Rating Gay Ships in the Supermassive Games

Until Dawn/ JoshxChris I like them, not going to lie. Climbing Class is a classic, and they have some history together. So not bad as a ship, but of course with Josh being the "villain" and him purposely hurting Chris with his emotional attachment to him is not the healthiest relationship at all. And at the end of the game, Josh is technically dead, so they are not future to the ship (if you ain't believe that Josh can be saved and returned from his Wendigo State). And Chris had a canon romantic story with Ash, so it is more fantasy and wishful thinking. So 5/10.

House of Ashes/JasonxSalim

This is perfection. Yeah, I am hella biased. Soldiers are kinda my thing. And the whole enemy to friends to lovers is just so cute and hot. Also, the whole story and change of heart from Jason was well written, and I truly felt the chemistry between them. A lot of people saw that, even without any shipping/fandom experience. So they hit a gold mine with that and is good. The goodbye scene was awesome, but we will never know if Jason or Salim will hear from each other again, or if Jason and the rest of the party were killed to prevent people from knowing about the creatures. So still 10/10 for me.

The Quarry/ RyanxDylan

The first real canon ship, and it is cute and fun. I enjoyed it massively, but I would have loved a few more scenes and a build up. Just sometimes I prefer. But all the scenes with them were awesome, the kiss pretty cute and the flirting believable. But they were no reunion scene or word on what the future will be. No mention if Dylan finally got Ryan's Number or Ryan wants him to be his boyfriend, so I give an 8/10.

acquired starfield and put about an hour into it so far, finished the first research outpost with the pirates then rescued a little outpost nearby

love the music, looks good and plays well on my PC

it still feels like fallout, but the combat and movement is a bit better. enemies feel spongey

spaceship flying kind of sucks and is very simplified but I wasn't expecting anything complicated or simmy, this isn't star citizen.

And I found a program to map my joystick and we'll see if that helps. I'm okay with arcadey flying in games but it's waaaay more fun with a flightstick. (I play war thunder in arcade battles with one, lots more fun than using a mouse and keyboard. One day I'll graduate to more realistic battles)

Anyway first impressions a solid 7/10, but we'll see how long I go before I get bored like I do with almost every one of bethesda's games. I'm intrigued by the story but they aren't known for solid main story telling

I feel like people need to understand that liking a character does not automatically mean that you think they're perfect flawless beings?

Like, my fave is Belphie. I love him, his storyline is very interesting, I think he can be kind and compassionate, I love how straightforward he is, and he's the adorable youngest sibling.

He's also a fucking menace who literally offed MC, had an entire plan to commit genocide, is snarky, sassy, part of the anti-Luci league, and a manipulative brat.

These things are not mutually exclusive. I very well understand that Belphie is certainly not a completely morally-amazing character; however, I still love his development, his sibling relationships, and his general personality.

In conclusion: The characters you like do not define your personality. You can like characters because of something in your real life, but when consumed normally, fictional characters are...pretty harmless drawings.

If you want extra reassurance: I am yet to murder anyone lol.

1. Thoma x Ayato

Rating: 100/10

I love this ship. It's adorable. Plus, they're already set up for great tropes. It's a pretty easy ship to write.

2. Chongyun x Xingqiu

Rating: 50/10

These two are adorable and I adore their dynamic so, so, so much. Another favorite of mine. Probably one of my first favorite Liyue ships.

3. Gaming x Freminet

Rating: 10/10

This one is adorable, and the ship name people came up with for them. Ugh. So cute. Lionfish? Amazing. I want to write something for them, but I still have so many other ideas to work on and I don't know if I can push something like that to the top of the list right now.

4. Wriothesley x Clorinde

Rating: 8/10

I've seen some stuff for this ship, and honestly, it's cute. I like it. Not a favorite, really, but I think these two would mesh well together and their interactions during the Archon Quest were really funny.
