Queen Elsa Headcanons
Tumblr media
Might write a full story on my Quotev [Both a Genderbend version and Normal]
Reader is Genderneutral
She was very mean to you at first
Say you were a guard or worked for the royal palace
You were mistaken as a guest during Elsa's coronation and were dragged off a lot from your work
Even Elsa mistook you for a guest
^She caught you alone and it was so awkward
^ You both looked at each other and you were holding some food on platters
^ "Hungry yeah?"
^ You were confused at first, until you realized she didn't know you were a worker and thought you were a guest eating all the food. "Oh no, I'm not-"
^ "I'm not going to judge you, I don't care."
^ You tried correcting her, but she just kept misunderstanding and then she started revealing stuff to you. You felt bad, because it seemed like she was in a vulnerable place
^ "This whole thing is dumb. None of these people cared when my parents died, yet here they are now. I guess it's easier to be there for the good times than the bad." She remarked, not looking at you
^ You were taken aback, though you didn't necessarily disagree.
^ She looked at you, before apologizing, saying that was rude of her. You shook your head, telling her it was okay, you didn't mind.
^ "I like you. You're nice." She laughed, blushing
^ "You have a nice laugh. I like it."
^ She blushes, before thanking you
When it was revealed she had ice powers you were just as surprised as everyone else, but in hind sight it made sense why she was so on edge
You were forced to go with Anna by Hans, because he saw you chatting up with Elsa [You were a risk to his misson]
You tried convincing Anna that maybe Elsa needed time alone
^But she wasn't listening to you
When you did make it to Elsa, she was very angry
She was yelling and telling you to leave and take her sister with you
^ "She can be the queen, I don't care"
^ "This isn't about her being queen. She loves you Elsa and she wants you safe-"
^ "You need to leave. I don't want to hurt you-"
^ "Then don't!" You yell, but Elsa was furious and she accidentally hit you
She didn't mean to, but it was bad
Thankfully, Anna had found a guy, Kristoff, and he brought you to the trolls
^ But they couldn't help you
Anna felt bad and confronted her sister about it or at least she tried. Elsa knew she had gotten you and she didn't need her sister making her feel worse
You just wanted to go back to Arendelle, especially if you were going to die
Elsa tried to talk to the trolls and they told her that Anna and Kristoff took you back to Arendelle
Though, before she could get back, she was captured and imprisoned
Anna tried helping you, but Hans turned on you both and locked you in a room
"He's going to kill your sister." You told her and while Anna tries to stop you, you go looking for her sister
Anna calls your name and ends up finding Kristoff to tell him what happened
You find Hans holding a sword, about to swing at Elsa, calling her a murder
But you freeze just in time and you defend her, breaking Hans sword
Luckily though, Elsa does end up bringing you back, though without even realizing she was in love
She hugs you tightly, profusely apologizing for everything, before realizing how to get Arendell out of winter
Hans was exiled, instead of imprisoned, because Elsa didn't want him anywhere in Arendelle
You become part of the royalty, because Elsa makes sure to include you in everything
After you saved her life, she saw you in a whole new light
Granted, she already kind of liked you, but now she was scared to lose you again
She gets so nervous around you and her sister notices and confronts her, but Elsa alimentally denies it
But Anna just needs one slip up and she eventually gets it
Elsa was watching you all lovingly and didn't realize her sister was behind her
"Staring at Y/n?"
Elsa was embarrassed that she had gotten caught and instead of fighting it, she decided to ask her sister for help
Cue Anna playing Match maker
You and Elsa have become very close, so it won't be hard to get you two together
And when you both do together, Anna is so happy because she's never seen her sister so happy and extroverted before

Snowflake⁓ [Yandere Elsa]
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
T.W- Yandere themes, disturbing thoughts, terrible writing
Summery- starting your new life in Arendelle, you never thought that your life would soon take a dark, twisted turn. A/n note- Elsa is still queen in this fiction, There will be a Part 2
No One's POV
''It's pleasure to meet you queen'' you bowed ''It's pleasure to meet you too, so what's your name again'' she asked ''Y/n L/n'' you replied with smile ''So Y/n, Welcome to Arendelle'' she smile warmly welcoming you to your soon to be home ''Thank you, your highness'' you bowed once again before leaving.
