I know Homeworld Slender has, because he's not the biggest predator in the forests, just the only dangerous one humans have found. From my traveling experience, the bigger ones are deeper in. I have only ever heard them though, never seen them.

I am a being made to feed on fear, it is my very life blood, my power.

But I think I have been afraid before, once.

It was so harsh that summer, so many, so many were dying. Everywhere the children were sick and scarred, too bitter or too dead to be eaten. It was the only time in all my life I felt the gnawing of hunger. My memories are blurry at best, I had not the energy to write anything. After being alive as long as I had, I was afraid, that I was going to die, weak and starving alone. My people, my children, I could feel their hunger too within me, as if it had hollowed my flesh and bones to nothing. I felt like an animal in a cage.

Then, there was nothing.

I awoke to find the worst of my hunger soothed, the blood and carnage around me was not a comfort however. I understand this now as the first time I had entered a 'Rage', it happened a few more times before the plagues ended, the soft embrace of winter the only respite from being utterly uncontrollable.

I do not worry of starvation anymore, I have my proxies to feed me.

Hey Hudson & Rex fans!

So I just started watching the show and I love it!

(Not mentioning how I watch it)

Love the characters, love the scripts, love the relationships, especially Charah!

If you want my more spoilery thoughts or live reactions let me know.

(Speaking of spoilers, I’m on episode 18 of season 5 but I do know some minor spoilers but please keep major spoilers out of the comments please!)

However I wanna run a fanfic idea by y’all. Cause even though I got five fics currently going, I’m still getting ideas. This is why I don’t get any of them done lol.

Anyways, when I went on ao3 cause I was curious about the fics (still working on picking one to read. Any suggestions you can leave in the comments!) I noticed that there are a lot of Charah fics, which isn’t a bad thing write what you want. But I came up with a fic idea that isn’t a Charah fic.

So basically i had the idea of an oc that would be Charlie’s twin sister named Amelia Aria-Hudson, who’s also a She has a wife named River Taylor Wilson, and they have a 3 month old when the show/fic starts. It’d follow the episodes, though it’d be from the viewpoint of Amelia only. Or if you think it’ll be better I can do switching povs or third person only.
