Idk how to explain what i will do if temuera appears as a clone in the Kenobi show. I mean they could go off and absolutely ruin Obi Wans character or make the inquisitors the lamest villain in existence or just not care for the plot in any way but if temuera shows up as purge trooper cody in current times or as any other clone in a flashback it'll be all that i need

Aw, just thinking about the chipped purge troopers retroactively casting the jedi in a terrible light to the unknowing public? I mean, this had been the jedi's army, but a lot of empire citizens would only ever meet them chipped, ruthless and cold and commiting atrocities on behalf of the empire. Many of those people would have no context to understand that the clones weren't always like that, especially with the dehumanising rhetoric about the clones that was probably already circulating during the war. They'd have to wonder about the jedi who led them too. It plays perfectly into the propaganda about both jedi and clones, propaganda that makes it so much easier to dispose of them.

Ever since I made my first purist Purge Trooper (here), I've been wanting to make a whole squad. And with the Dark Trooper head being a lot more common now, I was finally able to do it. I had to make a couple changes from my first one, but I'm really happy with how these turned out.

Alright, so I have a purge trooper question for Star Wars fans in the know.

I’ve looked all over on Wookieepedia (I love Wookieepedia so, so much), but I cannot find a specific material named for either Phase I or Phase II Purge Trooper Armour. The only thing that I can find is that Purge trooper armour is supposed to be lightsaber-resistant.

Do we know the material that the armour is made out of?

I was thinking of maybe a Beskar-Alloy being used for the early Purge Troopers (ie. the 14 clones). I wouldn’t say the purge trooper armour is made of pure beskar, it certainly doesn’t look that way. But in terms of how they could’ve got it, the Empire steals beskar from Mandalore, finds/forces an armorer to create 14 identical sets of armour, etc.

Or maybe it’s Phrik, or a Phrik-alloy? From Wookieepedia: Phrik was a rare metallic compound that was one of only a few lightsaber-resistant substances known. It was used in the construction of extremely light and durable battle armor as well as melee weapons. The catch with Phrik, though, is that it’s extremely rare and expensive (from my understanding, it’s even more rare than beskar).
