"So then I said, you can't pass me! You just can't and then-"

"I passed him"

The group snickered as Kaminari groaned. Gathered around him were Ashido, Kirishima, Sero and Bakugo. They were all gathered in the latter's room for a study session, but the group was doing everything but studying.

What had started off as a study session, quickly dissolved into the group just goofing off. It was as expected as it was annoying for one explosive blonde.

"Will you fuckers at least try to study for ten minutes before you decide to waste my time!" Raged said blonde.

Bakugo Katsuki was anything but patient. How he became friends with those four was a complete mystery.

"Chill out Bakubro. We're just having a good time"

"Yeah blasty, you should try it sometime"

Scowling, Bakugo launched a pillow at the pink menace. "I can have a good time. I just don't choose to with you damn idiots"

Gasping, Kaminari placed a hand over his heart dramatically. "You wound us!"

Chiming in, Sero draped himself over Kaminari's shoulders. "Woe is me!" He says, before the two guffaws with laughter, tears gathering in their eyes. Their cackling must be contagious because it isn't long before both Kirishima & Mina are giggling along with them.

Stifling her giggles, Mina looked up to the scowling blonde. "If you don't have a good time with us, who else could you possibly have a good time with?"

"Yeah man, we're your only friends"

"Right! No one else would willingly put up with your attitude"

"Except Midoriya, he's an angel"

"Bless Midoriya" The four voice in unison.

Bakugo explodes, literally.

Anything he can get his hands on he throws at them. For their part the four just laugh and take cover, well used to the blondes explosiveness. It was what made him so fun to tease.

Popping his head up from behind a chair, Kirishima attempts to diffuse the situation. "Okay, okay. But we are genuinely curious who else besides us you would hang with"

"Yeah!" Piped up Kaminari, popping his head out from under Sero. For some reason, the boy had decided to shield Kaminari with his own body from Bakugo's onslaught. Off to the side, Mina eyed their position and smirked causing Sero to blush slightly. "Or maybe your fun time is with yourself when you-"

THWACK

He got a pillow to his face before he could even attempt to finish that sentence.

Kirishima winced. No doubt that'll bruise, especially since Bakugo wasn't exactly known for his restraint.

Snarling, Bakugo leaned back against his headboard his hands crossed tightly across his chest. "There's… well" Scowling as a small flush settled on cheeks, he glanced down to his feet. "I've been… seeing someone"

……

"What, like a therapist?" Sero questioned.

"No!" His hands were practically smoking at this point and it took everything in him not to blow the boy up. Don't get him wrong he wasn't going soft or anything, he just really didn't want to damage his room. He could blow up these losers somewhere else, but not his room. "Fucking dunce-face, I meant… relationship-wise"

That got everyone moving. Soon they were all gathered on the blonde's bed, each of them screaming something in the boy's face.

"Who?! When?! What?!"

"And you didn't even tell me???? Bro.. "

"You're dating someone?!"

"Who did you beat up to get them to date you??!?!"

Screw it. His room looked a little bland anyways.

Roaring, he attacked.

During the commotion no one heard the knock on the door nor said door being opened. They did however notice the sound of someone clearing their throat.

"Um, am I interrupting something? I can come back"

Quickly they de-tangled themselves, hoping to at least bring back an air of normalcy. It was a little too late for that, but it was the thought that counted.

"Y/n? Why are you here?" Voiced Mina.

At her question you raise the textbook in your hand. "I borrowed this from the gremlin. I was just returning it"

Said gremlin was staring at you, a confused frown settled on his lips.

"What are you looking at?" You ask, a little irked by his blatant staring.

"Is that my shirt?"

Arching a brow, you scowl at him. "Hah? Your shirt? You mean our shirt"

Never one to back down, he scowls back at you. "Our shirt? You didn't fucking buy it, I did"

"Oho?" Throwing the textbook to the floor you move to take off the shirt.

Eyes widening, Bakugo quickly crosses the room and grabs your hands preventing you from stripping right then and there. "What the fuck are you doing?!"

"I'm giving you your stupid shirt back!"

"You're giving these losers a gotdamn show!"

"It's not like we mind-"

"Shut the fuck up, Pikachu!"

"Sorry."

Yanking your hands out of his grip, you glare up at him. "Do you want your shirt back or not?"

Dragging a hand down his face, he sighs angrily. "Fucking keep it" He bites out. "Looks better on you anyways"

Pleased, you smirk at him. "Damn right I do"

"The fuck you say?!"

"You heard me!"

So lost in your fighting, the two of you don't notice the gossiping group in the background.

"Sooooo, Y/n & Bakubro huh?"

