If any of my fellow OFMD / Rhys Darby fanatics are going to this show, give me a shout. Love to meet my fellow crew members and Rhysbians.
if I get to meet him I WILL be totally cringe and make a drooling idiot fangirl MORON IDIOT out of myself. It’s my nature. I will no doubt say something really embarrassing that I will regret for the rest of my life.
@kusurrone I promised that I'd supply with some of the doodles of a Divine Comedy-related project I did back in college to help you with your comic.
What I forgot about it was how much of a coal mine aesthetic it had. For context, I'm from Pittsburgh, the heart of the Appalachian region in America, where mining and industry were important to our way of life up until the 1980s when the mills shut down because of overseas competition.
As kids, in history class we were taught stories about the coal mines; old legends and songs of them connected to the underworld and Hell, so I incorporated those rust belt tales into my comic.
I cleaned some of the pages up for you. I'll upload some more later. :)

On this impeccably-seasoned episode of Two Fat Guys Eat, we go on a road trip to Hanover, PA! It's time for Utz Snacks Snack Town Street Fair! We discuss the vendors, the free swag and the food that you should check out if you find yourself in Central PA! We also discuss the ever increasing list of chip brands that Utz and Campbell's (wait...the soupmaker? Really?!) apparently own. It's mind-boggling.
"In the middle of the journey of our life I came to myself within a dark wood where the straight way was lost. Ah, How hard a thing it is to tell what a wild, and rough, and stubborn word this was, which win my thought renews the fear!" _ Dante Alighieri, The Divine Comedy
