Headcanons for all da Bumblebee x reader headcanons separately (like tfa, tfp, bay, 2018, rotb, rid, g1, Earthspark, cyberverse, rescue bots. How they each would be in a relationship and all that please ((So sorry I didn’t specify before pal 😅🥲))

Ok I hope I got this right😂. And no worries, and let me know if I missed anything or if there is something more specific you want to get my thoughts on

So there are a few things I think all Bee's have in common and that's being kind and a great boyfriend. Optimus raised a gentleman (bot) that's for sure. He's very much the opposite of " Oh I hate my significant other', " My significant other is my ball and chain", etc.

G1 Bumblebee: Definitely a clumsy blushing mess (if robots can blush) around his crush before they get together. He may or may not have used the same line he'd given to Spike to ask Carly out. I feel like he would also be the kind to brag to everyone about his SO and how amazing they are. Seriously, he introduces them to everyone as his SO especially at the beginning. I can see him at the very beginning having to run tell EVERY SINGLE AUTOBOT THAT WILL LISTEN THAT HE IS NOW WITH THIS PERSON. Very sweet boyfriend, and if he isn't cuddling with them he always has to be touching his SO in some way. I.E hand holding, having them in his arms or on his shoulder. The kind of relationship that it can be years down the line and they never run out of things to talk about and still learning new things about each other

TFA Bumblebee: If you got together too close to them making a home in Detroit he would have gotten in trouble for either stealing or messing up some flowers because he either wanted to get something for you and he didn't know the concept of paying for things or he was trying to pick flowers for you and he didn't realize he couldn't just pick some out of a public garden. He can be a little 💩 sometimes like you would probably expect, but he's actually a very sweet boyfriend. Always doing things like when he sees his SO carrying or trying to carry something heavy he has to rush over and carrys it for them while saying something like " Don't worry, Your boyfriend is here to help". Basically any reason to call himself your boyfriend. When Wasp did the electronic paint job with their helmets it affected him more then he let on, and once the others went to bed he asked you to stay with him. He can handle you being gone for a few days but if you're gone for more than a few days he starts becoming very sad because he misses you and the other bots don't know how to handle it. When you get back he nearly crushes you in a tight hug and he will definitely run over anyone who tries to get in the way, and don't expect for him to let you out of his arms for several hours. The other bots adore your relationship and see that you are a good influence on him. I definitely get the vibe that he would be the kind of boyfriend to do something like this

I can see it being the kind of relationship where sometimes you don't even need to talk you can just be around each other in comfortable silence and enjoy each others company

TFP/ Rescue Bots/ RID/ Rescue Bots Academy (I'm combining because these are supposed to be the same bot): He is very sweet with his SO when they are alone but he is somewhat less comfortable with PDA. He's ok with holding hands and a few little things like that but for the most part he won't be the one instigating anything beyond hand holding ( though it also depends on who is around- if you're only around people you know well and are comfortable with he's much more open about PDA). It takes him a little while to get out of the habit of feeling like he has always be taking care of you and protecting you, you definitely make him see this is a partnership and he doesn't have to put everything on himself.

Cyberverse Bumblebee: He's probably not the kind to flirt BEFORE you get together but oh man. Once you do get together he flirts relentlessly, and with the cheesiest pick up lines. For example, if you trip or fall or something and he catches you he will without a doubt say something very cheesy like " I guess you really did fall for me."

Earthspark Bumblebee: I can see this going two ways. Either 1- he accidentally makes it seem like he hates you because it's noticeable to you that he avoids you and that you're the only one he seems to have a problem with. He's forced to admit his feelings when you confront him about his behavior. Or 2- he got close to you but didn't believe it could work between you two. He resigned himself to only being your friend until he couldn't take it anymore and he finally admitted it to you . (Everyone around you wanted you two to get together). An extremely loving boyfriend. He's not bothered at all by PDA, he'll give you a kiss, hug, hold your hand or whatever (SFW obviously) regardless of if anyone is around or not. Loves to call you pet names like; my love, sweetheart, baby (he uses a lot of pet names)

