I would love for season 4 to have an episode where George and Nick are beginning to feel like they have managed to close the lid on being involved in fighting the supernatural and move onto the next stages of their lives. Both have secretly been hoping that Nancy, Ace and Bess will need to call upon them for their help at some point and drag them back into it but it seems that they aren't needed and that they weren’t ever really all that useful.

And then Nancy, Bess and Ace go missing and Nick and George are forced to try to track them down. The two prove to themselves they are still useful and reignite the romance between them.
