It's 10pm, do you know where your RTK prototypes are? 🔧🛰️🎯
We juuuuust plugged in this uBlox RTK F9P shield into USB and given the intense cost of these modules we definitely had a nervous twitch but then we heard the "ba-dunk" of enumeration and wheeeewww it came up as a serial port. Heartened, we soldered on a right-angle SMA connector and connected a chonky active antenna . Start up a copy of u-center and huzzah, there is GNSS data streaming out. Next up, we have to figure out what we want to use as the underlying transport layer from base station to rover - maybe an ESP32-S3 Metro and ESP-Now? more research is needed!

This is soo random I'm sorry but I need someone to like, make a YT vid or something, in which they include iconic parts from Pentagon's songs that make me go absolutely feral.

Hello! If it's not too much of a bother, could you please elaborate on what Zuko's arc was in season 2? I'm a bit confused. Thank you!
In the very first episode of Book 2, by becoming a fugitive of the Fire Nation was forced on a journey where he had to look at the world outside of his obsession of returning to his father.
He had to live and survive in Earth Kingdom, being confronted with the war crimes of the Fire Nation, the lies he was told to believe about the people. He experienced poverty, hunger, hardship and learnt some truths about himself.
Arriving in Ba Sing Se, he got close to being able to accept a simple life with his uncle and let go of his goal.
Zuko's physical journey in Earth Kingdom is parallel to Aang's spiritual journey of the chakras in The Guru.
But at the end, they both fail at the last chakra (earthly attachments). Aang can't give up Katara, Zuko can't give up the hope for earning his honor father's love.
He has to go home changed by his experience, get exactly what he thinks he wanted to understand that this is not what he wanted and to find the strength to break free from his father and define his own path and his own honor.

PCB of the day! ZED RTK shield design prototype 🛠️🗺️🎯
We're taking a first pass at a board for interfacing with the ZED-F9P RTK module. RTK allows for centimeter-level precision location, with respect to a fixed base station. this sketch is a shield that you would pair with a Metro or Arduino with wireless support. The interface from the ZED module is basically UART but there's also I2C options and USB, so you could theoretically wire this board independently from a base-board. the modules are $200 each so we're a little nervous but what's life without a little excitement?