It's been a month since you've moved in everything is wonderful the people are nice and they have great unity, Today was extra odd for you the queen has invited to a dinner with her sister you were taken back a little bit but you still agreed, the night was so peaceful the beam of moonlight falls on the streets as walk towards the castle in your not so formal but perfect outfit, You knocked on the door suddenly the door open and there were two servants standing in the doorway they bowed and asked you to follow them you nodded and went behind them they lead you to a fancy dining room where the queen and her sister and guy next Anna you assumed that was her boyfriend were waiting for you, you bowed and sat on the opposite side of Anna ''Y/n it's a pleasure that you've come, despite your busy schedule'' Elsa said smiling ''Oh no my highness it's not a big deal'' you replied with a small smile ''So you're the famous Y/n, Elsa-'' anna was cut off by Elsa clearing her throat 'okay that- was Odd me famous? no way' you thought, Anna glanced at her sister who was already glaring at anna ''So Y/n, where are you from'' Olaf said breaking the intense silence ''I'm from [Hometown name], it's a really nice place'' you replied ''Oh do you have any close ones there'' he asked ''Hmm, My mother and My best friend, we still write each other letters'' you stated ''How close are you to your best friend'' Elsa asked ''Really close we've known each other from childhood'' you replied ''Oh'' Elsa hummed nervously ''If you don't mind me asking, what's the name of your best friend'' that caught you off guard why does want to their name ''It's [S/o]'' you replied nevertheless ''Hmm'' Elsa voice was nervous and hurt but you didn't seem to understand why ''Uh- Enough of chit-chat let's have some food, you must be hungry right Y/n?'' Anna chirped you nodded Anna single the servants and they brought food
While eating you glanced at Elsa who seemed to have a disappointment look on her face which confused you did you said something wrong. or was it about your best friend?
''It was so Nice to have you here, hope we can meet once again'' Anna said pulling you in surprise hug ''Oh- Uh yea'' you broke the hug backing away a little Elsa came in front of you taking your hand in hers giving it a squeezed ''Thanks for coming, it means a lot'' she said calmly you hesitated pulled your hand back bowing to the sister before leaving
Something is fishy about Elsa is the way she behaves around or....that dining conversation which was also pretty weird why would a queen specifically ice queen would take interest in common human? better be more careful from now on...

ICE THE MOST DECEPTIVE
Tumblr media
Elsa x Hans, Ahtohallan Multiverse, All Is Found, Angst, Good!Hans, Drabble
Hans's arm went round Elsa's waist and she leaned her head on his shoulder.
They stood in front of a large triangular window and a majestic waterfall of Northern Lights washed over them from above.
Elsa loved this so much. Her life. Him. Gone were the days when she had those strange feelings and dreams of scary forests, when she suspected Hans of something he hadn't done. What was it? She'd already forgotten. They were destined to meet and be together as Anna always said. Her little princess is so romantic. Queen Elsa was happy here in Arendelle with her parents, with her sister Anna and her husband - the newly minted Lord Kristoff of Arendelle - and with the true love of hers, Admiral Hans Westergaard.
If sometimes in the long and cold winter nights she began to feel something, that strange uneasiness and sense of loss; if a sense of wrongness overcame her she always found refuge in Hans' arms, in his confident words. How could it be wrong? How they can be wrong?
And now standing beside him, she turned and hugged him tighter, pressing her cheek to the collar of his unbuttoned white uniform.
"What is it, my snow queen?" asked Hans with a smile. "A nightmare again?"
"It's nothing."
But…why then did he suddenly smell of wind and chase and ice?...
Why did she feel so cold?
Cold usually never bothered her.
Elsa raised her head in horror, watching the frost covering the walls of their royal bedroom, turning it into a glacial cave.
She looked at Hans, and his words, his last words of impossible love and affection were drowned out by the Voice.
A-A-AH-AAH!… His arms wanted to embrace her… AH-AH, AH, OH!...
...that white blindness...the dam broke.
Tumblr media
And Elsa the Fifth Spirit opens her eyes. She is in Ahtohallan. The icy statue of Prince Hans stretches out his arms to her, his face has an uncharacteristic expression of love and concern; and Anna is standing on the wintry sea shore and calling her back. Elsa sighs in relief.

@kristanna-days
“When will we get to Living Rock Township?” Kristoff’s passenger Anna was only talking to him because he was there and she was bored, which was almost worse than ignoring him.
He wasn’t in the habit of conversing with strangers, especially pretty, high-born women who were cheerful even when there wasn’t a reason to be. He didn’t see the point.
“When we get there.”
He wasn’t trying to be funny, but Anna laughed anyway. Rather than ignore the daggers he shot at her, she laughed even more.
“I’m sorry!” she said as she caught her breath. “It’s just that, well, are you always this talkative?”
