Hey there my dear friends! x3~ after a long time of silence I'm finally back with a new fanart! (... okay, it wasn't THAT Long and this isn't rly a NEW Fanart- BUT IM BACK AND ONLY THAT COUNTS! >_< xD')

However. |D' As i've already implied: that's not a completely NEW Fanart, its a Remake of an old one i made some years ago. |D' The original one was much like this but had some heavy mistakes and couldn't deal with it anymore so i decide to make it new. ... And i made this decision right after the original one was finished. xD' But what do we see here? Its - one again - Davy and his lovely Wife Aki and the Idea behind that picture was, that he shows her what Snow is since Aki is from Japan and havent seen some till this moment. :3 (and i do know that there CAN be Snow in Japan but it was the Idea of an reader of the original OOC Doujinshi and I liked that Idea somehow so.. yeah. Why not? xD') The only question is WHERE he did bring her cauz'... I dont think there is much more snow in the Caribbean than in Japan so he HAD to bring her somewhere else to show her but.. its unknown where they end up. (Canada. Lets say it's Canada. xDD') WHAT i can say for sure is, that i really like this version of the picture and i really hope you guys like the new one as well as i do.:3

HONESTY NIGHT QUESTIONS !!

3. If you were to choose another name for your oc, what do you think it would be? Did you choose it for how it sounds or for its meaning?

To be honest, with most of my muses, the name is the LAST thing I work out because I always end up being so particular about so I don't think I'd ever want to choose another name for Mio (or any of my muses)! She's been Mio Akimoto for seven years now and I'm happy to keep her that way! But, as for how I chose her name, it was kind of a mix! I usually choose my muse names based on how they sound and look. There's no real rhyme or reason there, it just needs to look and sound like it fits to me. If it clicks, it clicks!

But I do distinctly remember that I chose Mio's name because I wanted a flower motif. To be clear, the kanji for Mio's name is 美桜; that's beauty and cherry blossom, respectively. If memory serves, I think we were originally thinking of having both Mio and Rei have flower names but this was just a vague guideline and I don't think this stuck. (I found a blog theme I made for Tiff back in 2016 with Rei's name written in Kanji and it had a very different meaning). The in-world reason for her name being Mio is that she was born in the Spring! In reality, I gave her a Spring birthday because of her name but I liked the idea of her name having sakura in it because she was born near/during sakura season.

But I also just liked the name for Mio, it just kind of clicked for me! I've realised over the years that I seem to like short names, usually about 3 or 4 letters, for my muses.

14. What is your oc’s vision like? Do they require glasses, are they completely blind, or do they have 20/20 vision? Does this have an effect on their life?

I have a different ask in my inbox with just this question so I'll answer this one later! (i.e; this is a backwards version of 'I already answered this' ASDFHJ)

35. Is your oc a workaholic, or do they find it hard to be busy at all? Do they find it easy to relax, or must they have something to do at all times? Why?

I think Mio is actually sort of a weird in between? Maybe that's the healthiest place for her to fall, who knows? But I do think she's generally pretty good at keeping work and rest balanced. I do think she might lean a little more towards the workaholic side of things, especially where dance is concerned, just because she's a very dedicated person and she can't stand to be bored but I do think she knows how to relax. If anything, she takes relaxing very seriously! She's a big believer in getting enough rest, especially because dance is so physically demanding. I can't see her deliberately exhausting herself and putting herself at risk of injury, unless she had a strict deadline. (This puts her at contrast with my other dancer muse in the group, Min Kim, because I could easily see him getting obsessive about perfecting a routine, at direct risk to himself, but Mio here's a lot more easy going than that.)

But, as I said before, she doesn't like being bored at all. Because of this, she generally tries to relax in a fun way as much as she can. This isn't always that achievable because she has two jobs and sometimes she only really has time to lie down and stare at the ceiling. Luckily, she's also very good at finding the positive in the mundane; sure, maybe she only has time to lie down for a bit before she goes to bed but she'll throw on a facemask or watch a dumb movie that requires no actual thinking and make an Event of it.

5 years ago today "Kimi wa Melody / 君はメロディー" was released, despite being AKB48's 10th years anniversary single, the center that was chosen was from HKT48 (Miyawaki Sakura)

This single is the last single participation as active member for founding members Takahashi Minami and Miyazawa Sae.

Recalling that this is the 10th anniversary single, top graduates such Maeda Atsuko, Oshima Yuko, Shinoda Mariko, and Itano Tomomi was called back to participate in this single.

Notes:

- Takahashi Minami was promised that "Kuchibiru ni be my Baby" was supposed to be her last single, but since her graduation was pushed back, thus, she participated as an active member (but in the mv, she stands with the graduates)

- This single was released after Miyazawa Sae's graduation concert "Minna, Nakunjaneezo"

- Even tho in recording only 4 graduates participated, during promotion, other graduates such Akimoto Sayaka, Kasai Tomomi, and Kawaei Rina also participate.

This is a scene from my very first doujinshi from 2007: OOC! xD' It shows the first encounter between Seiya, Aki and Davy. And as you can see; this wasn't a peaceful encounter because Seiya had actually come in order to kill Aki! (That's her job. :/) But of course she didn't reckon with Davy, who did too appears immediately after her attack and then takes care of her himself. |D' Seiya had no information about him or... that he even existed. So she fights him, not knowing that he is an immortal and that she hasnt rly a chance. ^_^" As you might expect, Seiya - unlike Davy - eventually runs out of breath and that's the moment when she loses, aye.. But - thanks to Aki! - she ONLY loses the fight...^_^"
