sometimes I look at how my mother makes me my favourite dishes despite the fight we had last night and how my sister sends me things to laugh at and reassures me when I need it and how my friends are always there to listen to me and how they trust me to help them and how my boyfriend says he's not romantic but he vows to get me flowers and take me to Italy and he kisses me with so much desperation and I think oh. Even after losing so much I still have so much to lose and so much to live for
