Some advice from AU Calebs!

Heck yeah I did it! Finally i finished ONE of the HUNDREDS AU crossover ideas I have in my head!! Crossovers are fun guys!! (I apologise for a bad english in advance. Writing this it a rush.)

I couldn't make a crossover meme without the legend. Sorry, not sorry. He is such a sad lad but tries to stay positive and be happy for his family uydfykudsutsudskudsluds (*dies*). I have to admitt, Caleb's dad energy is too strong for me to handle without wanting a hug him. No wonder! He was THE grandpa for centuries straight without a break. At least Caleb gets his whole family together in the end. Comics with him and either Hunter and Philip or Luz and Eda make me run in cirles around the room aaaa.

Damn, you definetly created one of the darkest AU in the fandom. Each time I re-read AU related posts I scream my lungs out because it is so angsty and so great. I am genuinely scared of your Belos ngl, because.. this man didnt loose anything and he still proceeds to do all that stuff. Enconter with him has 0 survival rate.

POOR CALEB! At least in the world of memes he had an opportunity to flee the captivity twice (the bald head and the car). This man had no moment of mental rest for centuries oh my God. One of my friends wants to fight his brother personally to protec Caleb at all cost sksksk. Well, at least Hunter will always have an actually loving relative! And if the happy ending is going to be canon, I think the future looks great, especially knowing how much pain all your characters go through currently. (And I think both Caleb and Hunter would need the "you are not a burdain" affirmations. At least some form of support in their situation.)

You said in the latest ask-answer that BK!Caleb was supposed to have white streaks in his hair so I attempted to add them. Hope they look fine! Colors for the outfit I got from Belos, so they would match, I guess???

Honestly? Man, your comic is the reason I got invested in Witteclaw couple at all. Even if the "Pip in time" is not their story, but you wrote their teen romance so sweetly. Those two melted my heart... I scream each time I re-read your comic for 100th time. Just WOAH my brain goes brrr! And Caleb as a character is also written really really well. I love him so much. He is such good brother but MAN HE NEEDS A BREAK FROM BEING AN ADULT! BOY! Insirt crying and heart emojis here.

My thoughts:

I have been drawing this for more than a month I think? And the only reason for that is my university. I hope to actually get an ADHD diagnosis because something is clearly wrong with me. But thats not the point.

There are so many ideas in my head. Goofy and not. The only problem is that I have less and less ability to do what I want lately. I wish I could bring them all to life, but at the same I dont know if anyone will be interested. Would AU crossovers look too self-indulgent? Or nah? Idk. (Just Grimwalker-Isle already has so much potential for stupid ridiculous fun I am runnin on coffee juice.)

Litteraly my mind is plagued with different fun plots and possibilities I am going crazy. But I also have A TON of WIPs that I need to finish. Perhaps I will attempt to manage everything at once, but, no promises.

ANGST. It was far harder than it should have been.

Sorry for the different quality of art for day 3. I STRUGGLED too much the whole day before deleting my original idea and starting from scratch.

Some thoughts on Fanon Philips thinking.. "Human is mesurement of everything" would be his words I think. He thinks of himself too high, even if he DID accomplished a lot. Next step is to defeat death itself. Further than that is to become litteral God or something idk

Fanon Brothers Wittebane Week: Day 6

"A Curse of Feathers and Mud, A Betrayal of Blood"

The history were destined to repeat itself fandom though. Lilith was not the first who though that cursing her sibling will be reasonable solution to a problem.

But WHY would William curse Phillip?

In the It could have been different" thread on Belos Simp Coven I got two ideas for the underlying motive for this. But I remember only one of them. So the second will stay a mystery for yall.

William saw his little brother slowly drifting away from him, finilaly finding the place to belong, WITHOUT the help of older brother. Before that, Phillip was somewhat dependent on William, being the only person Pip could talk to without shame and the one who could help Pip to "find a place in the society" (aka "helping Will in his job and that is it").

Before Boiling Isles, it was the mental problems that made Philip feel need for Will. But now, since Will is far from exiting about every magic and demon stuff.. there should be a PHYSICAL need.

He will be there. He will help. That how it always was and it is how it is going to be.

Fanon Brothers Wittebane Week: Day 2

The Golden and The Dirty children.