Bayverse Bumblebee: You two are so alike you can almost already tell what the other is thinking without needing to hear it. Seriously like some kind of weird mind meld/soulmate thing going on. Crosshairs once made the mistake of mocking you standing up for Bee when he was giving him a hard time, let's just say he now fears being on the receiving end of your wrath. You two have your own code for when a mission goes wrong, how bad, and where to meet after if you get separated. Also, this bots memory is very good. When you find Wheelie, he remembers what he did to Mikayla and he definitely threatened to blast him back to Cybertron if he ever tried that with you

ROTB/Knightverse Bumblebee: no surprise but he loves going to the drive in with you. Takes you to meet Charlie so that you two can be friends. He loves carrying you around in his arms because of the size difference between you two (he thinks you're so cute and small). He just wants to spend quality time with you whenever he can. Always running a finger through your hair and playing with your hair in some way it just fascinates him

ok in that longass rescue bots headcanons list i made this one headcanon ive been dying to talk about, which is that i think quickshadow was part of elita one’s squadron on cybertron, and that the group has since been disbanded. my reasoning:

to me, since optimus and ultra magnus are both in tfp, it feels natural to assume elita exists. i dont think she’s dead, although perhaps the war bots think she is, similar to how they thought shockwave was.

also, since shockwave’s backstory is similar to his in g1 i’m doing the same for elita’s. just like in g1, she and her squad of lesbians girlbosses stayed on cybertron to hold down autobot territory, and to fight shocky.

anyway elita's team in g1 seemed to specialize in espionage and close combat, which is what quickshadow does. she would fit right in with the group. as a highly trained warrior and someone who is personally close to optimus, her having a past with elita one and in the war makes sense.

i think quickshadow was definitely a rescue bot first, but presumably as the war took off she allied herself with the autobots. at the rescue academy she trained as a special ops bot, which helped her survive whatever happened to the other rescue bots, and eventually led her to win the favor of autobot high command. this lead to her rapidly climbing the ranks until she served alongside elita one.

at some point in my mind the team was disbanded, either because of lack of resources or they split up to become smaller groups or join other teams. quickshadow became a proper undercover agent, the one we see in the show. by then it's clear optimus trusts her, as he arranged for her vehicle scan, gave her tech to hijack groundbridges, and let her keep her rescue bots insignia. she also was constantly changing names and identities, so she's been undercover a lot. this level of trust hints at a personal history, like her being close to elita.

quickshadow is also a solo agent by the time we meet her, again showing she's highly respected and trusted by optimus, and presumably other members of autobot high command. optimus put a lot of work into keeping the rescue bots secret and safe, but quickshadow has clearly been a part of the war for a very long time, possibly since the beginning. hightide was optimus's friend since the early days, so it could be possible for quickshadow to have known elita or optimus before everything. that would explain the freedom she has that no other character is given.

You know, I wanted to keep this blog all about my personal projects. But my ADD has me jumping from Fandoms to personal projects to just random stuff that just materialize in my head. So I just decided to give up trying. I have so many ideas I need to get out so.

Rescue bots headcanons/ideas/origins no one ask about

(Don't judge me, it is my favorite comfort show)

RAISE/CAST/FRAME TYPE/RANDOM STUFF

CHASE

He was raise in velocitron

Since velocitron is a Transformers colony in which everything is decided by racing. The idea of Chase being born there is very interesting to me.

He was definitely born with a land base frame, small to medium size and thin plating. like most of the bots in velocitron. I think this because it's shown multiple times in the show that he is fast and probably light to be able to pull some acrobatics like this

He was recruited to be a police bot by the The Rescue Bots council due to his frame type and abilities to be a high Chase pursuer.

I like to think he was born a middle-class bot. Since he grew up in an environment that lacks rules and order, he would have a harsh reality check when he joined the academy, but grew up to love the security the laws and order give him. Not needing to be the fastest bot to be able to be taken seriously gave him a comfort he never knew he needed. That's why he is such a stuck-up for the rules. He wants everyone to feel as safe as he did when he joined the academy.

HEATWAVE

Raise in cybertron

I like to believe he was raised at iacon city since it was the autobot capital. I like to believe he was a middle-class autobot that grew up surrounded by autobots soldiers, and that's where his eagerness to join Optimus team sparks from. A sense of duty due to growing up has an autobot but never officially being one.

