Skylander Giant Chosen: Ninjini

Ninjini is one of my little sibling’s favourite Skylanders! So I decided to do her, especially since my sibling suggested it! :D

Was aiming to be a bit more ambitious, having Ninjini hold her bottle. But alas, time constraints and busy stuff to do tomorrow (no it’s not like 12am here wdym)! Still satisfied how she turned out!

For the Giants anniversary I of course had to draw my favorite Giants character - Ninjini! She’s also in a collab piece with some friends which you can check out here!

I wanted to write my thoughts and some nostalgic memories down here, but unfortunately I just got into Skylanders around this time 10 years ago and I didn’t get Giants until 2013 (in fact I’m celebrating a personal anniversary with my main girl Hex so I kinda want to focus more on that). Regardless, love the game and made some great memories with it, even if it often gets overshadowed by the later games which I’ve followed from start to finish.

Star Strike: (reading a fortune) "Be careful or you could fall for some tricks today". Broadly, Skylands is tricky because some places have misleading names, but it is also specifically referring to the water balloon fight in the Academy at noon, right?

Ninjini: That's good, but you're not seeing all the tricks. Right now we're at Cutthroat Carnival, which the ads say is the "happiest place in Skylands" but that's actually Barcelona. And the water balloon fight isn't the "wettest you'll ever get", that'll be three weeks from now when you nearly drown.

Ninjini: Also, lizard gizzards aren't actually made from lizards. or even gizzards.

Star Strike: You know, there's a huge difference between being accurate and being a spoilsport.
