Three Clans-- One that lives within the treetops, one claiming the tunnels and caves of a small ravine, and the other dominating the streets of an abandoned town. Peace had reigned over the two original Clans for moons upon moons. But everything good must come to an end-- Russetstar, previously named Russet, had risen from obscurity, claiming the town as his territory for his new RussetClan, a Clan claimed to be a sanctuary for the outcasts.

Whilst trying to defend themselves against this potential threat, inner Clan drama stirs within CloudedClan-- Rainstar, their current leader, had given birth to Lakepaw moons ago, but the other father was a well kept secret to the entire community of cats. Furthermore, StarClan looms over them, rejecting Dewpaw as a medicine cat apprentice and replacing him with Sagepaw.

GorgeClan remains quiet as ever, but tensions are slowly beginning to brew as more and more cats begin accusing each other of having an affair and fathering Lakepaw of CloudedClan.

+ Welcome to Severed Ties, a Discord-based Warriors roleplay with a theme of betrayal and secrecy. Fun times. Tomorrow we will be opening up applications for the first time ever!

+ Severed Ties runs on an adoptable system, much like Broken Skies or Earthshakers. We find that having a premade family can help get people involved in the roleplay-- However, the character is definitely customizable! From name changes to changing the identifying gender, and of course setting your own personality, the possibilities are all yours.

on the topic of fanmade clans, i had four (frostclan, russetclan, scorchclan, and meadowclan) in a kind of fantasy-esque world. basically each clan had its own season that its territory was based off, like frostclan lived in a snowy environment, meadowclan lived in a more colorful and lively one, etc. i think the plot was all the territories were changing to one season and they needed to figure out what was going on? but yeah, i spent hours searching for cat pics and making up names for them lol
