What Love Says… LOVE, One Size Fits All
Say the truth you carry in your heart, all the treasures of love desiring outward expression. Play as often as you can through play there is a remembrance of joy like a treasure unlocked, released and loved into existence.
Love grows in your heart in union with all that you are, creator and creation. Allow the beauty of your heart to touch your soul, again and again.
The tiniest of hearts can create loving magic and beauty whispered softly inward, "love is all one". With love there is connection, oneness and delicious expansion.
You are here now to embrace all facets of you, and knowing yourself, is to know the truth of all there was, is and ever will be, LOVE.
Go inward to love, witness love in everything. LOVE – one size fits all.
Jennifer R. Cook @catsinthebagdesignposts invites you to embrace love in your life and enjoy What Love Says series.

My belief system is a one-size fits all. It takes too much energy to believe others can get what they want and I can’t….or to believe that only I can create my reality and others can’t or struggle to.
Most of my resistance, my doubts, my fears and my indecision have come from me trying to customize and tailor my belief system so that it satisfies specific people and specific circumstances in my life (i.e. I can’t want XYZ because my family won’t approve).
In other words, when my belief system isn’t stabilized and all inclusive, I find myself experiencing resistance, unable to attract what I want.
If I want something, I have the freedom to want it without shame and guilt. That also means others in my reality have the freedom to want what they want without shame and guilt, even if it is contradictory to what I want.
Why would I need to be offended? Why would I need to convince them that what I want is best? Who cares?!
I don’t need their approval, just as they don’t need mines.
I already know I’m going to get what I want because I know my power, just like I trust they know theirs.
If everything is always working in my favor, then that means everything is always working out in other peoples favor. That also means I don’t have to pity others and play into their victim/fear-based stories. That’s not the level of “supportive” I want to be.
If others are able to create a life of ease and abundance, then that means so can I. That also means I don’t have to feel jealousy or feel “unlucky”.
If I can meet my own needs and ask for what I want, then that means others can do the same. That also means I don’t need to worry about anticipating their needs or holding myself back for fear of being “inconsiderate”.
There is no separation. That’s an illusion.
The simplest way I can convey this is with the following -
Belief: Sharing is caring
…If that’s what you WANT to do lol.
“But what if I don’t share, isn’t that bad?”
No, you don’t have to share. Quite frankly, you don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do.

I made a poem
It’s called One Size Fits All
—————————
A bit of info before the poem:
I am skinny, I know that. I have been underweight most of my life. This spring I finally got over 100 lbs as my average weight. I am 5’5”. I know my struggles are not the same as others but I have always struggled with my weight and body image. Being trans has worsened that. Clothing that is labeled as “One Size Fits All” is often too big for me. That was the inspiration for this poem
Ok on with the poem!
—————————
You know the clothing where the tag says ‘One Size Fits All’?
Those labels lie.
Well, at least for me.
If One Size Fits All doesn't fit, you’re not ‘pretty’
If I don't fit One Size Fits All
Then ‘all’ can't be true.
But if One Size Fits All fits you,
am I the one that should change?
If One Size Fits All is true,
doesn't it include your brain too?
Why isn't my mind like yours?
Your art is like water, it always flows in new ideas
My art is a dune
Blocking that water
Those ideas
From entering my mind
I need to become more like you
I need to be in the One Size Fits All of art
I heard there was not one but still
Every time I think I find myself, I falter
Will I ever fit in this one size?
Or will I always be the outcast in this
One Size Fits All

Frank Zappa & The Mothers of Invention - "Sofa No. 1" From the album One Size Fits All (June 25, 1975)
Last song scrobbled from iTunes at Last.fm
There was this drug store my mom used to go into on Sunset Drive, she used to sell them some knitted caps on commission, and she'd take me in there--this would have been '81, '82--and as my mother settled up, I'd always direct my lanky, zitfaced, longhaired self--I was probably wearing some stupid concert jersey--directly to the small record bin this drugstore had.
And I always used to pull out and look at the still shrink-wrapped copy of One Size Fits All they had, which, in the light of the new decade, looked freaky and mysterious to the not-so-surreptitiously pot-smoking teenaged kid that I was. But the records at this drug store, alas, were priced at List, so I wasn't going to drop $7.98 on a Zappa record, even if I did have this second hand copy of Over-nite Sensation, even if I did kind of like it. I wasn't dropping no 7.98, not when I paid 3.00 for used records at Y & T--and that determination stayed true even when it became apparent that Yesterday & Today didn't have One Size Fits All, and they weren't likely to ever get it.
So long and short of it, while I have long been entranced by the front- and back-cover artwork, I'm listening to One Size Fits All for the first time at the age of 52.
