Hello!! I was wondering how the ROs would react if MC just picked them up randomly (or cause they were exited or smt. For example like,, bride style carrying them??)

The way Anita would melt at this!! She'd be over the moon, giggling like a schoolgirl. She also might just get comfortable in MC's arms. She's affection-starved, so... surprise! She lives there now.

Basil would think it's really fun. He'd probably share in the MC's excitement, whatever it was about. He's also used to getting picked up by his Dad (Mr Laurier Sr is huge and used to lift and toss his son around for fun all the time when he was little, and sometimes still does). So you're triggering happy, nostalgic memories for him! He'd probably feel super safe and loved.

Reem isn't used to getting picked up due to her height, so MC would quite literally be sweeping her off her feet! She'd laugh and then immediately try to make out with the MC, because frankly, I think getting carried bridal style would do things to her.

FLO WOULD SCREAM. I mean you're picking up a guy who's built like the fucking Undertaker, what the hell is going on how are you doing this???? How are you carrying him bridal style this is terrifying

How would the ro's respond during the crushing stage if the mc got very happy and kissed their cheek (or wherever) in their excitement suddenly?

Cypress would just…glitch. They wouldn’t know what reaction to give. I imagine the look of slight shock on their face, a raised brow and the thought of “did that really just happen?” going through their head.

E would be a smartass and say “if that’s the reaction I get, I’ll have to be in your presence more often” whilst in their head they know they’re going to be thinking about that moment for the rest of the day.

L would teasingly say, “I didn’t realise that warranted a kiss”. And after the mc leaves, L would place their fingers over when the mc kissed them. It’s probably at this moment L takes not of the fact that they’re in the crushing stage.

Milan wouldn’t register that it’s even happened at first. They’ve seen the mc excited so many times over the years, so they’d think that the kiss is purely based on that. And then Milan would blurt out, “wait, you just kissed me…?”

N would stiffen, realise it’s a sensation they actually like, trick themselves into thinking they didn’t like it, and then, that night, they’d overthink the situation again…and again…and again…

Out of pure curiosity--and having read a lot of varied smut scenes over the years--I have a question.

It's a little hard to phrase, so think about a pairing, just a one-on-one sexual interaction, and which dynamic you seek to read (or enjoy) the most frequently.

This applies mostly to Reader Fic, yes, but usually we also have a preferred character who we focus on the most. Imagine between character A and B, you know you really like when A is portrayed a certain way, but you've seen B written all sorts of ways and don't have a preference. I'm talking about character A here, in that case: what behavior/personality do they exhibit?

Morkai would glance at the door in exasperation, then powerwalk over there, pick up the MC, and then deposit them in a safe place, like their bed lol. Grumbling "pest" under his breath before he kisses their forehead.

Straasa would frown and be momentarily concerned. He hurries over, takes the MC's arm in case they need help walking and then makes them drink water and such. Then, he'd hold them and pet them till they fall asleep.

Daelynn...would probably be drunk alongside the MC lol. If not, she'd rectify that quickly and insist the MC lets her do shots off of them or something equally wild LMAO! I'd suggest that the MC tries to be the responsibleone here XD

Eledwen would be the most concerned. She has no experience whatsoever with inebriated humans. She can't get drunk herself, but she knows others do. Ok the following is important to me. See, Flo's problem is twofold.

B) he might seem indifferent, but he is aware of fact A and rather insecure bc of it. So even when he suspects someone likes him, he prefers not to make the first move bc he's afraid he's misreading their intentions

Hi! How would the ro’s be with an mc who’s basically a nurturer: gentle, comforting, loves taking care of people? LOVVVVE your work btw

Something A would raise an eyebrow at because acts of service is their love language (even they know that!), and it’s not something they’ve often received. So, surprised A that eventually ends up being pleasantly surprised.

This would probably be a battle of the people pleasers, and I’m not sure who would win haha. B would probably realise how lovely it is to be taken care of, but would also say ‘oh, no. You don’t have to do that for me…’ purely out of habit.

Angst time, but K would just think that they don’t deserve it. K’s very connected to their trauma and it often bubbles up to the surface and makes them think ‘oh, shit…’ — their outward facade often keeps them safe from that, but the mc doing stuff that nice for them at first would definitely be an experience.

I always imagine P as an ‘all in’ lover, if that makes sense. They’ll give the best of themselves in a relationship as often as possible, and being with someone who’s a gentle lover will only emphasise that and make them think love is definitely worthwhile.

Al would be painfully obvious. Mid poetry, stumbing over their words, blushing at ev-er-y-thing. They try to be smooth, but they are a complete dork.

Reese is extrodinarily charming toward people they like. It's very obvious, but is a very suave way. They are very good with their words.

Sloan/Sloane becomes very, very awkward. The target of their affections might even begin to think that S hates them now, as they tend to clam up and avoid that person for fear of saying something stupid.

Literally nothing changes for Quinn. They only really develop those feelings after they've known someone for a while. Once they do have a crush or fall in love, everything is internal. Noticing everything the other person does, worrying about their person's well-being, etc. If Quinn had feelings for you, you might never know.