And tell me he is nothing but a large frame bot. Though I'm of the belief he is a thin plating natural born multi-changer. Why?

He is the only one shown to have significant damage from something relatively minor for an autobot. (Like boulder also got some rocks on him, yet he has no show damage) So he is a big frame with tin plating.

Has for a natural born multi-changer? Well, I like to believe all rescuebots are built to be multi-changers, but some need "operations" to make this possible. But Heatwave was born with that ability, and probably being a middle to high class cybertronian, he was a precious rarity. That's also the reason why he wasn't allowed to join the autobots. His ability is way more useful and valuable to the rescue bots, so he was kind of socially pressured into that line of work.

BOULDER

Raise in Cybertron

I personally believe he was raised in one of the many slave cities, probably one of the "better" ones.

Look at him

He is nothing but a large land base frame with thick platting.

He was raised as a slave miner/constructer. His job was basically mine metal one day, built/repair buildings another. his mining facility was close to a rescue bot base and one day he was spotted by a rescue bot instructor and he saw potential in Boulder has a rescuer due to his frame type and his unbreakable morals and optimism.

BLADES

Raise in cybertron

He was raised in a settlement of land base frame bots, but they were close to the city of Vos.

He was born as a middle-high class land base frame bot with thick platting. But when he was close to maturity the city of vos decided to "help" the neigbor settlements by "offering" to "fix" any land base frame into a flyer. So blades was turn into a flight base frame.

He was traumatized, and It was painful just remembering what they did to him. So when he was offer a place at a rescue bot academy he jump to the idea, half because he genuinely wants to save bots and half with the hopes of getting a multi-changer frame that would let him get a land base form.

And that's it, I started writing this in my night shift so I might have been a bit sleep deprived so apologies if it's hard to make sence of my rambling, I tried to edit this has best has I can.

I will 100% elaborate more in a different post about the specific details I have for each bot pass in cybertron. I use terms I have hear before in the Fandom but I have give them my small little twist that I will share in another post (example what I mean with Frame and Platting) this is just an appetizers to satiety my writing need.

Feel free to leave comments/constructive criticism. I would love to see people thoughts in my ideas. I'm gonna try to keep posting more consistently. But don't expect this to be a purely transformers blog, I probably write for other fandoms, but I'm gonna pin a post later so people know what to expect.

As I watch more and more rescue bots over the past couple of days my mind takes the question again (and someone is fighting me over it lmao), Is Rba and Cyberverse aligned? (Warning spoilers)

Short answer is Yes (though not comfirmed, but hinted.)

The longer answer

Transformers Prime and Rescue bots happen in the same time frame, then comes Rid after Prime, Cyberverse happens in the same time period and im pretty sure some events take place a little after Rid.

So Rescue bots academy is happening a little before season 4 of Cyberverse, which explains why Lazerbeak had no owner (referencing Soundwave's death) as he was shown to be fount on a lost ship with no one, which can infer that maybe his old friends left him behind on accidentin a hurry since he couldn't transform back to his bird form without being placed in a jukebox. Also from Rba we can see that Blurr went to Cybertron but the reason we never see Blurr in Rba is because he died from a rust infection while trying to save Bumblebee. Though it isn't confirmed where Salvage's whereabouts are we can assume he either died with Blurr or he decided to stay on Hightide's ship. In Cyberverse we see that Optimus Prime and Soundwave sign a contact for forever peace between the auto bots and decepticons, this is when Wedge changed his sign. Though the decepticons among the recruits (*cough* Hotshot) were assumed as bad people due to their past murder they were still reunites with the Decepticons due to the fact that Optimus, despite Wedge's and Lazerbeak's past as decepticons let them stay as they were free bots without a crime record and a good reputation. This goes to show the contract between Optimus and Soundwave DID in fact happen in that timeline. So in conclusion (I'm acting like this is a english essay lmao) we can safely assume that Rescue bots academy and Cyberveree is aligned to the series.

