‘Suki and Sunsets’

For Week 2, I decided to take on the idea of abstract collage in really put it in place by taking one focal point, putting it against a juxtaposed background and that duplicating part of the focal image multiple time to have them make up the background. The second image is a take on the movie ‘Spirited Away’ by Anato Finnstark. https://www.deviantart.com/anatofinnstark 

By using the cut out filter, I matched the colours of the background, placed my main focal point without any distortion of the image then started placing the head as the background. The colour match was either by using the eyedropper or hue/saturation tool. The final image shows a cleaner focal point of the cat and over 100 duplicated cat heads to create the final background.