"Looks that way. It's kinda cute"

"Tch. They're too good for him"

Glancing to the side at Kaminari, Sero wrings his hands in his lap. "Y'know….. I could help you get over that crush Kaminari"

"Really? How?"

Rubbing the back of his neck, Sero smirks a little "We should head to my room. It'd be better there. More chance of a success and all that"

"Awesome!"

Exchanging glances, Mina & Kirishima smirked.

Red Flags in the Anime Community

Share your red flags for members of the anime community

If someone says they hate Ochako because she’s weak and useless. (False because she literally held her own against Bakugo and he acknowledged her. Y’all just hate girls that get in the way of your gay ships. Or you’re sexist).

If they’re a Hisoka or Overhaul simp. Hisoka is a p3do. Overhaul is transphobic and a child abuser. And Palm too because wtaf people don’t find her creepy?

Any boy that likes Dragon Ball and starts his sentences with “but can they be-“

If they kin Hisoka, Overhaul, Terushima, Mineta, and Sangwoo (I know he isn’t an anime character). And Bakugo/Endeavor/Rei are dishonorable mentions. ( I love Bakugo but don’t @ me for this one)

If they call BLs yaoi.

If they over-feminize male characters. This is rooted in anti-Asian racism. Asian men are often de-masculinized because of the stereotype of them being short, having soft skin and features.

If they say “they’re just a fictional character” “it’s not that deep” “but the age of consent in Japan is....” because literature tends to reflect reality and vice versa. The characters you like say a lot about you. And for the age of consent thing, half of those people don’t even do their research on age of consent laws.

If they like YBC

If they ship characters that are family or just any illegal ships in general

If they make excuses for Hisoka’s English VA

If they call themself a weeb (not too big of a red flag because most people don’t know that that words actually an insult used for non-Japanese people obsessed with Japanese culture). It’s the same as being called a Koreaboo.

If they say that something is spoken in Katakana. I don’t speak very much Japanese but like I’m pretty sure katakana isn’t actually spoken.

People that say “but ____ isn’t black.”

If they attack mangakas

If they say mankasa because it’s body shaming!!!

If they use the term black washing

When they fetishize literal children, looking at you Killua and tpn fans.

If they only age up characters for sexual content and not other stuff

If they oversexualize female characters

If they call Nobara and Ochako basic.

The poor Ochako jokes have got to stop, it’s overdone and frankly they’re extremely classist

If they’re light and misa kinnies. Y’all are a different breed.

If they gatekeep anime. It’s just weird. Like your mangakas and studios earn more money by getting more exposure. You should be happy for them.

If they hate on kiribaku purely because it’s gay.

If they hate Kirishima or Mina. Now it depends on the reason. If they bring up character flaws then that’s valid.

If they use the excuse of saying something is a shonen. Shonen literally just refers to the target audience. It’s not a genre and the MC isn’t always a boy.

If they didn’t cry or numb themself when watching Banana Fish. Because how could you not?

If they call people furries just because they like series like Beastars. Or if they bully furries in general. That’s also rooted in ableism.

If they say they want someone to be the Gon to their Hisoka and vice versa

If they say a character is straight in response to gay ships, especially when their sexuality isn’t confirmed

Erehisu and Ereri shippers. Actually anybody that ships Historia/Krista with any male characters, they’re usually homophobic. Now I’m a little bit more lenient with this one because I do acknowledge the validities behind Erehisu.

Anybody that says Reiner is straight because he literally says he’s not just into girls

People that get upset when someone says Hange uses all pronouns. ITS LITERALLY CANON.

Anybody that headcanons Sero as a dealer and that Suna smokes weed because of his eyes.

Anybody attracted to characters that are mass murderers

And to clarify, these are all my personal red flags. And I would never ever claim that Hisoka fans a p3dophiles. I would never use the term lightly.

Yeah some of these are @ me (like only 2 because I’m not ableist, homophobic, transphobic, or racist)

Some of these are jokes, don’t take all of it seriously.

But a lot of it is serious because some of these things are really harmful.

Sero Hanta x F!Reader

Warnings: besides bakugou being lowkey soft and OOC, terrible grammar and writing, none.

Description: Sero realizes he hasn’t been the best boyfriend, so he decides to make it up to you.

A/N: I’m back again with another Sero fic because i am such a huge Sero simp. Anyway, if these fics seem a little strange to you, I usually write them for myself in my notes app, and then I put it here and edit it a bit so it can work for a wider audience than just myself. Sero had come to realize that he hadn’t been the best boyfriend recently. more accurately, bakugou had nearly beat the idea into sero after seeing you cry in frustration after ranting to the blonde.