Funny thought: Fanon Wittebanes influenced how audiences view Canon Brothers. Like.. On the Hollow Mind Portraits the one who can be called an active and funky child is imho Caleb, while Philip looks very quiet and quite polite (?). Definetly "that silent kid" in every class. But since Fanon Phillip was quite a gremlin and William was a protective older and very very responsible brother - ppl just continued to think the same was the case after the Fanon Belos Backstory was proven wrong.

Bthw. I think the reason why in that "AU" of sorts things got to be different for Phillip and William, is that their parents, which are Duch American immegrants, havent died. ... Not like it is a super duper good thing tho :)

Luz is brought to the castle by the guards and Belos live reaction being "THE CRAB MAIDEN?" /hj

I like this AU a lot! Especially the family bonds of Luz with Hunter and Belos with Hunter. I do hope that I will be able to illustrate this good moments sooner or later. Especially when Belos funally desides to change his attitude towards his nephew and deliberately tries to be a better uncle for him.

Luz was one big good influence on this Wittebane family. And they were good influence on her. (Thank God for things not going south. They could have gone bad PRETTY FAST.)

Btw

I feel like I need to say this.. It is not an AU where everyone pity Belos. I just chose those moments because I felt like it (and because I needed to warm up and this static-poses were easier to draw traditionally.)

Again- Adventures on the Belos Simp Coven. On the power of pure spite we try to give a lot of show's vilians good treatment (except Tibbles. No one likes Tibbles). It is especially prevelant in server's AUs. Aaand.. I think I became the Jacoblos virus that slowly spreads across the server. It started with "Luz stays in the castle" AU, but now... Jacob is (almost) everywhere. (And I am getting bullied for being "the Jacob lover" /hj. It seems that this is the lable I will carry to my grave.)

And despite this being the most crack-ass ship ever created by the fandom, GOD THEY HAVE SUCH A CHEMISTRY YOU DONT EVEN KNOW! One being smart serious asshole and other smart silly asshole. Imagine Philip cringing from Jacobs insane conspiracy theories; imagine Philip teaching Jacob magic; imagine Jacob telling Philip everything about human modern tecnolody and culture (especially since Hopkins is a HUGE history nerd); imagine them both realising they are someone they looked up to once (Jacob being a Matthew Hopkins decendance and Philip Wittebane being litteraly THE LEGEND tha Jacob made research on)-... There is already so much comedy and angst potential HOLY SHIT! My brain is ROTTING with this!!

I hope I will be able to draw more of them based on the Discord conversations. Because the ideas there are truly fucking GOLD mine.

Darkner's Moonrise Sprites

I made these fake-sprites (and many others like them) SUCH LONG TIME AGO, and I NEVER ACTUALLY POSTED THEM HERE. Sooo embarassing! I use the same programm that Temmi Chang used to create the Undertale sprites (GraphicsGale) and I really really like it! Look at those boyos! I enjoyed doing these sprites a hell lot. My baby blorbos.

Darkner`s Moonrise is a Deltarune Alternative Universe and a story about sudden union of two dark worlds that are so similar but so different at the same time. This AU does not heavily based in canon of the original game and has a lot of assumptions / headcanons from its authors. This world is beautiful in its own way no matter its origin.

♠️ What is the world of Darkner`s Moonrise?

World of Darkners Moonrise is a world where the Darkners defeated the Light and now they are building their free future together. Gentle Moonlight doesnt hide the beauty of darkness, but also gives the stability and faith in the hearts of all darkners that their fate is in their hands.

Yeah, Ralsei is MUCH more rude in this AU. He did unlearn his people pleaser attitude and now is able to bite back.

Fanon Brothers Wittebane Week: Day 7

Well, this is the end folks.

This week was.. something, I can tell you that. But I dont regret being a part of it one bit. At least now I know how actually productive I can be.. I am still a little bit impressed that I managed to get 1 art in a day. It was hard, yes.. but I did it! Hooray!!

Want to add something related to the It could have been different" AU on the Belos Simp Coven discord server. This image will not be particularly canon to it, because, I think, Belos wont get his palisman, at least untill the season 3. It is because he, as much as Luz, couldnt really formulate his wish. "World domination" didnt work. He tried many times but nothing got even close to make his palisman to wake up. So, Philip decided that it is a waste of time and got deep into the artificial magic stuff.

