only thing i want from the centenary is for the doctor to Get Mad. out of her mind. off her last hinge. i want 10 in end of time 2 levels of meltdown and self-pity. 12 in face the raven levels of irrational and desperate.

i want her to become so unrepentantly and shortsightedly selfish shes not even trying to hide that her first priority isnt saving the world anymore. i want the rest of the team to be working around her bc shes not a player anymore. i want them to need all these highly experienced Savers Of The World bc theyre trying to do the work of The Doctor while the doctor clocked out and has no duty of anything anymore. complete loose canon. completely true neutral. only guiding principle left is YAZ. cant be counted on to help save the world and cant be expected not to get in the way.

i want her to Not be able to snap out of it herself (like 10) or herself-via-companion (like 12). i want them to need both the master And yaz in tandem to get her anywhere near able to listen to anyone again. and it will only be them. it will only be yaz and the master she will listen to. because he knows her past and she knows her present.

THERE’S MORE THEN 3 SILENT HILL GAMES?!!!

#I genuinely thought there was only three games!!! #From what I’ve read people think SH2 is the best in this series. So I’m keeping my expectations low but I’M HYPED!!! #After I finished watching SH1 & playing SH3 I’m going to buy the 4th one!!! #All seem easily obtainable outside Silent Hill: Orgins (so I’ll just watch a letsplay for that). #Along with Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. #However that’s apparently just a reimagining of the first game so I rather just watch it & I’m not buying a wii. #I know I could just pirate but i like owning physical copies.

Baseline meggie is 100% right on this. Sg Optimus has deeply forged issues, the kind you only see in fictional depictions of serial killers who have been allowed to run wild for far too long. Baseline Megatron's first suggestion is what usually happens— these types usually get caught relatively quick, as sadism is indeed an emotional thing. Hurting someone for the sake of hurting someone is, guess what, a desire. In my opinion, nonconsensual sadism is a path where failure is inevitable and insanely psychologically telling.

But sg Optimus? He's ran almost entirely unchallenged. He's became a professional in this game where most stay novices. He's grown used to it, like it's a drug he's grown an insane tolerance to. Do you want to know what this reminds me of? He reminds me of someone who's played thousands amd thousands of hours on a specific video game. Baseline Megatron here is simply a new toy in sg Optimus's sandbox in which he has every grain of sand memorized, one he intends to break until he grows bored of him.

I absolutely love the little gut instinct that baseline Megatron gets; "primus what the fuck is this mech, and why does me make my frame scream RUN". I've learned that you trust those gut instincts, worst case scenario you look like a fool but that's better than the worst case scenario of ignoring them.

When I am better at managing depression, I still feel miserable, but the people around me like me more

HELLO?? #she would literally scream so loud about how awful and annoying we are and how much she hates teaching us #my 1st grade teacher would regularly degrade us and tell us we were horribly behaved and need to grow up #i also once saw her take a belt and tie a kid down to his chair bc he was getting up too much #to tell you how poor and rural it was lol. we didnt have stim toys or w/e your teacher just tied you down #its so horrible looking back #i do think covid fucked up kids bc they werent learning for 2-3 years and now they're expected to be at a higher level #but i dont think behaviour issues can be settled as easily as some ppl think they can #and to teachers complaining about kids never getting punished: be glad they only get calls home or suspended #i had teachers tell us they wish it was legal to hit students #i had a teacher slam a ruler on a desk do hard it shattered #i had a teacher who would talk behind poorly behaved kids backs. especially if they were neurodivergent or ''weird'' #just be kind to children jesus christ

Any house md fans that also read Cassandra Clares clockwork series? Because huddson (House, Cuddy, Wilson) reminded me of that dynamic quite a bit. House loves two people in his life, one he can love and spend a "lifetime" with, as Wilson dies from cancer. And the other, whom he can love and finish his life with after Wilson's gone.

Neither one is loved less and they both led their own lives, of course, but for better and mostly worse, they revolve around each other.
