pour deux baguettes précuites

Couper deux gousses d'ail en deux dans la longeur et les envelopper dans de l'alu, les cuire au four jusqu'à ce que l'ail soit fondant.

Mélanger beurre, fines herbes, filet d'huile d'olive, sel/poivre et ail fondant.

couper les baguettes en deux dans le sens de la longueur, étaler le mélanger beurre ail et passer au four (temps de cuisson indiqué pour les baguettes).

Possibilité d'ajouter du fromage râpé ou du parmesan avant d'enfourner.
