weatherly) and Ziva (Cote de Pablo). “I think it’s the best thing ever,” Ruah says. “They had time to go off and do other things. These roles are so establishing for us who have been cast members on the show. For them to pick up these two characters that people fell so madly in love with — even I was shipping ‘Tiva’ —  it’s a wonderful idea, and I’m so excited to watch it.”
As for a Kensi and Deeks spinoff? “I don’t know that I could see one in the near future,” Ruah says. “Eric’s really busy doing what he’s doing and loving that. I’m loving this. I would never say never, but in the near future, that’s probably not on the table. It’s important for us to go and find ourselves in other things. The show was important and special to us, but it’s like leaving the nest.”
You’ll get to see Ruah’s behind-the-camera talents again in an episode of NCIS: Hawai’i coming up in April. Ruah, who does not appear in the hour, reveals that the plot takes deep dives into the characters and, “I think it’s the darkest episode they’ve ever had. The crime that’s committed and what we find out over the course of the episode…it’s not a pleasant story.”
Check out the video for more from Ruah about working with Sean Murray and LL Cool J; what Agents Kensi, Knight (Katrina Law), and Ziva have in common; and more of her thoughts on what it takes to direct a top-notch hour of TV. Hey, we may even see her pulling double duty at some point. Ruah tells us, “I am not opposed at all to showing up as Kensi in one of the NCIS shows.”

The NCIS franchise recently aired its milestone 1,000th episode following the Mothership's Season 22 renewal and Rocky Carroll shared his thoughts on the big achievements with PopCulture.com. The actor has portrayed NCIS Director Leon Vance since Season 5, but even with the series already well on its way when he joined, Carroll admitted he never predicted how big NCIS would get, which is in its 21st season, with four spinoffs under its belt and two more on the way.
"When I came on at the end of Season 5, there was no spin-off, there was no NCIS: LA, there was no mention of a spin-off," Carroll shared. "And I literally thought to myself, 'If I'm lucky enough that this show goes to a Season 7, I will at least say I've been a part of a hit show.' And so I was counting; I was crossing my fingers for seven seasons. And now I'm about to start my 17th season."
Now that NCIS has branched out into much more, with 1,001 episodes across five series, the franchise is continuing to be the best of the best. It's rare to reach that type of milestone, and for Carroll, he's still trying to wrap his head around it. "It's a little surreal when you hear that when it's said out loud because we've been just so immersed into doing it and doing the shows," he explained.
Tumblr media
"We worked all pretty much throughout the pandemic," Carroll continued. "So, to now come up for air and to realize just how many episodes and how much we've achieved, it's still kind of hard to wrap my mind around. Because our way of working is, even when we celebrated it, even when the studio and the network that we all got together on our set to celebrate it, about an hour later, we went back to work and started making the next episode. So that's sort of how we feel. I think once this is all said and done and once this series is no longer in production, the weight of everything that we've accomplished will start to resonate with me."
Since the NCIS franchise is only continuing to grow after 20 years, could there be another thousand episodes? You never know what could happen. Rocky Carroll recalled that every time they've "jokingly talked about hopping where we have, we end up doing it. When NCIS celebrated its 200th episode, Mike Weatherly jokingly said, 'I'll see you guys when we get to 400.' And everybody laughs because 400 episodes, that's crazy. Well, we celebrated our 400th episode last season, so I've learned now don't doubt what we might achieve."
Tumblr media
While 2,000 episodes really seem far-fetched, Carroll doesn't "doubt the fact that we might get to another 1,000 episodes in the universe because it's possible." It might be a bit early to think about another thousand episodes, but the franchise doesn't seem to be slowing down any time soon. Assuming NCIS: Hawai'i snags a renewal, the franchise will see four shows on CBS, plus one series on Paramount+ for the 2024-25 season, which is very impressive for a franchise 20 years in.

I love the intro for the series finale. The original team have come such a long way since the first season and are ready for their final mission. It’s hard to believe it’s finally coming to end after all this time. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again... I’M NOT READY TO SAY GOODBYE!!!

Fic Writing Review 2023 🌈
tagged by @itwoodbeprefect - i have also been thinking about this so thank you for taking the initiative!
tagging @faorism @gallantrejoinder if you'd care to do this in any form (including as writing/art review)!
Words and Fics (on ao3) 📚
words posted: 52,220, apparently. Which is actually... basically last year's but minus 10k because I didn't do H50 Big Bang this year, because med school. most things in my life now can be stated as 'because med school'. (actually I just realised I didn't do it last year either, but that was because I was already finishing a 10k H50 fic. so my point stands)
fics posted: either 6 or 29, depending on whether one counts the advent calendar as one fic or 24. plus 3 posted only on Tumblr.
first fic: love don't treat you like that (babe, I'm letting you know) (H50). on the NINTH of january, apparently. i've already lost my first-fic-of-the-year contest to last year, unless i unexpectedly finish something today.
last fic: Advent Calendar 2023 / ...Zaph Kilkane, the pre-eminent climate scientist of the 22nd century...
-
Ships and Fandoms ⚓
would you believe I literally did not repeat a fandom this year, outside of the advent calendar. and this year's AC had the most fandoms since 2019.
Hawaii Five-0 (McDanno)
NCIS: LA (Sallen)
Starsky & Hutch (S/H)
House MD (Hilson)
MASH (Punnihawk)
and then AC-only ones:
Star Trek (Spirk)
The Man From UNCLE (Napollya)
911 (Buddie)
Due South (i don't know ship names. are there ship names? Fraser/RayK)
Good Omens (Azcrow)
Leverage (thiefsome)
Almost Paradise (Ernesto/Alex. alesto. i'm coining it)
-
Top 5 Fics by Kudos 🏆
I mean, I have 6 posted fics that can be kudosed separately.
love don't treat you like that (babe, I'm letting you know) (H50)
When You're Loving Me (That's When I'm Loving You) (NCIS: LA)
Advent Calendar 2023 (see above. nine fandoms)
my powers of expression and thoughts so sublime / could never do you justice in reason or rhyme (House MD)
Finding A Cure In You (S&H)
-
Top 5 Favorite Fics 💖
okay, I'm going to count distinct chapters of the advent calendar for this. in no particular order and subject to mood change:
When You're Loving Me (That's When I'm Loving You) (NCIS: LA) - I cited this as a contender for my favourite fic I've written a couple months ago, so obviously it has to go in the year's. what can i say, fake dating is an immaculate trope, and this also all came onto the page very easily which is always vaguely miraculous.
there you go pulling me right back in (H50) - sometimes vague prompts i've had down for ages write up as something that's. fine, but a bit clunky, and I just have to move on bc it's the advent calendar and a new fic each day. sometimes I start writing them and they spring into life with joyous delight. or in this case, uninhibited grumpiness and love.
singing yesterday's songs wishing i could be with you tonight (MASH) - the one that didn't make it into the top 5 kudosed, I assume partially due to being locked and partially due to being a serious tone, not terribly shippy, and Peg POV. But I've had some version or other of it for a long time, it's one of those stories I'm genuinely proud of, and I was glad to finally post it.
Totally Normal (Due South) - it's fun. it was fun. I was slightly nervous about it, because the only prior Due South thing I'd written was Dief POV and this was Fraser and RayK POV and the first time writing either of those, but it turns out watching + liveblogging four and two seasons, respectively, of a character in four months is. enough to cement their voices in my head. it was unexpectedly easy and also. fun.
Festive Spice (MUNCLE) - i just think it epitomises the advent calendar. in the words of coolbreezemage, 'yesssss bake cakes and kiss your partner'.
HMs:
Finding A Cure In You (S&H) - this doesn't make it to the above list due to the fact that I haven't actually managed to reread it since I posted it. but just for the amount of time I spent with it, how different it is to my usual M.O. of writing, and the weird way I wrote it (entirely in the notes app, with almost zero rereading while writing), I have to somehow mention it.
A Thousand Words / To Be Spared (Good Omens) - I don't know if they're favourite but I do think they're good. and the format of to be spared was pleasingly experimental and i think it worked.
-
Fandom Fic Events 🤝
also the Starsky & Hutch SHarecon zine! which the zine still holds copyright on, but will be posted in April.
-
Projects for 2024 👀
mmm gonna sort this differently and also ramble
Ones that will definitely be finished in 2024 and if they aren't you have free rein to come to my house and tie me to a chair come November: MUNCLE wip, The Unwitting Truth Affair/The Honesty Affair, I haven't actually decided which title yet;
Starsky & Hutch, the still-unnamed Huggy & Pete wip.
Ones I have both hope and some amount of faith will be finished in 2024 and if they aren't you have free rein to come into my inbox and harass me about them: Hawaii Five-0 wip, Much Ado About Something (*salutes squares*);
other Hawaii Five-0 wip, state of disrepair. yes, I'm manifesting state of disrepair 2024. probably november/december 2024, but i'm manifesting it anyway;
Leverage wip, all that I want is a kind heart to haunt
Ones I would like to be finished in 2024, and if my brain decides it likes them might be, but all you have free rein for is to politely ask me about them once per business month: Hawaii Five-0 cath/steve/danny pwp, Wait A Minute Let Me Take You There;
horny S&H wip, Previews Of Your Body Driving Me Insane;
S&H Vanessa coda, so cordial / so rotten (don't ask me);
Good Omens wip, love won't you be as you've always been
Ones I don't expect to finish in 2024 but would like to get some words down in: angsty S&H wip, Relentless As The Rain;
ridiculous undercover H50 wip, Four Seasons of Love;
other ridiculous H50 wip, The Irritating, Annoying, Infuriating, (Effective) Seduction Techniques of One Steven J. McGarrett;
SPN ..wip? depending on the time limit on 'progress'?, Smells Like Turpentine.
vague thoughts: i'd like to write a full-length (for whatever value of that. the AC ones actually were full-length, especially the second one, but what I really mean is AC-independent) due south fic. they're very weird and i enjoyed writing them, and I'd also like to write something with RayV in it. maybe if I successfully inspired @itwoodbeprefect to write new ds, when she does that it will inspire me to write something, and we can set up a ping-pong game. no, wait, that's mixing fandoms.
I expect more MUNCLE fic. this one's already 3.5k and rocketing along, and i'm only two-thirds of the way through season 1. what form that will take i don't know at this stage but we'll see.
....i was discussing the vague concept of house/h50 crossover fic with squares literally yesterday and on the one hand I haven't written a crossover since 2014 and also don't want that to be my legacy, but on the other hand i think there is at least a 50% chance it's going to stick in the back of my brain and keep niggling.

