if you can't have kids for medical reasons, i love you. a lot of people emphasize the joy of children, talk about how they changed their life, etc., and that's just not possible for some of us.

so. shoutout to:

• people who can "technically" have children but can't risk the financial stress due to being already disabled/chronically ill

• people who can't get off their medication long enough to conceive

• people with uteruses who have endometriosis or PCOS

• people who can get pregnant, but have a connective tissue disorder which makes them unable to handle the progesterone during pregnancy since it causes flares (hi, it's me)

• intersex conditions that makes you infertile

• anyone who has a terminal illness

• people who've had medically necessary surgeries which caused infertility

• people with genetic conditions they don't want to pass on (me again)

• those who require IVF that's just not in the cards for whatever reason

• and many, many others

🎍- How bad is your amnesia?

Well, I guess it partly depends on how you define amnesia, but mostly we have greyouts and emotional or "physical" amnesia (meaning we either only remember the event without the emotions attached, or only remember the emotions with no event details). It gets worse depending on a lot of factors like how often they front and how far away from front they usually are. We have noticed we experience about one or two full-on blackouts every month or so, though.

Coding! I'm building my own website. It is.... certainly a work in progress, hahaha. It took me like an hour to figure out how to get the background image to show up. Which might leave the impression that it's hard to do.... it's not. I'm just a dumbass sometimes 💀 But aren't we all?

Help me afford my dad's arthritis medication (urgent)

Of course as soon as I get enough money to pay for T, my dad has the worst Arthritis flare up he's had in 3 years 🙃😬 of course 🙃🙃🙃

Me and my mom are hauling ass trying to scrape together anything for his meds (bc the hospital only gives him as much as he needs until his next visit) to buy with a private script, but it's not looking like anything much bc we had to buy groceries today,, so if anyone could spare like 30 USD for his meds I'd literally cry in happiness, actually.

He's literally the only one of us who has a job atm and we really can't afford to have him bedridden and in agony rn, besides how emotional and stressful it is.
