L’Oltradige si trova a Sud Ovest di #Bolzano, ed è qui che ha sede @cantina_girlan , fondata nel 1923, che conta oggi oltre 200 famiglie di viticoltori associati che coltivano circa 230 ettari di vigna. Si sono focalizzati principalmente su 5 dei vitigni altoatesini più importanti: Tra i vini bianchi #pinotbianco , #sauvignon e #chardonnay e tra i rossi #schiava e #pinotnero . Quindi vedremo da un lato la produzione di un vitigno autoctono storico altoatesino che vanta vigneti centenari , dall’altro il Pinot Nero, un vitigno internazionale che ha saputo adattarsi perfettamente a questi suoli, è stato una delle maggiori sfide di questa cantina che ha saputo declinarlo in 5 diverse versioni , arrivando ad ottenere risultati apprezzati da stampa e consumatori nazionali e internazionali. Opening: Kylie Minogue knows that screw caps are superior to cork! Thank you for a hassle free opening experience!

Taste: I didn’t know that Kylie Minogue had her own wine and to be honest I was pretty sceptical because a lot of celebrity brands are a quick cash grab which often means that the quality is mediocre. Additionally to that, Sauvignons Blancs aren’t really my favourite type of wine, but I must say this one was very good! It was mild and had floury notes but it was not as overwhelming as other Sauvignons Blancs can be. While for my personal taste, the wine could be a bit crisper, but so far this was my best wine experience since I started reviewing!

Headache: I barely had any hangover! I do really recommend!
