California faculty at all CSU campuses will be striking the first week of the semester because tuition has been repeatedly increased while professors and lectures have nothing close to a livable wage, and now admin is trying to get students to snitch on professors who cancel classes as part of the strike. Absolute trash behavior.

Would be a shame if the system was clogged up with a bunch of bogus submissions.

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN AND SHARE THIS STORY 🙏🏾. This is the story of my mother Debrah Daniels who has been held in jail in riverside county since March 2023 for aiding and protecting her grandchild (which is my niece) from two girls that attacked her at her job and even sliced her arm with a pocket knife. Those two women have been walking around free with no repercussions for what they’ve done while my mother has been in jail for 4 months. They are trying to OVERCHARGE my mother with 1st degree attempted murder among other charges and stick her with a life sentence. My mother has been underrepresented by a public defender who did not fight for her during the pre trail and now that we were finally able to provide her with a lawyer her fate is in the hands of the jury now. She has not received ANY support from her family except for me and my older sister, our family has turned their backs on us and has not contributed anything to help, they don’t even ask how’s she’s doing. Our last hope is to rely on the kindness and support from strangers to help spread awareness of my mothers story and put pressure on the courts for their injustice. This is our last hope in bringing my mother home.

My friend lost everything in the Lahaina town fire. Please help if you can.

Makana needs some help affording food, clothing, other living necessities and supplies for attending medical school, all of which was destroyed in the Lahaina fire. This person is very sweet and very passionate about helping people. I dont want them to have to give up on their dreams. Makana will be tremendously grateful for anything you can give, and if you can't spare anything then please PLEASE reblog this because I can't imagine how stressful this must be for them and I want this person to recieve as much help as they can get. Are Blazed/Sponsored posts reviewed by a human or an algorithm? If by human, who let this through and how do you think this looks to your Jewish users? What are you doing to ensure your site is safe for marginalized users if something as blatant as this can get through? How is this supposed to garner trust that no one on staff is a bigot? If it's by algorithm, why would you rely on yet another flawed algorithm or not at least have a 2 step approval process? What is your algorithm and how does it filter bigotry? Does it scan images? What does it look for when it does?

I encourage people to reblog this and get it traction because this is disgustingly irresponsible and unacceptable on staff's part.

Debrah Daniels has been held in jail for 4 months with multiple charges while her granddaughters attackers have remained free with no repercussions. She has NOT received any help or support from her family outside of her two daughters and granddaughter. Our goal is to get Ms Daniels story heard and seen by all to put pressure on the courts for their overcharge on Ms Daniels in an act of self defense. Ms Daniels is set to go to trial August 28th. i'm still needing a lot of help financially right now. i made a post last month about everything going on. we're in a safe spot but my roommate and i still cannot afford anything, and neither can their friend that we moved in with. i still haven't landed a job, but the others have but they both just started this week and don't get paid for at least another week or two. there's also 1 barely working car between us, and the only pantry we can get to is just a cubby on the side of the road that's rarely stocked. we are down to our last bag of rice to feed 3. we all have bills that keep piling up but right now i am just asking for any help at all, so we can at least have enough food and gas until next friday. anything helps, truly.
