Laughing in this context doesn't at all signify enjoyment, it's an involuntary response, which is something almost everyone knows because they've been tickled before. It's literally historically been used as a torture method. Parents will do this shit until the kid is crying, can hardly breathe, kicking, etc. You should just fucking stop the first time they ask. You shouldn't want to do it if they want you to stop, that's actually so fucking weird and nobody ever talks about it. Then when you kick whoever is doing it in the face because your words weren't working on them they get mad. And this can literally be traumatic for ND children that don't like being touched and/or are easily overstimulated, but parents don't care. It's a violation of boundaries, full stop. For anyone. ND or not. It's someone in a vulnerable position doing everything they can to get you to quit touching them, and you not listening. It can be a fun and cute thing if you ask first and the person says yes, but that's it.