One of the worst most boring shitty tf shows I've sat through with characters I truly care nothing for suddenly lurched sideways as out of fucking nowhere and for no reason at all a random background character suddenly took over the plot and gave the most harrowing performance I've seen in awhile in this horrifically tragic death scene that had my jaw on the floor. And then we just moved on and never spoke of it again ckdhzhcjof. WHAT WAS THAT.... LITERALLY WHAT WAS THAT AND WHY DID THAT HAPPEN....

- Armada (the starscream and Optimus parts)

It is UNREAL how good the starscream and Optimus bits are in this show. When the rest of it is pretty terrible. I would say after starscream dies it's pretty meh but not outright bad, just sort of nothin. The first couple episodes tho are so funny because they're so bad they had no script and were all but ad-libbing the whole thing. They couldn't go two minutes without getting a characters name wrong. Incredible. Anyway this starscream is legendary for being such an interesting and dynamic character with the best design ever. And just like. The coolest character arc.

Okay but also just like do not watch this show in English. The English version is awful and it is More than just a dub!! The Japanese version was finished AFTER the American version despite being animated in Japan!! Because the show! Was not! Done!!! The Japanese version of the show is called micron legend and it's practically a different show. Do yourself a favor and watched micron legend subbed.

I was bored so I drew my human Scorch design + Scorch HC's

I feel like Scorch hisses when he gets scared, like if something comes out of nowhere like something runs by his peds, he hisses at it

Scorch was a quiet Sparkling growing up but we all know the fame got to his head so now he's a jerk

This boy blast his music to the point a bot/person goes deaf

He overworks himself every. single. day. His teammates are concerned about it but stopped caring about his well being when he became a jerk

The boy lies, He lies a lot, and he lies for two reasons. 1- he wants to be better than everyone 2- his childhood was not the best so he lies and pretends that he had a good childhood

When he's really comfortable around someone, like really x2 comfortable around someone, he'll be more honest about things and will open up about his past + he'll cry, like actually tears, cause if he feels that amount of safeness, he will cry

When I tell you this boy has a talent for singing + acting, it's real, he can hit the high notes and act the part, but he doesn't do this stuff Infront of bots cause he's insecure about his singing voice and his acting skills

He has a secret art side to him, he draws whatever, whenever he wants, but, he hides all his sketch books from bots

When he saw the recruits attachments he drew up plans of how to improve them on certain rescues, but... He accidentally left them at the academy and when the others found it they all thought it was Ratchets... Hotshot told Scorch about "Ratchets new updates" for their attachment and instead of saying anything about the drawings being his... He let Ratchet take the credit

I think his fear of heights are from a past incident and he never really got over it, just the one time to save a human

He loves to talk, but not about himself, more about him and his teammates and cube, but if you let him talk about his interest he'll shake his hands as one of his stims and will become a full nerd about the stuff he likes

He treats Hotshot like a younger brother to pick on but there were probably times Hotshot got hurt when he was first starting playing cube and Scorch was like the best big brother model in Hotshot's life

Scorch gets panic attacks sometimes about stuff, like certain noises cause him to panic, but since he rarely hears those nosies he barley gets panic attacks

His first panic attack happened when he was alone so he didn't know he was having a panic attack till a few hours later when he put on his headphones to calm down and witness someone else having a panic attack

Scorch has a very special toy that he kept ever since he was a sparkling and hid it from his teammates but he always has it in a small bag or his storage box

He gets uncomfortable when bots touch/hug him in any way

quick heatwave headcanons bc he's my fav and also rly interesting

since becoming a triple-changer, he has a longing for both water and land (and gets very put off when he doesn't get a good balance of both)

he used to wake up very early on cybertron, and usually prepared stuff for the other bots

kinda related to previous one but he and chase were roommates at the rescue academy on cybertron for a few years (megacycles?? idk what they use every continuity is different)

he really doesn't like public areas, and tries to avoid being the center of attention. despite this, he was still a champion athlete (canon btw he won multiple lobbing championships)

he used to follow gladiator battles. would drag the others with him, most often boulder (chase doesn't like illegal things, blades got grossed out)

favorite subject in school was history, and he was surprisingly good at it. this one is kinda based off canon, bc he has shown deeper knowledge of both cybertronian and human history, even in more depth than the other bots and/or the burnses.