A few thoughts, that turned into a personal essay and then some rambles.
***
It’s been a few days since the NCIS: LA series finale aired, and I think I’m finally ready to compose a few more coherent thoughts than “baby!” and “I’ll miss them”.
At the time I began watching the show (just after the sixth season ended), I had recently graduated with my bachelors degree and was whiling away the summer with a part time job, and wondering what I would do with my life (and brand new degree). I first discovered the show after seeing a few posts online about Densi. I figured I’d give it a try, having no idea what I was about to get myself into.
The first season dragged a little for me until one Detective Marty Deeks entered the picture. With his addition, I looked forward to every episode and quickly burned through all the available seasons. I literally woke up some mornings, anticipating the moment I could get home from work to watch more.
LA was also the series that inspired me to get more involved with fanfiction, first seeking out every fic related to the Descent/Ascension arc, then searching out my favorite authors on Tumblr, and eventually trying my own hand at writing about my favorite characters.
I never expected to find a wonderful group of fellow fans, new and old, to discuss, rant, and rave (in a good way) about Deeks, Densi, Kensi, and so forth in the process. This community’s encouragement and support gave me the confidence to keep writing, even when it seemed laborious and futile. They lured me out of my silent lurking to participate in discussions, fan events, and fic exchanges.
Eight years ago, I would never have anticipated that I would have so many online friends or that I would write several hundred thousand words of fanfiction dedicated to my favorite characters. Or have the confidence to profess my undying affection for Marty Deeks at every chance.
This show, these characters, these friends, saw me through hard days at work, the boring days, sad moments, and kept me going for the entirety of my graduate studies.
We celebrated, raged, complained, cried, and sometimes shared group anxiety together over this show.
This is what this show has meant to me. I know that we will continue to celebrate and enjoy rewatches together and connect in other ways, but I still feel a great loss with this show’s ending.

