Here's a pretty succinct review of the Wish-watching experience. (Raycon ad ends at about 4:00) He makes a good point about how Asha could have been more effective as Magnifico's daughter, and Asha's friends lost any potential individuality by being forced to carry Seven Dwarves references
I haven't mentioned this yet, but only about a third of the way through the movie does introduce the whole "your wish can be your life's purpose, and you forget it after you give it to the king" thing. It feels like they wrote the plot Exquisite Corpse style, and the second writer had to craft the rules of the wish-giving system without any outside aid
For sure he is gay and in a long term relationship lmao

How do you want him to look at her, exactly?
Do u want him to frown? Glare? Coz he's looking at her like he looks at people usually. I'll even give u this other one that I find absolutely adorable.
I take your one instance of Jimin looking at a make up artist not suspiciously at all. And raise you Jimin looking at JK when he gave him his birthday present
Or during the Las Vegas live
And now for the finale anon, I will show you actual desire.
That right there is Jimin staring at the Jungkonda. Checking his man out. Yes. JK who he's in a long term relationship with. And he continues to check that ass out way after he's gone. That is how Jimin looks at someone he wants.
Out of a whole kingdom of people, the king grants the wish of a woman who wants to have the talent to create the most beautiful dresses in the kingdom. This is treated like a tragic loss for Asha and her supporting characters, because her grandfather isn't getting his vague "inspire" wish on his 100th birthday
The dude has to tally the benefits and repercussions of granting every single wish that's given to him, but the movie presents granting this random woman's wish as spoiling an undeserving nobody. We can't just be happy for other people; we're supposed to be deeply saddened that something wasn't done for us
Wait
how is this woman's character model also in the crowd
saw firsthand on a local city reddit how when a restaurant owner shared a political joke on FB certain people didn't like they started spitting accusations on how he was a white ass gringo and his food sucked, among other, more violent things. saw a pic of the guy. think he might be Hispanic.