had/has a very specific routine of his day (outside of emergencies)

always first to hear about news/gossip/mission updates/etc (for some reason people look at him and immediately trust him w info. this confuses heatwave greatly)

was really popular, like REALLY popular. he would say things like "i know a bot" all the time and he always did know a bot. (part of this is the lobbing thing, the rest is everybody tends to gravitate/listen to him)

had a really tense relationship with optimus at the beginning of their working under him (think pre series, bc the rescue bots seem to have minor knowledge of the war and r implied to be really young). this was mostly on heatwave's part because he doesn't like authority and doesn't hand out respect lightly.

he doesn't really like kids, but is a very good babysitter

REALLY hated the idea of being a teacher. warmed up to it after blurr and salvage, was still kinda pissed the entire time (also still not thrilled in rba).

he's had tons of different paint jobs, but never really made any changes to his frame

connected to previous one, but boulder did most of the paintwork on him (beginning of art hobby mayhaps)

idk i just have a lot of thought on heatwave (can you tell he's my favorite). lmk if i should make something like this for the other bots!!

I can't wait for November! Sonic Frontiers, God of War Ragnarok, Transformers Earthspark, and Pokemon Scarlet and Violet release all that month and I'm so excited for all of it! I've pre-ordered pokemon Scar and Vio and I've been saving up to get a paramount+ subscription to watch Earthspark, it will be the latest transformers show to actually feature humans in it again! Cyberverse and War for Cybertron were a big disappointment because while Cybertron was 100% heading in the right direction with its more grittiness, it had no humans! And near the end of the aligned continuity, Rescue bots Academy didn't have the same about of humans its 3 predecessors did. The reason I like those shows, (Maybe not so much Robots in Disguise) was because they had the human element in them. Anywho that's my rambling for tonight, see yall later!

Fan Theories: Is Cody Burns (TF Rescue Bots) Onyx Prime Reborn?

 Hello, everyone. This fan theory was brought to my attention by @geluatekurama​ who loves Transformers Rescue Bots just as much as I do and agrees that Cody Burns is one of the best child characters in all of Transformers. And a discussion with her got us thinking that maybe he is a bit too good and upon knowing that Rescue Bots has ties to Prime, maybe there is a much deeper reason for Cody being wise beyond his years, so naturally in tuned with Transformers and over all, seems to have a level of empathy that surpasses a normal human being. Could it be that in a previous life, Cody was a Transformers specifically Onyx Prime?

To recap who Cody Burns is, he is the youngest child of the Burns family of Chief Charlie Burns. He is a pre-teen at the beginning of the series and a mid-teen by the sequel series Rescue Bots Academy. Like most of his family, he is kind, protective and moral. He is also unusually brave for a child his age especially around sentient giant robots when we compare him to how other humans who have come in contact with Transformers tend to react. Most are very afraid which includes adults. Cody on the other hand, is very fearless when he comes to realize that the bots are in fact aliens from another planet and not just because he comes from Griffin Rock which is filled with all kinds of tech or because he is a kid. None of the tech can even begin to compare to a robotic life form that thinks, feels and has features that you usually find in organic life. Also, Cody is not some foolish immature kid who sees this as some kind of fun ride. He handles the situation intelligently and even goes as far as helping the bots blend in better. While this commendable and responsible of him, it is also a very strange thing for a child his age to do. Most kids, even very good ones, would either have the urge to tell everyone or persuade the bots to do all kinds of fun stuff. I highly doubt that even simply being the son of a police chief is what made him act this way because we see him act like a normal child in other situations. When it comes to all things Transformers though, he shows more responsibility and diplomacy than most adults do.

Speaking of diplomacy, Cody is unusually talented at that too. Cody is able to talk his way out of anything to almost everyone including to other human adults. In most episodes, he is the reason fights usually get resolved and why people begin to have clarity like when Woodrow and Charlie were at odds during the episodes “What Lies Beneath” and “What Rises Above” which I must remind everyone that even in those situations, he showed an abnormal amount of courage for a kid. It is like as though when he is under a certain level of pressure, something clicks in him that makes him act this way. Then there is the time he had the badge which compelled to temporarily be Rescue Boy that gave him the power to create a forcefield that protected him from almost everything and even fly. When the badge malfunctioned and his life was in danger, he acted abnormally calm after being rescued and did not seem traumatized by the event.