“how do i make it up to her?” he asked his friends as he paced around in the common room, arms crossed and head down. “can you relax? you’re gonna make a hole in the floor!” kirishima says as the black haired boy looks up from his position, “how can i calm down when my girlfriend is crying because i’m a shitty boyfriend?” he stresses as he runs a hand through his hair, his friends looking at him in sympathy. “you know how she is, she’s a simple girl.” Mina says thinking about her friend and ways to help them get past this. “Listen up dumbass, i’m only helping you this once. the next time you fuck up it’s up to you.” bakugou says standing up and dragging the tape quirk user out of the room, leaving the others baffled.

A few hours later, you were reduced to a few sniffles in your room, your lights off and your covers thrown over your head as you absentmindedly scrolled through your phone. the darkness of the room setting in with only the moonlight shining through as your source of light. Suddenly, you heard the soft strums of a guitar making you pause and listen to the notes.

“Te amo y más de lo que puedes imaginar

Te amo además como nunca nadie jamás lo hará

En esta canción, va mi corazón

Amor más que amor, es el nuestro y te lo vengo a dar”

you threw the covers off and sat upright in your bed, still listening to the guitar and familiar voice that had begun to sing.

“Te miro y más, y más y más te quiero mirar

Te amo y sabrás, puro sentimiento y no hay nada más

Y sueño llegar, a tu alma tocar

Amor más que amor es el nuestro y te lo vengo a dar”

you walked over to the glass patio doors and gently slid it open and walked to the edge, looking over and gasping at the sight. sero was in the middle of a candle lit heart as he strummed the strings of the guitar, the light flush on his cheeks telling you he was a little nervous.

“Ruego a Dios tenerte a mi lado

Y entonces poderte abrazar

Si no estás aquí algo falta

Yo por ti pelearé hasta el final”

he walked out of the heart and stared up at you from the courtyard making your heart flutter. you couldn’t help the smile that came across your face as his friends made their way up to your floor (with some help from uraraka). he shot a piece of tape onto your balcony to ensure that he wouldn’t fly up into space. he looked down at you as you stared into his eyes with awe as he floated just above you,

“Y sueño llegar a tu alma tocar

Amor más que amor es el nuestro y te lo vengo a dar

Te amo y ¡más!

Te amo y sabrás que nadie como yo te amará

En esta canción, yo veo quien soy”

he had begun to reel back in his tape, bringing him closer and closer to you your faces getting closer and cheeks becoming ever more flushed..

“Amor más que amor es el mío y lo siento

Amor más que amor es el tuyo y presiento

Amor más que amor es el nuestro

Si tú me lo das”

he carried the final note slightly, trailing off into a sigh as the song came to an end. he swung the guitar over his shoulder and let out a sound of surprise when you pulled him into a kiss by his shirt collar., tears pricking at your eyes as he kissed back with just as much passion as you. uraraka released her quirk, letting him fall onto your patio where you pulled him into a hug, “i’m sorry, mi amor. can you forgive me?” he asks as he kisses the crown of your head, “of course hanta.” you say burying your head into his chest.

What A Year...

2020 has been a hell of a year, for reasons that were good, bad, and everything in between. I can safely say that creating my tumblr platform has definitely been a good part of this year. Not only have I been able to start back writing, I have met some amazing people here and discovered new things about myself.

Yes, you read right! We are 300+ lovelies strong! I am so so so happy and appreciate each and every one of you who have followed me, made requesting, commented, reposted and liked my content. As a creator it means so much more to me than what you realize.

I've always loved writing, ever since I was little. What started as a pastime became my outlet for the negative emotions. For a long time I hadn't been able to write. I wasn't sure if it was a burn out or a bad case of writers block, but finally after taking that stressful SAT, I was able to get my mojo back. Maybe I needed a stressful event like that to put me back into the swing of things.

I cannot say thank you enough, from the bottom of my heart, to everyone who's interacted in some way with the blog. I promise to work extra hard in making enjoyable content for you all to see!

Some goals for the following year...

So I had been thinking for a while about what I want to write for this blog, and I do have some ideas for some short series I want to produce. Although I won't start posting them here until I'm perhaps half way through the series, but I thought it'd put that idea out there and let you guys guess on what I'm gonna write about 😌😌

Secondly, I really do wanna start writing for more characters and more fandoms. I've been really focusing on My Hero because that's what I've been into recently, but I am also looking forward to filling up my Avatar and Legend of Korra masterlists because those are also two cartoons that I hold dear to my heart. I had ideas to also write for other animes I've watched, including Naruto, Boruto, Fairy Tail and more, but ill have to rewatch/revisit some of them in order to remind myself of the characters personalities and such.
