#Meghan's reading list #books #RPO wasn't too bad. #i can't really explain what i didn't like about it. i liked the story. #but the main character was like stalker-ish & if he were a she #everyone would've called him a mary sue. everything just fell #into place for him? he was just too OP that it was cringe-y. #the blood gospel was a riot. i thought it was gonna be garbage #but i just read it for the ride and whew wasn't expecting half #of what i read but it sure was fun lol not great but w/e. #ape house was atrocious makes me want to reread water #for elephants to see if i actually liked it as much as i rmbr... #read my last MHC book on my shelf & bro how tf is she #a ny best-selling author? she's not a great writer imo. idk #what i used to see in her? maybe cuz they're easy reads. #and the mountains echoed was obv good. he always has #written well so i didn't doubt that it'd be good. the revenant... #[sigh] i liked it... all until the last 3(?) chapters. what a crap #ending. i read for a revenge story. sucks when it doesn't deliver. #slaughterhouse-five is a classic & it's good to know i still like it. #i've put off reading girl on a train long enough. never watched #the movie either so i at least know next to nothing about it #though i do know there is content i might have to skim through...