He answered her with a smirk. This was why he bought a wagon and not a carriage: he’d have rather delivered parcels and mail than people any day.
But Mrs. Stone, the pastor’s daughter and one of the only nice people in Living Rock Township, had specifically requested he be nice when he collected Anna at the harbor, so he attempted conversation, though it didn’t help much.
“What are you even doing here?”
“I beg your pardon?” Her wrinkled forehead didn’t dampen her bright eyes. “That attitude is completely unnecessary.”
Kristoff whistled and his horse Sven stopped. Then he turned on the bench to face her. “You had to have a good reason to leave your family and probably very comfortable life in Arendelle to risk crossing the ocean. Especially alone-”
Then he remembered there was supposed to be a man with her.
Anna scooted away from him on the bench and folded her arms. “That’s none of your concern.”
Kristoff rolled his eyes when she lifted her nose in the air like she wanted an apology.
Instead, he said, “Fine,” and told Sven to walk on. So much for his attempt at friendship.
Then it crossed his mind that perhaps she had lost her companion on the voyage so he swallowed his pride. “It’s just unusual, that’s all.”
She let out a deep breath instead of crying and Kristoff relaxed. “My fiance was supposed to come with me.”
“I guess things didn’t work out with Prince Charming, there?”
Anna shook her head and added, “Well, see, I met him at a ball.”
Kristoff rolled his eyes. He already knew where this story was headed.
“It was amazing and magical. He was dreamy and divine. And he asked me to marry him that night! Of course, I thought it was true love so I-”
“You agreed to marry a man you just met? That day?”
Anna stopped talking and glared at him.
“I mean, sure. Yeah, that sort of thing happens all the time,” he said sarcastically.
“Anywho, my sister lives at North Mountain and I haven’t seen her in years—she got accused of witchcraft and had to leave in a hurry, long story-”
She said it so casually that it almost didn’t register. “Wait, what!?”
“How far is North Mountain from Living Rock? Do you know how to get there?”
“You might not want to talk about that kind of stuff too loudly here. Personally, I think it’s a bunch of hogwash, but other people seem to take it pretty seriously.”
It almost seemed like she was mocking him when she said, “Anyway, we were going to join her at North Mountain. My parents actually passed away a few years ago-"
"You lost your parents?"
Anna paused and smiled at him. "They were trying to find Elsa, but their ship never made it. That was about three years ago or so."
"I'm sorry to hear that."
She smiled again. "Well, obviously I wanted my sister's blessing since I couldn't get my parents. So I made all the arrangements and wrote to her. But I don’t know if she even got the letter-”
“So she doesn’t even know you’re coming?”
“Well, no…” Anna twisted her mittened hands in front of her and she looked off to the side. “Maybe. But I also wrote to Mrs. Stone gave. She gave me an open invitation when she and her husband left Arendelle. So I thought at least we’d be on the right continent.”
Then her voice dropped. “At least, I’m on the right continent.”
Kristoff pursed his lips. He hated to ask, but he was invested in the story. “So where’s your handsome prince now?”
She folded her arms again and spoke softly. “I guess he didn’t love me enough.”
Unfortunately, that tugged on Kristoff’s heartstrings and he couldn’t tell her what he really thought.
“I don’t believe it was love at first sight, in case that’s what you were thinking.”
Kristoff didn’t mean to snort.
She narrowed her eyes. “It was blind attraction, which can be even more problematic.”
“Not exactly the best way to start a life together.”
Not expecting silence, Kristoff turned his head. She was biting her lip, but he knew it wasn’t supposed to be suggestive. Or endearing.
Then she peered up at him, eyes blue-green like the sea, but constant, unwavering. “I still believe in love at first sight, but I’ve learned my lesson.”
He desperately wanted to look away from her but he couldn’t.
“Next time I’ll take a closer look.”
Kristoff’s heartbeat quickened until she wrinkled her nose and giggled, finally looking away.
“I’ll know him when I see him! And when I find him I’m going to hold on tight and never let go. True love is worth it.”
Kristoff turned his head again. The huge smile plastered on her face locked him in the moment, even though stared far into the distance.
But then he shook his head and remembered the last time a woman looked at him as closely as Anna had. That had been some time ago, and she hadn’t offered him a passing glance since then. There was no reason to believe Anna was any different.

Fanfic snippet - Nothing connects people better than a shared cell
To clarify, they are all in jail for the night, because things went south for everyone involved. For Layla and Hans it is nothing new, Kristoff is just a little stressed but Elsa and Anna are terrified, especially since Elsa is not able to just freeze everyone.
