Hi guys, I really need to start disciplining myself. I’ll be only having one meal a day and fast for some. I miss my old self. I miss feeling my hip bones and seeing my collar bones so clearly, miss my legs being tiny and my clothes fitting loosely, being told i look like nothing but sticks and bones.
I fail when I don’t have tumblr but now that I’m back, it’ll be so much easier to get this nasty grimey weight off me. I want to reach my goal weight this year and i WILL.

Day two of getting back to it and I’m feeling good. Did hot yoga this morning and was the fattest person in the room. That is unacceptable. I’ve already lost 3.2 lbs in the past two days. So that’s good. Probably mostly water weight, but I’ll take it. I’d really love a high SW over 18 buddy to keep me motivated. Hit me up if you’re interested!

hii on your most recent post, you said your thighs got skinnier. what kind of things/ exercises were u doing?
Hullooo! uh yeah, I've been doing this workout it makes ur thighs burn and really sore for a while but I've found that I've gotten used to it and it is much easier to do but it works really well!!
I've also eaten a lot less as well so that could be it.
