For the man who has everything, currently being auctioned on Hemming's, this 2020 Ripsaw EV3-F4 Personal Recreational Tank is powered by a 6.6-liter Duramax turbodiesel V-8 that’s been thoroughly tuned by Pacific Performance Engineering in Montclair, California. It offers 800 horsepower and 1,500 lb-ft of torque. That engine is paired with a five-speed Allison 1000 “extreme duty” transmission, with the drivetrain combining to allow the Ripsaw to run at 60 miles per hour, making it “the world’s fastest dual-tracked vehicle,” according to Textron Systems, the massive defense contractor that acquired Howe & Howe in 2019. The vehicle has a 64 gallon fuel capacity.