After brave Hetician's guards left the room, cursing both drunk students and damned spies, a very awkward silence developed.
"So... not everything went according to plan?" asked Hans, trying to contain the mischievous smile.
"Silence." Elsa advised, propping her head againt the cold, stone wall and, in the same time, holding Anna.
They were both in a disastrous state. For the last six hours the Heticians were grilling them both about being Nadernian's spies. Everytime they hoped they finally believe that it is all just a crazy amount of fatal coincidences, some of them just presented yet another one of "proofs" for their "crimes". At one point it was clear that Anna is starting to lose faith in her own words so Elsa decided to help - as soon as someone has finally patched up her arms. She was trying to sound stern and even a little mean, but she was exhausted and her whole body ached. As a result, no one has believed that they are, in fact, Arendellian queens. But, of course, everyone has been convinced that there may be something wrong with their heads. The only remaining question was - are they just crazy or is it just a decoy to avoid the responsibility for spying for Nadernia?
"Anna?" Kristoff tried to reach his wife's hand through the bars of his cell. "Is everything alright?".
"No, nothing is alright!" She sobbed, totally done with everything. Two rivers of tears just went down her cheeks. Her sister hugged her tighter. "We don't have any way to go back to Arendelle, and maybe that's for the best, because apparently our kingdom is better off governing itself, without our presence, and... And we've just murdered our own consul!"
"You what?!" Yelled three voices unisono.
"We showed him Olaf and he had a heart attack" Elsa explained. "And we did that because wanted to show that we are what we are".
"And... where is Olaf?" Kristoff asked.
"I think in some storage for material evidences" Anna responded. "It was so hot in the embassy he melted... And now we are carrying him around in a bucket".
Hans made sure to remember it, just in case.
"And where is Sven?" Asked Elsa, wiping her sister's face. "And seriously, Kristoff, what have you done?! Why are you here?!"
"Sven is safe and in good hands, I will pick him up tomorrow morning." He assured.
"No, you won't." Hans cut in immediately.
"Why?"
"Because we will all be there for at least fourty eight hours".
"What?!"
"Well, you, Layla and me. I don't know about them. I would need some details".
"We are going to be hanged!" Anna sobbed.
"What?!" Kristoff's face went completely white. "What for? The consul? You told us it was an accident!"
"I know, but then everything became so complicated...!"
It was obvious they won't get anything meaningful from trembling and crying Anna. Elsa was mainly busy with comforting her. Layla decided that they could use some lighter topics.
"Just as a side question... what, for all the seven seas, are you two wearing?"
It was just in this moment when Kristoff and Hans noticed the peculiar clothing.
"Ah... it's from a homeless shelter" Elsa murmured.
"From where?" Kristoff's eyes were just getting bigger and bigger.
"Well, in our clothes no one wanted to take us seriously... well. In those it was even worse".
"Of course it was, you look like you ran away from some circus!" Layla was giggling uncontrolably now. "You should have come to me, in my chests we would find something better".
Elsa looked at her discreetly. She had her doubts if any piece of Layla's - a head shorter but much wider in her chest - clothing would fit any of them.
"Well, maybe it wouldn't be suitable for royality, I admit, but it would still be better than... this". She was still laughing. "The nuns didn't like you two very much, I assume?".
"They... told us we look like seamstresses".
"Yeaaa, right. I can assure you, the seamstresses have their clothes much better matched!"
Anna and Elsa managed to smile a little. The younger one even stopped sobbing.
"Alright... but seriously, Kristoff?" She looked at her husband, eyes still wet and puffy but somewhat brighter. "What are you in here for?"
"Well, officialy for excessive drinking and wandering after curfew" he responded, a little red on his face and completely, utterly sober.
"Excessive drinking?!"
"Well... um... We were singing quite loudly and those nice guards thought..."
"With Hans?!"
"Oh, excuse me!" Said prince interrupted. "Husbands and reindeers abandoned in the docks are free to take for anyone after two hours! It isn't me who's making the rules!"
"That's true, that's the law!" Layla backed him up.
"Wasn't he going to the Library?!"
"I was, but it didn't go particulary well". Hans had no intention of losing his cool. "Terrible queues, horrible waiting time. We just took a small part of what I wanted. Those available to take immediately. Maybe I will go back when they will let us go from there. Anyway, Kristoff was with me, because he was hoping to meet you there, since you intended to see the Library too, right? Well, nevermind. After we were sent away with almost nothing, we went sightseeing. Beautiful city, awful University, wouldn't recommend."
"Yes, "awful University", but you would very much like to go to this conference, am I right?" Kristoff decided that since captain Westergaard started to talk himself, he may as well add something. Apparently, that part was not top secret.
"Of course I would! I have to go back and borrow some of those posters. It would make a great souvenir. Maybe I will take two and send one of them to the Isles. I wonder how they will like the topics of those lectures. I would die to see Caleb trying to justify some of his border incidents to them. And to see him promising he will lead us into the modern times". He couldn't hold his laugh anymore. "Seriously, I can't believe anyone would have such hopes for any of us, anytime!"
"What is he talking about...?" Anna slightly tilted her head.
Kristoff smiled and started to talk. He described everything, up to the moment when Hans decided he wants those books right there, right now and therefore they are going to go with breaking and entering into the Library. Before he could get onto this, the prince decided to continue for him and started to do what he could do the best - flipping the script.
"We've met Layla in the town, so it would be rude not to say hi..."
"And I know just the right place to do so!" Layla chimmed in immediately to cover for them.
"Exactly. We went and in the bar there were sailors from Heticia's navy. They were singing, so we joined them... We didn't even drink that much, but when we've decided to go back to the ship, we were still singing... We forgot the city is under martial law and even if it wasn't, we still should've have a light with us. So, that happened. My fault."
"And mine!" Layla admitted and tried to make the most regretful and miserable face possible. It didn't go well. "I am so very, very sorry for demoralizing your husband, Ma'am Highness". She knelt before Anna. "Here is my head. You can smack me in it, but I would prefer it to stay on my neck, if you may".
At this point Anna was completely comforted and amused already. She wiped the last tears away.
"I think... In the name of the kingdom of Arendelle I can forgive this faux pax". She said, pretending to be serious. "As long as it is the last time!".
"Oh, of course!" Layla didn't even bother to pretend she didn't just winked at Kristoff. He also laughed, feeling a little more confident, despite circumstances.

And episodes 7 and 8 of "Frozen Podcast" were released.
7 - THE CONFESSION
Tumblr media
The next spirit to face problems is Gale who attacks the three queens, but Elsa manages to prevent anyone from being hurt.
Gale ends up taking the group to a mountain and there they come across an automaton excavating it, but he faces problems which leads him to cause a landslide that would hit Elsa and Anna, but Disa ends up saving them
Elsa tries to hold him back with the ice while Disa and Anna try to get closer, but he is too strong for the ice which leads Elsa to decide to ask for help from the Giants. In the midst of the confusion, Anna and Disa end up trapped in a cave because of the landslides. Disa ends up having a panic attack, but Anna manages to calm her down. Disa is surprised at how Anna is dealing with this whole situation and Elsa's sister gives a summary of her problems in the two films and how this made her stronger. In the cave Anna says that the culprit is Wolfgang, but Disa confesses that she was the one who created the automatons. Disa created the automatons on her ship as a way of trying to help Arendelle with her science, but with simple things like purifying water, but apparently when they came into contact with the spirits of nature, they ended up causing some problem that led them to act strangers and cause all this confusion. Anna ends up arguing with Disa because she tried to impose her will on how Arendelle would go in the future without consulting her as queen, Anna is the one who decides the future of the kingdom and whether they followed that path or not. But Anna manages to forgive Disa and they end up hugging and working together they manage to leave
When they leave, the two come across Gale and Bruni, who are very calm and interact very well with Disa. The women decide to return to Arendelle to save Woflgang from jail, but Anna prefers to keep the revelation of Disa's guilt within her social circle rather than tell the kingdom
8 – THE DUKE OF ANTLERS
Tumblr media
As soon as Anna and Disa return they go directly to Woflgang's cell to apologize and release him, Disa confesses her guilt to him, but Wolfgang doesn't take it personally and in fact he even enjoyed his time in prison since the allowed him to rethink his life and even composed a sequel to his opera
As they are preparing dinner Anna comments that Queen Disa hasn't shown up and feels that she is currently tense, Wolfgang says that he gave her copper because she was wanting to start a new project. And while Wolfgang talks to Olaf about opera, Anna goes to Disa
But Disa had gone outside and ends up being found first by Elsa who was riding Nokk. There is an uncomfortable atmosphere between the women as Anna's sister seems to only want to help the other woman and her people. Kristoff arrives being sent by Anna who wants to meet her, but Disa dismisses the company and seems really worried about her ship, much to Kristoff's confusion, although Elsa understands the other woman's feeling of wanting to be alone for a while
Mattias goes to Olaf and Wolfgang, the general wanted to apologize for having arrested him, but Wolfgang again shows that he does not hold any kind of grudge. Wolfgang spent two days in prison, but for him, who has a philosophical mind, he considered it an eternity of reflection alone in the philosophical way possible, much to Mattias's confusion since it was only literally two days. But as Mattias really wants to apologize and makes himself available to Wolfgang, the Duke of Weselton's nephew ends up pulling him into the sequel to his opera. Olaf even tried out for the same role Wolfgang wants for Mattias which involved playing the flute, but the snowman says he's a better singer and starts singing. And after that Wolfgang gives Mattias what he's been knitting the whole time since the two of them met in the square: the green sweater that matches his own, and he even made a blue one for Olaf that's a little difficult to put on
Disa is the last to arrive at dinner and says her ship suffered little damage. During the conversation at dinner Kristoff asks the trio of women if they saw Ryder in the Enchanted Forest and what he was doing, but the conversation is interrupted by Wolfgang who asks Disa if her machines can be used for mining and extraction, this conversation ends up making Disa feel sick and leave dinner
And with Disa gone, Lord Wolfgang focuses his attention on Kristoff by asking him about Ryder, but the conversation ends up being forgotten to focus on the sisters. Anna is worried about Disa, but Elsa although she trusted Anna about Disa she fears that her gone Anna is not safe, and again Anna reinforces that Disa is a good person and decides to go see Disa after dinner
After dinner, Wolfgang decides to premiere his opera with different instruments, and it has fifty-seven songs, much to Kristoff's despair and Anna's laughter, which they would have to listen to in its entirety

How Restlessly the Stars Do Gleam - Chapter 10: Lost and Found
Story summary: After the Evil Queen kidnaps and curses her family and destroys her kingdom, Princess Emma is on the run. She boards a merchant vessel with her godmother Red, and they intend to travel to Arendelle to seek magical assistance. But when Emma discovers the dark truths aboard Captain Silver's ship, she must put a stop to his cruelty and rescue the Jones brothers from their enslavement. Emma has to find her own allies and face her fears in order to save her parents, her brother Leo, and her kingdom.
Read it on AO3 from the beginning here.
You can find chapter 10 below the cut or on AO3.
There was a struggle of limbs, frantic and desperate but strong as Emma was pushed away but she pushed right back, rage and pent up aggression and months of no sleep, of living on the edge of her own blade—it all vanished when her opponent cried out.
Emma hesitated, just long enough for her to be thrown back, and she landed a few feet away, leaves and twigs and rocks digging into her palms that were braced behind her, but she didn’t care about that now.
The man—no, boy—surged forward, intending to strike at her, but she caught him easily, she’d done it a thousand times before, and her arms wrapped around him, bringing him to her chest, resting over her heart just where she’d felt him all this time.
“Leo,” she choked out, and he froze, no longer attempting to escape her embrace.
It was dark enough that he had to squint as he pulled back just enough to look at her, but he knew. She smelled like the forest and the sea, but also like buttercups, the ones she’d had father fill their garden with because she loved them so much. Months had passed, he had changed so much—but none of that really mattered. She was still his sister. He was still her brother.
“Emma!” he cried, his arms becoming a vice around her, and for a second, he was terrified to let go. Terrified it was all just a dream, and he would wake to his painful reality, no idea where she was.
The brush she’d leapt over rustled, a preamble to the appearance of one very alarmed Killian Jones, his sword brandished in search of danger. “Swan!”
Emma scrambled to her feet, bringing her brother with her. Tears crept down her cheeks, but they were so unlike the ones she’d spilled in the last months. “Put your sword down,” she practically admonished. “My brother won’t harm me,” she added, her words tripping on the laughter that fell from her lips.
“Your brother?” Killian repeated, his sword slipping.
She turned back to Leo, her hands moving to hold his face then his shoulders as she tried to inspect him in the darkness. “You’re okay,” she breathed, “gods, I cannot believe you’re okay!”
“I could say the same to you,” he said, pulling her in for another hug. “I was so relieved you were out for your ride—what that bitch would’ve done if she’d found you…”
“She did,” Emma told him. After a moment, she shook her head. “It doesn’t matter. She didn’t curse me, not like our parents, or you—your curse?”
Leo resisted the urge to curl in on himself. He wanted to lie, save her from the gruesome truth, but he sighed. He’d never successfully lied to his sister, he was certain he wouldn’t be capable of it now. “It’s bad, but I’m managing.”
