I wasn’t expecting to be reinstalling Triangle Strategy in June of 2023 but hey I’ll take it

■ War Chronicle • Added replay chapter feature ■ The Tavern • Added replay story battle feature ■ Title Screen • Added Extra Story (requires completion of Serenoa’s route) ■ Other • Made some battle adjustments for repeat playthroughs • Improved some loot (money and items) dropped by enemies during repeat playthroughs • The “...” symbol animation can now be interrupted and skipped • Assigned a button to skip the company logos that appear when launching the game • Added a relief measure for when achievements cannot be obtained due to a network error • Amended some tutorial text in line with updates • Fixes to other minor bugs

I was just in the stupidest battle of attrition in Triangle Strategy.

Chapter 13, fighting the bandits. It was a massacre, I was down to 2 units, Anne and Hughette, and managed to keep them alive for half an hour and take out 3 units and a boss character.

Sure they both died at the end due to me skipping a turn by mistake, but man what a last stand

Hope that reveal helps influence my decision on what to do with Roland (although I’ll definitely play both ways at some point to see what happens). I want to know as Y why Prince Roland ended up eliminating Dragan and causing all this bloody mess to begin in the first place. I am now committed to the fate of House Wolffort and its allies. Project Triangle Strategy is a new Tactical RPG from Square Enixs Creative Business Unit 2, which is the Enix division of Square responsible for Dragon Ques. Square Enix will release strategy RPG Triangle Strategy for PC via Steam on October 13, the company announced.

Triangle Strategy takes place on the continent of Norzelia, where players will determine the fate of three powerful kingdoms embroiled in conflict, Glenbrook, Aesfrost, and Hyzante. Set 30 years after the “Saltiron War,” players will guide protagonist Serenoa Wolffort and his faithful companions, childhood friend Prince Roland, fiancee Princess Frederica Aesfrost, and the steward of House Wolffort Benedict, as they attempt to navigate their way through this new conflict.

Triangle Strategy offers a complex, tactical battle system that utilizes a lush, interactive RPG environment. Players will have the ability to:

Choose from three different philosophies, pragmatic utility, virtuous morality or liberty, to help shape the story

Select from 30 characters to create their own unique battle team

Utilize unique attributes, set movement per range offered by each character, as well as use special attacks and skills that consume a limited but rechargeable pool of Tactical Points per character

Level up characters by using them in battle to increase their attributes and to unlock new special attacks and skills

Upgrade individual attributes and characters classes, making them more effective in combat

Players who (pre)purchase the digital Standard or Deluxe Edition of Triangle Strategy before October 13, 2022 on PC will receive a pre-purchase discount of 10 percent off.