Now, what does this have to with Onyx Prime? A lot especially if Cody is him reborn. For those of you who are not savvy on rebirth/reincarnation, it is believed that if a person has had a previous life, their previous life experiences may carry over to their current one. This is how some people explain how some people have phobias even though they never had bad experiences to trigger them or feel no fear over something most people would. In the case of Cody, him being an old reborn soul could explain why he feels no fear in situations a normal child would and why he feels so natural around Transformers; he has seen it all before and to a much higher degree.

As for the deeper details about Onyx Prime himself, he was one of the first 13 Primes and his special relic was a mask that amplified is empathic and telepathic powers. He was also one of the most powerful yet, he was also the biggest pacifist and kindest. He only used his powers to help those in need in order to understand them and help them. His personality traits included diplomacy, communication, compassion and he had the amazing ability to become friends with anyone including Megatronus. Considering that Onyx was one of the first 13, he also fought Unicron directly meaning that he has seen his fair share of violence and war on a level none of us would even begin to comprehend. Yet even then, his weapon was a quarter staff which reinforces that he was more of a lover than a fighter.

A lot fans do not know this, but the first 13 Primes were also well aware of what would happen Unicron after he was defeated and what Primus’ grand plan for the future would be. This means they all knew Unicron’s spark would give life to the planet that would become Earth. I should also point out that it is heavily implied that Optimus Prime is the mysterious 13nth Prime reborn. Whose to say that this Prime was the only one reborn?

And does this imply that Onyx may have been reborn as Cody Burns? I think it may. Onyx Prime’s duty did not stop with the war. After being wounded, he went into the Well of Allsparks which revived him as a “lesser Cybertronian” with Micronimus watching over him. The term “lesser Cybertronian” can be interpreted in many ways. Since the core of Earth is Unicron’s spark, this means that Earth is in many ways a lesser version of Cybertron meaning that Earthlings (humans) are in a way “lesser Cybertronians”. The texts never specifically say he resides on Cybertron or when he was reborn and it did not say he was specifically reborn as a Transformer. If you interpret things this way, it is possible that Onyx Prime was reborn as a human on Earth. Also, if you look at Cody’s colouring and Onyx’s, the colour schemes are extremely similar. And Cody wears a jacket that looks a lot like a pilot’s jacket and Onyx could fly. If that is not enough to convince you that there is a connection, Onyx’s alt mode is a griffin and in his original concept art, he had a long blonde mane. It should also be noted that Onyx had a strong connection to nature and was in many ways, the “Adam” of Predacons and by extension Maximals too meaning that he was familiar with animals and organic life from before, so he would feel at home on Earth. And before anyone says “but it has been confirmed that Onyx was reborn as a Transformer”, when it comes to reincarnation, it is possible for someone to be reborn as multiple people in their next life so this theory still upholds itself. All in all, Cody Burns was meant to meet the Rescue Bots and he was meant to help Transformers and humans form a bond.

If there is one thing I learned about Transformers lore, deep down, everything is more than meets the eye and Cody is not the exception or the exemption. What do you all think? Do you think Cody was Onyx in his previous life?

Rescue bots headcanon

What if Rescue bots all had a sense of heightened carrier protocols?Not as high as actual carriers, but high enough to chose saving a sparkling or youngling first over anyone one else. Cybertron might have organized this as a way to have sparklings saved first over olderbots, since a young bot would be the future of Cybertron.

In relation to the original Rescue bot cartoon, I could see this coding be a bit on the fritz. Like normally that carrier protocol would only work on cybertronian. I could see Optimus asking the other bots if he had Ratchet make a modification to the code so that it could cover kids of all species, but mainly humans. I see it working even with the whole "robot in disguise" thing, with Chief Burns telling the public that the robots have a code to rescue kids without a verbal command, because the human rescue team can't see everything when their on a call, and an extra set of eyes would be helpful to everyone.

it could also explain one of the reasons why the rescue bots are so protective of Cody in the beginning. He's a young kid that's constantly in danger, sending the coding into a panic. I do think that the bots are less protective of Cody in later seasons as well as in RBA academy, but he also older.
