Have y'all read Joy Demorra's Hunger Pangs yet, because if you haven't you should.

Also does anyone remember this meme? A few Novembers ago @thebibliosphere put the trio on the ot3 bunk and I feverishly sketched this up before immediately getting sick and completely forgetting all art until I got better.

But nothing can stop my love for these three!!!

i think, one of the most precious things about Joy's book, is that it makes me want to write

i've been slowly working on my mental state to allow words to compose but as i sit and reread hunger pangs (again, for the fourth time iirc) i am struck with the inspiration to write actual sentences

So, I recently read Hunger Pangs by Joy Demorra (@thebibliosphere). First time reading a spicy book, but I loved, loved it. Seriously, if you like supernatural stuff with Discworld vibes, go read it. There is even a non-spicy version if that is more your thing.

So naturally, I had to bind my own copy:

Still needs a title, but I love how it turned out. It's always more fun to bind actual books instead of plain journals. But I suck at formatting/layouting, so if an author gives permission to make personal copies, I'll gladly do so to get some practice in.

One of my favourite parts of Hunger Pangs I was thinking about this morning:

Nathan: it's gotta be some kinda vampire glamour. No way anyone is that devastatingly attractive.

Vlad: ugh I wish I could do illusion magic to look hot, that strapping werewolf must think I look like such a dweeb

And

Ursula: Godsdamned blue-eyed werewolves, he must see right through my glamour, it'll be so much harder to charm him

Nathan: Gotta be fairy glamour making her look so gorgeous. Dat ass tho. No, no, focus, don't let the glamour muddle your head

Just sets me to giggling whenever I think about it

so hear me out. first we’ve got this:
