Another renovation of a residential lot from Sunset Valley, once known as Asilomar and owned by the Single Moms Family. This home is heavily influenced by them, particularly the McIrish family, where I've integrated a few Irish elements into the interior design, such as earthy tones of greens, browns, and blues.
Click on the Keep Reading below for more information and pictures on this lot.
Additionally, I've utilized wood and stone textures both on the exterior and interior, creating a sense of warmth and depth.
This lot is base game compatible, so no expansion packs were used. It's a fully furnished house featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen dining room, a living room with a fireplace, carport with two bike racks and a backyard with a small garden and ample space for children to play.
Inside Molly's room or the guest bedroom, I've included a crib and once her/the baby ages up to a child, a bunk bed can be placed in River's room or the second bedroom. There's also space in the house for baby items or toys if desired.
With the Single Moms Family having 70,319 in family funds, they'll be able to comfortably afford this house if you decide to place them here.
📣 Terrain paints will shift if a lot is rotated during placement and unfortunately even if I advise to avoid rotating it, The Sims 3 sometimes will not cooperate. I already set the front of the lots so hopefully that will help but if not then try to repaint it instead if you like.

The Stables
Decided I needed to build my own stables for RTQ, because I can't help myself. The exterior is absolutely hideous, but at least the interior is at least semi-decent...

Hidden Springs
It is currently -3 degrees F here, where I live, so where better to play than in Hidden Springs - EA's pitiful version of the Alps? I didn't get a whole lot done today because I'm lazy. Yes, I am! But I did re-do that little cabin down by the military base and moved the Abbot family in - along with a dog that the previous owners abandoned - because, yes, children, there are a-holes out there. But the Abbots have given it a home, so all's good.
Then I hopped back over to their previous home and gave it a tiny makeover and moved that Nanny family with the abandoned brats into it. (Notice a theme here?) Plus, I added another teen to the mix and a dog.
While I was at it, I redid their family connections because EA set the nanny up as their mother. Way to go, EA! You can't even do your own storyline correctly! I also took away all their money, because I figured if the deadbeat parents left their kids with a complete stranger, they certainly wouldn't leave any of their cash behind. Anyway, the nanny still has a job as a toddler coach, even though I gave her that "hates children" trait. None of the kids particularly like her - nor do they expect their crappy parents to come back. And they certainly aren't calling her "mom."
Then I went up into the mountains and placed this lot that I built when we were doing the whole TSD town reno. Since Jenba originally planned on her town hall to replace the city hall, police station, and military, there was no art gallery left in town - except for that crappy one out in the boondocks. And I figured a country with a royal family would definitely have someplace to store their art and crown jewels. So, this is their former home, where they lived until neighboring troops marched through and kicked their royal butts out.
Like I said, we were restricted to no CC - which, for a CC lover like me, was HARD! And since most of our group didn't have that castle set from the store, I just winged it using mostly basegame stuff. But the version I kept for myself does have CC - mostly royal family paintings and other junk you might see in a royal residence. (It's furnished inside to look like it did when the family lived there).
Anyway, this is up where EA had their "resort" - 55 Ruby Ave. The town hall - where I was going to place my art gallery, is now a center for the performing arts where my ratty sims can go to hone their skills in music, art and dance. I figured it made more sense, since there is the promenade where they can perform for tips and paint sims' portraits - for simoleons, of course!
And that was all I did today, since I wasted a lot of time in CAS, redoing sims.

I am back with a renovation of a residential lot from Sunset Valley once called Victor's Abode. This lot has been in my saved files for a while and has been moved to different worlds hence the different lot sizes. Initially, I renovated the 30X30 lot but realized that some may prefer the original lot size so I included both of them in separate download links.
Click on the Keep Reading below for more information and pictures on this lot.
Both have the same wallpapers and furnishings; the only thing that is different is the terrain paint: the Mowed Lawn (30x30) and Short Dark Grass (30x20).
This is base game compatible so no expansion packs were used. I only used one store item linked above, which is not included in the download but the game will automatically replace it if you don't have it.
This property is owned by the Clavell family thus it is heavily influenced by them. It is a fully furnished house that contains two bedrooms, a guest bathroom, a main bathroom, a kitchen dining room, a small rec area with a chess table and desk, a parking area and a small backyard for a breath of fresh air.
The Clavell family has 53,058 of family funds thus they will be able to afford it if you decide to place them in this house.
📣 Terrain paints will shift if a lot is rotated during placement and unfortunately even if I advise to avoid rotating it, The Sims 3 sometimes will not cooperate. I already set the front of the lots so hopefully that will help but if not then try to repaint it instead if you like.

RANCH DRESSING RENOVATION 🏠🔨
My good friend, @vicsims3 asked if I would renovate one of his homes for his personal save of Riverview Reimagined. He’s such an incredible builder that I was more than happy to oblige.