Ok one question that got me super curious I’m a huge fan of chenford and can’t wait to see what happens in season six with them but out of curiosity I have other tv show couples I love like Damon and Elena and Caroline and Klaus and a couple others what are your favorite tv show couples other then chenford
Oh, interesting question!
Well, let's start with the first ever ship that I fell in love with: Barney and Robin from How I Met Your Mother. HIMYM is the first English-speaking TV show that I ever watched, and I always loved those two together. And yes, I will forever be mad at how it all ended. Also, do they have an "official" ship name? I think I remember Swarkles? But idk...
Then there's the ship that I thought was my all-time favorite ship that no other ship could ever surpass: Castle and Beckett, also known as Caskett. I still love them to pieces, but Chenford has taken over the reign.
Then we have Kensi and Deeks, aka Densi, from NCIS: LA. I love them dearly, and am so glad they got what they've wanted for a while in the series finale last month. Yes, I cried.
I also have a soft spot for Tiva - Tony and Ziva from NCIS. I know it's been a while, and chances to see them back together on screen are slim, but I'm still hoping. Girl can dream, right?
I recently finished watching Brooklyn 99, and I immediately fell in love with Amy and Jake, also known as Peraltiago. They're so precious, and I love their dynamic so much.
Another ship I love is Jane and Lisbon from The Mentalist. I know they have a ship name, but I'm not sure how much I like it, so I won't mention it..
Okay, I think those are the ones that I like best. If I had to rank them, I don't think I'd get further than putting Chenford in first place. Nope, hold on.
Because OMG, how could I forget Chandler and Monica?! I literally have Friends on in the background right now, and almost forgot them.
Ok, so maybe I can add number two on the list, after all. But after Chenford and Mondler, I really don't know. I just love them all a lot. I think I'd have to put like three of them in the same no 3 spot, and then the other three together in 4. Once more, my indecisiveness shines through. Yay..
And once again, my answer is a little long. I just can't seem to keep these short. Oh well.
Thank you for asking! This was fun. Hope you have a great week! ❤︎

I went to see if they had another interview with a cast member up, and they did!
If you haven't read it, it's as lovely as the others. Though there is definitely a spoilery end to it.
I will fully admit that I had to step away from the computer when I got to the following part because I needed to recompose or I was going to fall out of my chair:
Did you take something from set as a memento?
I took my Hanna bulletproof vest with the knife in it, my holster, a chair, a couple of little knickknacks that were on the table in the boathouse. I took one of Callen’s shirts because, just seeing Chris [O’Donnell] in that shirt all those years, I wanted to make sure I had that. Those things bring special memories, a special vibe, and they’re very meaningful to me.
He. Took. One. Of. Callen's. Shirts.

I'll admit, there does seem to be something big possibly brewing on NCIS this Season.
They've been way more private with sharing BTS content right now then LA was last year, and that's going a long way!
My 1st initial thought was that it had to do with the 1st 2 episodes and not wanting to give too much away. But those have already been filmed, and right now, they are about to or have already started work on the 5th episode, and there's only been 1 pic so far of the episode Dani (NCIS LA) has directed so far.
Now, the serialized nature of this Season could be another factor. Or who knows, maybe someone important really is coming back.
Not about to say I believe those teasers from 'you know who', given that he's been doing them for years with zero end result, but I will say this: There's definitely something brewing with all this silence, especially since the other NCIS has been sharing new BTS content like it's Christmas.