She took a step back, her hands catching his. There was so much they had to say, to catch up on. Her mind reeled, a mess of wishes and wants and fear—she was afraid to ask, afraid to find out. But some things, she had to know. Whether or not she wanted to. “Please, tell me you haven’t been alone all this time.”
A smile teased his lips. “No, I’ve found some allies. They should be along any minute…but gods, what is that fantastic smell?”
Emma laughed, reaching up to wipe the tears from her cheeks, pulling her brother’s hand along with because she couldn’t even consider letting go. “Dinner. You must be starving,” she said, worried again. She kept swinging from one end to the other—deliriously happy that he was okay, that they’d found each other, then deeply concerned for his well-being, guilty for not taking care of him all this time. It was giving her a headache.
She glanced back to find Killian predictably standing guard, far enough to allow them some privacy, close enough to be ready at hand if danger appeared.
“I’m surprised any of our knights escaped,” Leo said, his eyes on Killian.
“They didn’t,” Emma replied. “He’s…a new ally. A sailor who has joined our cause.”
Leo’s eyebrows were high on his forehead when she tore her gaze from their protector. “Hm,” he sounded, and though he hadn’t technically said anything, his tone was very revealing.
“What’s that supposed to mean?”
“Nothing at all,” Leo said, his voice a bit too high. “Not a single thing.”
“Leo,” she snapped.
A mischievous grin broke out across his face. “Nothing. He just seems very dedicated to the cause.”
She smacked his arm, a gesture she’d done for years, but everything about their situation swirled within her once more, and she couldn’t stop herself from hugging him again. Leo didn’t seem to mind.
“Leo!” a voice echoed from deeper in the woods, and though Emma had tensed, Leo’s expression made her drop her stance.
“I’m over here!” he called back.
The noise had caused Killian to remove the distance he’d kept between them, and though he did not raise his sword, his hand rested firmly at the hilt. Emma met his gaze, and they exchanged a nod.
A woman appeared first, scolding Leo for not waiting for them, but her censure lacked any real bite. She froze when she saw Emma, fear glinting in her kind eyes. “Leo?”
“It’s okay,” he assured her, “Belle, this is my sister. This is Emma.”
“You found Emma?” The question came from another boy her brother’s age as he came to stand beside Belle.
“Well, she found me,” Leo said, nudging her with his elbow. “She’ll always find me.”
Emma resisted the urge to smack him again. “Our mother would be ashamed of you,” she teased. “Your etiquette has become positively disgraceful.”
Leo’s posture straightened, his chest puffing out. “Please accept my deepest apologies. Princess Emma, would you allow me to introduce you to Sir Roland.” This time, she did smack him. “I can never win with you,” he whined. “And besides, you have yet to introduce me to your personal knight.”
Emma flushed, stepping to the side, revealing the man in question. “Leo, this is Killian Jones.”
Killian stiffened, bowing deeply. “Your Highness.”
Leo scrunched up his nose. “Oh gods,” he grumbled, “don’t even start with the titles.”
“Don’t be so rude,” Emma snapped.
“I’m not—how is that—” he cut himself off, shaking his head in exasperation though a genuine smile played at his lips. “Fine. Hello Killian Jones, please call me Leo.” He held out a hand.
Killian hesitated only a moment before taking it. “Your sister has told me quite a bit about you,” he said, working hard to sound casual.
“Don’t believe a single word of it,” Leo warned. “I’ve never done anything wrong in my entire life.”
Roland scoffed. “Yes, because that sounds believable.”
Leo ignored that, turning back to his sister. “Hey, didn’t you say something about dinner?”
Emma laughed, nodding towards their camp. “Come on, we’ve got some catching up to do.”
“Wait,” Roland said, his eyes wide as he stared ahead. Belle caught his hand, worry written across her features.
“What’s wrong?” Leo asked, wasting no time moving to his friend’s side, a hand on his shoulder. “Roland? What is it?”
Roland shook his head, unable to tear his gaze away. “My father…”
Emma may have been sleep deprived, emotionally and physically drained, and potentially on the brink of collapse, but her mind snapped the pieces together. “Robin,” she breathed.
Roland took off, leaping over the stream and heading straight for their camp.
Leo made to follow, though he couldn’t seem to get himself to take more than two or three steps from his sister. He glanced back at her, seeing beyond her tear-streaked cheeks that shone in the limited light of the crescent moon. Beneath her joy lay deeply set sorrow in her pale skin; exhaustion carved shadows beneath her eyes—they were jade, like their mother’s, but he couldn’t see the color in the darkness. He wondered how long it would be before he could (if he ever could).
