HELP i’m not eating more than like 700 calories per day at most basically but i’m not even feeling that hungry and i didn’t wake up hungry and i convinced myself i ate in my sleep?? am i eating too much if i don’t feel hungry like will i lose weight from this even?

december 3rd 2019 - Day 2, 200 calories
im doing this now so i dont need to change it cuz i wanna binge s o b a d im so fucking hungry lmao (dont tell me to eat lmao) im going out to eat with my dad on friday and i always fucking binge with him lololol so im just gonna fast for tomorrow and thursday until we eat dinner then yk we’re gonna fucking eat the rest of the weekend but ill minimize because i stfg if i gain fucking weight back after this i will c r y
Breakfast - skipped
Lunch - One cup of chicken noodle soup (70 cals) Gum (8 cals)
During school - another piece of gum (8 cals)
Before Psychiatrist - 2 gum pieces (total 5 cals)
Dinner - One cup of chicken noodle soup (70 cals)
Quick grab before bed so i actually get some fucking sleep lmao - Cinnamon milk (45 cals)
total - 206 cals
exercise - i have no idea but im guessing like 250-300ish cals burned td from gym class
metobolic rate - 1572
total cals burned 1666 :)

do any of you guys have good tips on getting out of eating at dinner. like for instance my dad always makes us eat at the dinner table at dinner time and i cant say i already ate because he knows that i haven’t obviously. i get out of it sometimes by saying i’ll eat later or that i’m not hungry, but i haven’t been able to do that lately because he gets angry with me so easily. he doesn’t suspect that i’m under eating or anything it’s just that i don’t wanna get caught. so any tips or ideas?
