Things Happening In The Ravenclaw Common Room Part 7
. A sonnet titled "Ode To The Stare Of A Bewildered Niffler (Dedicated To Herbert)" has just been completed.
. A very stressed 7th Year is chugging the Ravenclaw Study Special: coffee mixed with a concerning amount of Red Bull.
. A makeup-savvy student is trying to make it look like she has bowling alley carpet on her eyes. This is what she's got so far:
. The Head Girl is enchanting mindfulness colouring books to move like the paintings so she can deposit them to exam taking students for some de-stress time.

Imagine if Imogen studied at Hogwarts, what house would she be sorted into? My headcanon is that Imogen is Ravenclaw. She seeks knowledge (she goes to Jrusar to gain access to the Starpoint Conservatory), not power, as many of Slytherins do. Just think about the famous 'Is she her favourite?' scene and the way Imogen acted. Many Ravenclaws are introverts and Imogen is definetely one.
I also asked around and people told me she would make a perfect fit for Ravenclaw or Slytherin while Laudna would be sorted into Hufflepuff (I absolutely agree with that).
What do you think?

Decorating for Ravenclaw
After seeing the screenshots of @animasola86 I thinks it's time to give the Ravenclaws the Christmas tree they deserve.
So let's start decorating. 🎄
And yes, I may or may have not googled 'linear motions'. xD
The picture below is one of these screenshots. If you want more cozy Christmas vibes from Hogwarts, hop over to @animasola86 😊
Amit winced as he spun round from his telescope to face MC and Poppy, both holding two large bags.
"How... how do you get in here?"
MC waved him off: "There are ways and means. But what's more important is this."
With a conspiratorial grin, she tapped the sack in her hand, making Amit look even more suspicious. He couldn't raise any more objections, however, because Poppy had grabbed him by the hand and was pulling him along to the tall tree that stood in the centre of the Ravenclaw common room.
Compassionate students had decorated his dark green dress with a few blue and bronze coloured glass baubles, with fabric bows hanging lopsidedly in between. All in all, it was a rather sad sight.
"You're responsible for the pinnacle," Poppy pressed a bronze-coloured ball into Amit's hand, which first began to glow when she tapped her wand against it and then spun on its own axis.
Wide-eyed and open-mouthed, Amit watched as several rings rose up around the sphere and circled it in hypnotic orbits.
"Oh, this ornament seems to refer to Saturn. Although Saturn's rings are arranged in the same orbits and move in linear motions around the planet..." He fell silent as he felt the eyes of Poppy and MC on him: "It's also very pretty."
With a light wave of his wand, he levitated the ball to the top of the fir tree and placed it carefully on the top branch. However, it didn't take long for his enthusiasm to make him ponder the wonders of the cosmos once again. Beaming with joy, he looked at the glass balls that MC and Poppy had brought with them - blue balls in which individual constellations were immortalised. Created with magic, they flashed and sparkled in their glass casing and increasingly attracted the attention of the other Ravenclaw students.
Curious, they rummaged through the bags for more treasures and helped to place them on the Christmas tree, whose dress was becoming more and more splendid.
The relaxed atmosphere around the tree soon spread throughout the room and for a brief moment, even the students, who were bent over their homework or other reading, looked up and watched the hustle and bustle around the Christmas tree, which was now shining in all its splendour.
Dear Ravenclaws, feel free to share all the things you want to have on your Christmas tree, I'm curious. 😊

Just wanted to show you guys the rest of what I set up in the Ravenclaw Common room for the day 16 render. The room isn't wholly furnished since I only needed this side for the render, but there's quite a bit more than what was actually visible.

Ravenclaws Are...(Part 6)
Watching in-depth video essays on games you've never heard of, spending hours making up stories about constellations, Brian David Gilbert in general and Unravelled in particular, overly competitive Scrabble games, making the most bizarre and incomprehensible memes possible, doing overly intricate hair and makeup for fun, Letterboxd lists
