Do yourself a solid and do your research. Its so easy and genuinely fun to go back and play old crappy games. If you need somewhere to start looking, check out Myabandonware (an archive of retro computer games from 1978 to 2012, which are free to download and take up like zero space on your computer) or Flashpoint (another free to download mega archive of almost every game that was lost to time after flash died off.) I'll even link 'em to you. here.

It's not that hard to make something look authentic to this time. it's not that hard to do research so you know what your project should look like. Also it's just fun to play toys and games. Go play toys!!!!

But also: Find forms of personal intimacy with your spouse that are not sex, not foreplay, not ‘maybe this will lead to sex’, because I guarantee that you and your spouse will have periods in your life where you just don’t want to fuck.

Making sex a vital necessity to be happy together will turn it into an obligation and a chore, which will ruin your relationship. A sex obligation will create needless arguments, allow room for insecurities and resentment to develop and fester, and generally make living together exhausting and miserable.

Find ways to be intimately close without the expectation of sex.

18TH JANUARY, 2024 ; I came back to my hometown today in a rush for reasons, so I cancelled a few plans I had with friends today and for the weekend. my social psycho lecture was great, the professor is intriguing and I like his demeanor. I'm getting back to a routine that I like, but dread the upcoming workload (and the masters' candidatures...). My mind is clear for now.

I'm struggling a lot with basic verbs used in farsi, but I'll keep doing the unit again and again until I'm fine with it. I'd love to take more time to study more the languages I want, maybe during the summer holidays.
