After a couple of years, Al eventually looses her Champion title to Raihan. It’s an intense battle and at the end they are both satisfied with the result, plus Al is very happy for Raihan since he has worked real hard for it.

On the other hand now that she is no longer a champion, Al is put face to face with not knowing what to do next, all her life she chased after becoming a region champion, but now that is done and over, she doesn’t knows what to do.

She loves Galar and wants to stay around (plus she doesn’t wants to leave Leon, Raihan and Piers behind) but she feels lost on what to do next, so when her ghost researcher friend, Willow, invites her to Paldea for her research, Al accepts in hopes of getting some change of air and hopefully an idea of what to do next.

Hey, so, I just found out there's a new bug in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet that can corrupt your save file? It hasn't happened to me yet (knock on wood), but I thought I'd share what little I've learned about it.

There are two error messages that may occur. Save Data Not Recognized (hereafter "NR") and Corrupted Data Was Found (hereafter "CD"). Of the two, NR is the more serious. There are apparently fixes for CD, but none yet for NR. The NR message is generated in the game itself, while the CD message is from the Switch.

It should be noted that NR appears to be a relatively rare issue, but it's always better to be prepared. The cause is still unknown. It does not appear to be linked to connecting to Pokémon Go or preordering the DLC. There is also at least one instance of somebody experiencing the issue before updating to Version 1.2.0.

If you experience the NR error, do not erase or overwrite your save data. It may still be recoverable. Contact Nintendo Support.

The CD error may be related to attempting the Walking Wake/Iron Leaves raids without updating to v1.2.0, or it might just be a thing that happens sometimes. But it is less serious and can be fixed.

If you experience the CD error, it can apparently be resolved by starting a new game on a second profile, saving, and then switching to your original profile. It may also be worthwhile to contact Nintendo Support in this instance as well. (I'd say do it even if this fix works for you. Let them know how broken this game is. Bemoan the fact that the "Official Nintendo Seal" used to actually mean something. But please be nice to the customer support agent; it's not their fault.)

You should also back up your entire SD card. Turn off your Switch, remove the microSD card, plug it into your computer, and copy all the files to your hard drive. (Update: This will not help with this issue as Pokémon does not save to the SD card, but it's still not a bad idea to back it up anyway.)

(Also, there is a megathread on r/PokemonScarletViolet. You should check there for more information because this is all I know about the issue, and I got most of my information from there.)

Serebii reports on Twitter that a new patch will be coming in late April that fixes the bad egg glitch from the 5 Star Paradox Raids. Hopefully, the save data glitches will receive a hotfix sooner than that, but it sounds like they're still not sure of the cause. However, Joe from Serebii has confirmed that TPCi/Nintendo are aware of the issue, and again, it is not linked to Pokémon Go or the DLC, but they're still not sure what the actual cause is. More details should be coming later, so check back on Serebii.net.

I would like to reiterate that this is a very rare issue. Of the 20 million+ copies sold, fewer than 100 people have experienced this issue. That's a fraction of a fraction of a percent. As u/madebypeppers on r/PokemonScarletViolet puts it, you have better odds of winning $1,000,000 from the Powerball.

Hello!! Thank you so much for the ask, I'll be more than glad to write something for them :> In terms of general headcanons:

Ken

Ken could best be described as a responsible and caring older brother figure to everyone in Team Rocket, even though he can be aggressive and strict from time to time in order to maintain discipline and keep missions in motion.

Despite his size and looks, he's respectful, considerate and really pleasant to talk to.

Can be kind when handling others' mistakes, unless he's faced with an uncooperative individual or is under a lot of pressure (which is more often than not exerted by Lt. Surge).

Speaking of Lt. Surge, as merciless and evil as the man is, one of Ken's biggest wishes is to receive his validation for being a good member of the team (and trying his best!). That, unfortunately, rarely happens.

Alongside Al and Harry, he deems Team Rocket his family, a community he belongs in, one he should protect and support in any way possible, no matter what he has to do in order to achieve that goal.

Desperately searching for a father figure after the early loss of his own.

Jokingly started calling Giovanni "dad" when talking to Al and Harry. (It's barely a joke anymore. Also, the nickname is now used by the other two as well.)

Really likes Pokémon!

His everyday outfit consists of a flannel, cargo pants and comfortable footwear. He has a LOT of flannels.

Coffee addict.

Al

Al is short. Short-tempered as well, actually. Nobody makes a big deal out of his height other than himself.

He's quick to speak his mind, and will make sure you know how irritated and disgruntled he is at the smallest of things that bother him, making him talk a lot.

On the flip side, he's honest about things he enjoys and admires about others too. If he likes what you're wearing or how you look on a particular day for example, he'll be the first to tell you and shower you with compliments and ideas on how to improve an aspect even further.

He rarely takes off his hat, and even when he does, he's simply fixing his hair before putting it back on. Very insecure about his appearance.

Rational and logical about other things and is a great problem solver, so people flock to him with questions and personal issues. He gets annoyed with it more often than not, but he'll help out regardless.

Has a bad habit of biting his nails, especially when he's been bottling up stress.

Surprisingly, he doesn't have a lot of close friends despite being social, so he sticks to Ken and Harry.

Has a thing for fashion and owns many pieces of clothing. A lot of them are hats and colorful shirts.

Likes playing cards and other luck based games.

Harry

Harry is the Popular™ one, and you'll most likely find him on some kind of party when he's off duty.

Made a group chat with Ken and Al so he could spam them with memes and hourly life updates. Al replies to everything individually and has a lot to say, while Ken keeps the messages short and brief ("lmao", "so true", etc.)

A big flirt, has had a lot of romantic partners in the past, but got heartbroken every single time (that doesn't stop him from pursuing The One™ in the future).

Agile and fast, has been training a lot, enhancing his stamina, and is able to outrun most of Team Rocket.

He's hyperfixated on Hatsune Miku and likes other anime-styled media. If you ask him about it, he won't shut up for hours. Owns a lot of (stolen) merch. His favorite Miku song is "World is Mine".

Self-confident. Doesn't think before he speaks and doesn't check messages for errors before sending them, leading to some hilarious typos that Ken and Al have been quoting for years. Unironically uses ":3" and variations.

He's the least likely of the three to physically hurt you. Can throw a verbal tantrum though and cause unnecessary drama.

Seemingly irresponsible, but when he puts his mind to something, he'll see it through.

Good at keeping promises.

But gossips a lot.

So, the other day, I unintentionally triggered a cutscene in Pokémon Scarlet that I was really not expecting. I remarked that I clearly wasn't as done with the DLC's story as I had thought, completely unaware that there was an epilogue planned and that it was, in fact, coming out the day after I said that. I was just trying to look up if there was something else I was supposed to do after triggering that cutscene, but it turns out that, in that specific instance, I actually was done with the story. The epilogue had nothing to do with that cutscene. It was still very fun, though.

You can't just have Terapagos bring Sada back to the future for 5 minutes, have her give me her copy of the Scarlet Book, not let me use the Scarlet Book or talk to Arven about it, and then say that's the end of that!!! My only hope is that maybe you can finally resolve that plot if you invite him as a guest coach enough times, but I've been too busy filling out the Pokédex to deal with that yet.
