this podcast has meant so much to me over the past year. It's the first actual play I've ever listened to and it made me love dnd and want to play it even more than I already had. I am both sad that we're only going to see these characters in one shots, and incredibly excited to see what the next campaign is going to bring. These guys will always have a special place in my heart and I could not think of a better ending for their story
Tomorrow will be a week without the crew of the PerAspera. I am unreasonably attached to these characters and miss them horribly. Huge thanks to the crew of Rolling With Difficulty. You are amazing people. Whatever you decide to do next, your listeners will be listening with love.
(Side note: Thursday procreate glitches out on me and I lost this whole piece and had to rebuild it from scratch. Here's to procreate's time lapse video feature and tracing your own work.)
"cressida is a girlboss whose first interaction with the party was her (and her retriever spider partner) kidnapping a party member. she has since returned to do all sorts of cool shit with them, like kill squids. roy had to be carefully protected the one time he went on a mission with the party, because he is. a normal-ish dude who cannot fight as well as them. and theyre an amazing ship otp"
"Bounty Hunter With Dark And Brooding Past And A Big Spider meets Sunshine Himbo With Nice Abs"
Malficlark Propaganda:
"Malfina is a sexy powerful demoness and Clark is just. Some guy. From Connecticut. Safe to say he knows a thing or two about good ol fashioned Connecticut hospitality and homemaking."
"You know them, I know them, it's everyone's favorite demoness and blob man back to share their love with the world once again."
@kathbunny here is your present for @emis-equivalent-exchange !! Everybody’s showing off their weird little dudes to their friends/partners, except for Vhas, who is very irritated about this. I hope you like it!! :)
just…. VR-LA speaks so robotically in the early seasons, the heck? I remember thinking ‘oh crap, that’s a lot of Emotion from our dial-up homie’ right around the wish ring fiasco but I didn’t realize the difference was this stark. He’s nearly monotone. He’s speaking like a Wikipedia article and a block of code had a child and abandoned it in an alleyway with a dusty physics textbook as its only company. Mans went from teleprompter to tellenovella. I’m so proud of him.
