Japan is a country that is destined to face various disasters that easily threaten the lives of its citizens. Therefore, as an index for roughly evaluating the degree of disaster risk, PDI (Disaster Intensity Points: Points of

As a trend, PDI is low in inland prefectures without volcanoes, and conversely, in coastal prefectures with volcanoes.

It seems that the PDI will be high. Here, Nagasaki Prefecture does not have a nuclear power plant, but in view of the fact that there is a Genkai Nuclear Power Plant in Saga Prefecture, which is closely related to the neighboring prefecture, it is assumed that Nagasaki Prefecture also has a nuclear power plant.

Although Morishita regards "war" as a type of "disaster", it was not reflected in this PDI calculation. In addition, areas with many buildings that pose a problem due to the problem of disguised seismic strength naturally receive a high score for damage caused by an earthquake. In any case, modern “man-made disasters (man-made disasters)” are large in both quality and quantity.

Detienen a los hijos de Nabila Rifo por golpiza que causó la muerte a conviviente de su madre.

La mujer que había sido agredida brutalmente por su pareja en 2016, había denunciado al sujeto por violencia intrafamiliar y amenazas con arma blanca, sin contar con medidas cautelares que la protegieran.

Pasadas las 21 horas, en Coyhaique, el conviviente de Nabila llegó hasta la casa de la mujer para agredirla verbalmente y luego lanzar piedras a su casa, según la declaración del hijo mayor de 20 años de edad. Ante el hecho, él y su hermano menor de edad de 17 años, respondieron propinándole una golpiza con pies, puños y un elemento contundente, para luego darse a la fuga. El hombre fue llevado hasta el Hospital Regional, pero pese a los esfuerzos del personal, falleció al rededor de la 1 am debido a la gravedad de sus lesiones.

La fiscalía de Coyhaique instruyó a la PDI para que se hiciera cargo del caso, por lo que la Brigada de Homicidios y Laboratorio de Criminalística está realizando las pericias correspondientes desde la madrugada y Nabila fue llevada al cuartel de la policía en calidad de testigo.

El hermano mayor se entregó al rededor de la media noche en la 1° Comisaría de Coyhaique, reconociendo su participación en los hechos. Su hermano menor, producto de las indagaciones de la PDI, fue detenido más tarde. Ambos pasarán hoy a control de detención.
