Question time!!!! 💕💅What's Taylor's favorite movie? Does the Joker ever show her media that she might otherwise not have been exposed to, considering their age gap? Would Taylor wear Crocs? Can we maybe get some visuals of her aesthetic? Like when it comes to her room interior and sense of style? Who's her favorite artist, I assume she has one or two who particularly inspire her?

Hi baby doll! Thank you for these questions, these are GREAT. I've never thought about some of these before!

UGH, I honestly don't know what Taylor's favorite movie would be! This is a travesty!!! I feel like she'd like something romantic and sweet, maybe some flic where the girl falls in love with the bad boy and vice versa, but then they end up living happily ever after. Maybe it's also a little bit of a tearjerker. She'd love movies she could identify with in some way, but I also think she'd like funny movies, too. Not raunchy comedies or anything like that, but maybe she thinks An Extremely Goofy Movie (2000) is like, peak comedy or something. And Mr. J judges her for it. alsjdlaksjdas

Speaking of, Mr. J probably does expose her to media that she otherwise might not have been familiar with. Like, she can tell when she's flipping through channels and she lands on something that piques his interest, and she's always trying to cater their movie nights to him, to something that she thinks he might like. She ends up watching a lot of black and white movies for that reason, finds that he likes those best, and she's really starting to enjoy them, too.

Taylor and Crocs. Listen... yes. Our girl doesn't turn her nose down at fashion... or the lack thereof. She probably once bought a pair of Crocs when she was trying to find something cheap at the thrift store that she could putter around the house in. She brings them home to show Mr. J and he makes a face like what the fuck are those.

"They have holes in them," he says.

And Taylor wiggles her toes inside them, where she's wearing pink socks. "I know!" she squeals. "I love them!"

These are the gals you really want to ask. They have made some amazing moodboards for me in the past. I'm going to try and make some time to work on a little moodboard for you though! I'm so flattered that you asked and I love TayTay's aesthetic. :')

I honestly don't know who Taylor's favorite artist would be, but that's SUCH a good question! Does anybody have any ideas? I've never studied art myself, so I feel like I can't give a comprehensive answer. I have my favorites, but I feel like she would lean towards more contemporary/modern artists, particularly anyone who focuses primarily on parts of the body or the body in motion. She loves anatomy. Also, I imagine she would maybe draw inspiration from local artists? Maybe there's a little gallery downtown she occasionally liked to visit after school, and she would spend the afternoon there, ambling through art installations, sitting on benches with her sketchbook, people-gazing, etc.

Gorgeous Clockwork/JK/Burn moodboard created by the incredible @napiersmirk. I'm really rendered speechless by this. The colors, the intimacy of all these little moments captured in time, the overall feeling this provokes. I cannot thank you enough for this.

I love seeing that bathtub all lit up in the bottom righthand corner, bioluminescent and stained. Fascinating to wonder about the aftermath of Taylor's mother's death, and who might've been the unlucky soul to have found her body first after the Joker killed her, or if there was ever a search for Taylor while she was being carted around by the Joker.

And that picture in the upper righthand corner -- where the snow is all bathed in that ethereal, streetlamp glow -- is such a powerful callback to Clockwork, it genuinely stunned me. I felt transported back through time, imagining the exterior of that abandoned apartment complex where the Joker first finds her.

The photo of the hands touching through the glass reminds me of the final scene in Clockwork, where Taylor is clawing at the car door -- trying to get to the Joker after he's been loaded into the back of a police car -- and he's just watching her, laughing, blood-soaked and pleased. Fascinating to imagine that, after she was ripped away, he might've touched his hand to the ice cold glass as he watched her disappear from view, still screaming for him. Maybe imagining what a proper goodbye might've been like.

I also love the shot of Taylor sitting at the bus stop at night, alone, and the picture where the pink/blue light is bleeding through the rain-soaked windows of the bus. Reminds me of all the times Taylor takes the bus home at night after a long day at work.

Thank you for these incredible visuals. Each one of these photos ignites such a visceral feeling. I love seeing how my writing moves you, and I especially love getting a glimpse inside your head, being privy to some of the visuals you're imagining as you're reading is incredibly special to me. This is truly such an honor. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
