2 cups uncooked rice, Jasmine or Basmati are both good options

½ cup onion, diced

NOTE TO SELF: This meal is fine -- not special, not terrible -- but I have a huge problem with the size of my salmon vs the size of the salmon pieces that the other three people I was with got. And this picture doesn't do it justice -- I was so angry and flustered that I forgot to take my standard photo of just the plate. I sent it back, and the kitchen returned it to the table saying it had been weighed. I asked the server to acknowledge that it looked smaller than the other three. The kitchen suggested that mine was thicker, but I asked the server to also acknowledge that it was not cut as thick as the others. He did. Anyway, I'll be boycotting Cache for a while.

Currently ranked 5th of 17 March meals.
