"No, no. You're doing this horribly wrong," came the waspish tone of a certain pointy wizard.

Harry huffed fondly as Draco nudged him aside with a sharp elbow.

"The recipe very clearly says to add the sugar in measured amounts. Not all at once like some sort of..." Draco paused and flapped his hand wildly at Harry. "Hooligan!"

Harry shrugged. "I don't see how it makes much of a difference," he said, leaning against the kitchen counter and popping a strawberry in his mouth.

"Don't see how it...? Potter!" Draco snapped, "This is why you were utterly miserable at Potions!" He jabbed a finger at Molly's cookbook and spoke as if he were talking to a small child, "One should always follow the recipe."

Harry, deciding to behave like the child he was being treated as, stuck his fingers in the sugary, fruity sludge, and promptly flicked it at his partner.

"Oh, you did not just do that," Draco growled lowly, to which Harry poked out his tongue.

Draco's icy grey eyes narrowed to slits, and the next thing Harry knew, an entire punnet of strawberries had been emptied over his head.

"You absolute prick!" Harry laughed, lunging forward and grabbing the blond by his wrists. Wrestling with him as he began to laugh too.

Laughing so much that eventually they had to put an end to their half-hearted battle and press their foreheads together, bumping noses.

"Well...now we're a horrible mess and we have to start this ruddy jam from scratch," Draco lamented, despite the lingering mirth in his eyes.

Harry only laughed some more, and laced their sticky fingers together.

mahanon's favourite companions... and his least favourite

OUUGGH this is so hard so I’m just gonna do a quick rundown of how Mahanon feels about all of his companions

Favorites; Zevran and Barkspawn. Hands down; they’re his most loyalest lovelies. Between the three of them, Mahanon gives off the scary dog vibe, however.

Likes; Morrigan, Shale, Sten — Morrigan is a strange companion to him bc his trust in her was originally pretty rocky. Shale and Sten were both very impressed by his commitment to see things through and Mahanon appreciated the fact that he got the least of the complaints from them.

Neutral; Leliana and Wynne — Mahanon actually really appreciated their perspectives and, being Andrastian himself, found a lot of comfort in their presence. They sort of drifted apart after his blasphemous defiling of Andraste’s urn, however, and the consumption of dragon’s blood. Mahanon thought differently (I’d be glad to elaborate on how he considered it his own Joan of Arc moment).

Hates; Alistair and Oghren — Mahanon may be a transman but he’s also a misandrist. Oghren is the worst to him for reasons plain (although he does wonder if there’s some genderfuckery going on there. Still not his issue). He and Alistair used to get along well but he resented having the full burden of the Wardens pushed upon him and their relationship fell apart after the Landsmeet.

BONUS! Secret Companion - They get along surprisingly well together for being someone that Mahanon recruited to be able to put between himself and the Archdemon. Their relationship is somewhat cordial but overwhelmingly respectful of each other in their own rights.