(His true wish was to be understood btw)

Fanon Brothers Wittebane Week: Day 1

Some part of me misses the two adult British men being silly on the Boiling Isles during Deadwardian Era. The nostalgia about the good old times with funny theories and speculatuons got into my eye and now I do cry-

I know I am not too original with the art for this prompt, but I hope it still fits the theme of it. (Maybe if I had more time I would draw more-)

Funny how much the Original Fanon Brothers are almost the exact swap of Canon Brothers characters. On the HM portraits Caleb is the one who has gremlin energy and Pip is the complians silent polite little boy yoy.

While I was preparing for the Fanon Week I got too carried away in the Belos Simp Coven discord server and ended up making the whole AU thread about my ideas with William and Phillip Wittebanes. Basically, the AU is "what if original fanon idea of Wittebane brothers before E&E was canon". So most changes in the shows story take from the E&E. It is so much fun to think about! I called it "It could have been different"

Fanon Brothers Wittebane Week: Day 4

Again.. For some reason it was more difficult than it should have been.

But here we are: the greates wingman of all Phillip helps his awkward bro to finally TALK with a Clawthorn.

In my head I already have the whole relationship of Wittebro and Wittewife for the "It could have been different" AU. Their whole story and chemistry that I think is really really cute. An important part of their charm I think gets from heavy parallels with Lumity (but they are not that rushed). Just imagine: super religious strict man that is all about control, rules and discipline meets the most chaotic bitch witch on the Boiling Isles! He hates her, buuut... maaaybe she is not that bad? Pff- of course she is stupid, and reckless and stupid.. BUUUT-

I came up with this meme during the AU disscussion on one of the TOH (Belos) discord servers.

Both stories include kid Philip Wittebane running after their brother into the demon realm, accidently falling into the time pool and appearing in the future. But how different they end up being at the time they meet Luz! Like, that it insane.

I understand that, like "Blight" Pip just simply had more time to undo the religeous indoctrination with the new found family. But he also grew to dislike humans more. Especially after he understood that the life can be so much better than it was in Gravesfield.

At the same time the little precious Pip in Time still has a big journey to go through. Facing his child and adult delusions. To experience the conciquences of his mistakes. And I am glad to be able to read this truly astounding and fantastic comic about this Philip! One of the best! Makes me scream with every new update.

Ever since the "Pip in the multiverse" post (which was HILARIOUS) I love to think of the fan crossovers that could have happen. Because I really like the "WHO THE HECK ARE YOU AND WHY DO YOU LOOK LIKE ME-?!" situations.

In case of this two, I think they would definetly get into a fight cuz their view of the world is almost the direct opposite. (On the server we joked that Pip Blight would say "Hail Satan" just to piss the canon Belos off.) But I dont know how violent it would get honestly, lol.

How can I say that I love this funky stupid teens without screeming my lungs out?? I cant-

Caleb is SUCH good protag for this AU! Like- I like how complex and imperfect he is, changing throughout the story, both for better and for worse in the same time! His agrst in the "s3" is SO GOOD!! I am ready to scream!!

He reminds me so much of myself and the mistakes I have made. It is great to see him grow and learn, finding the understanding and love, but also the strength to live in reality, not hiding into his escapism fanazies anymore.

Truly, an artist with good intentions, but with bad understanding of how world works.

Now, to adress da gays in the room. I LOVE Alador and Darius!! They are such a mood! They remind me of the real teens I see everyday. They do silly things, they want to have fun, be dorks! Catch some problems on their butt!

(Especially when Aladors status as a son of a Abomination coven head official helps them escame a lot of problems.)

Alador is an insecure soft bean. He needs help to open up and allow himself to be silly sometimes. Alador is just a kid, he doesnt need to act like a grown up just because he is a son of someone important. He also needs to overcome his insecurity about learning only two tracks, when it is "the more the better" mentality with a lot of expectations put on him.

Darius is someone Alador partially looks up to, because he is so awesome and cool and bold (totally not gay feelings to have)! A son of a nobody, that just appeared in the school and never left Aladors mind.

But at first - Alador and Darius are just friends. Shhh, it is a slowburn.

Darius has a problem with feeling clean. And I dont mean it only litteraly. Looking like he always knows what to say, what to do, confident, strong and unbreakable. Keep his image clean. Be perfect to be short.

It isnt because Darius is egotistical, but just because he learned that weakness is easily spotted by people sorrounding him. So not displaying your imperfections is the best way to drift bad people away for the time being. "Freeze your brain" moment for me there.