“Seems ours isn’t the only happy reunion tonight,” he said, smiling when she did. It made warmth spread across his chest, settling on his heart.
“Not by a long shot,” a voice called, though this one had come from camp. Red stepped through the brush, her teeth gleaming with her wide grin, and it was only a moment before Leo was wrapped in her embrace. “We’ve missed you, kid,” she told him, not wasting the opportunity to muss his hair.
He groaned at her, ducking out of her arms and backing away, his hands working to fix the disheveled mess. “Red,” he whined, making his sister laugh.
Emma nudged him until he turned to face her, and she took it upon herself to arrange his hair—in that moment, just for the span of a single breath, her mother was there. She lived in the way Emma held her arms, how she curved a hand along Leo’s cheek. It was Snow White’s tender smile that tugged on her lips, it was her determined tenderness that carded Emma’s fingers through his hair.
Red saw it in her, too. Emma could see the recognition glinting in her gaze when her eyes flitted to her godmother, as she watched over them with all the warmth of a mother’s devotion
Noise erupted from camp, but it was not terror or sounds of war—it was joy, it was love, it was pure happiness.
“Come on,” Emma said, leading her brother towards the glow of camp, where all that joy and love and happiness awaited them, where they could share in all of it.
— —
Celebrations had lasted well into the night, unburdened laughter rising like the smoke from their fire. It gave the air something sweet, something to melt away the bitterness and dread that had for so long tainted everything Emma saw, everything she touched.
Leo sat just a few feet away, speaking animatedly to the group gathered to listen to tales of his adventures during the last months. Roland sat beside him, adding or correcting details when Leo tried to embellish. Robin hadn’t strayed from his son’s side since they had reunited, and so he looked on with fondness and immense relief, too lost in what he felt to truly attend to the story Leo regaled.
Emma knew the feeling well.
Her warring emotions had torn her into shreds—when she couldn’t handle one more moment of their relentless penduluming, the curtain fell away, and she was forced to stare into the truth of everything she’d been avoiding. She couldn’t hide from those thoughts anymore; her interlocked joy and despair had demolished the walls she’d built to protect her from the last thing that hadn’t hurt her yet, the last thing that truly could.
Killian shared a log with his brother across the dancing flames, avoiding her gaze as he so often did these days.
Everything she’d acknowledged to herself was painful enough: that she couldn’t find happiness while her family and her kingdom were destroyed, that she should’ve been spending every last drop of her energy to find and save them all, and most of all, that he pulled away, that he kept pulling away. But the thing that glared back at her in the rubble of her mind was beyond all of that.
She watched him chuckle, his face practically glowing in the firelight as he exchanged a look with his brother.
He had happiness now. Freedom. She refused to take that away from him, refused to put a target on his back—being her ally had put him in enough danger, if the Evil Queen discovered what she felt for him, he’d be doomed to a curse and guaranteed a painful death.
So that was it. She had to let him go.
Emma withered, shrank, crumbled in the wake of her decision. She was as broken as her kingdom. At last, Regina had gotten her wish.
“You look awfully grave for someone who just found her brother.”
Emma glanced up as Elsa joined her, a reassuring hand on hers.
“Sorry, I just…”
Elsa smiled knowingly. “You’ve got a lot on your mind.”
“Too much,” she huffed. “But I should enjoy tonight, while we have it. There’s never enough time. The gods know everything else will be waiting for us come dawn,” she added. It was something her mother would have said—at least the first part, anyway.
“You should,” Elsa agreed, her gaze drifting to where her sister sat, her head drooped on Kristoff’s shoulder. “We all should.”
— —
The party broke up an hour or so before dawn.
Emma followed her brother, intending to move her bedroll beside his, but instead of making camp for the night, she found him packing. He tucked some bread into his bag, weighing his waterskin to determine if he needed to take a trip to the stream.
“What are you doing?”
Leo’s head shot up, his wide eyes flickering with fear. “Oh. Um…”
“Um?”
He sighed, securing his bag and throwing it over his shoulder. “We haven’t had a chance to talk, and I’m sorry for that. But we don’t really have the time to have it now.”
“Leo,” she almost snapped. “Where are you going?” She couldn’t hide the panic laced in her voice.
“I have to go, a few miles at least. But it’s just until nightfall. I’ll be back, I promise.”
“I don’t understand.”
Leo took her hand in his. “I know. I’ll explain everything when I get back, but it’s the curse. I have to keep everyone safe.”
She snatched her hand back, desperate and confused. “Safe from what? Leo, tell me what’s going on. Tell me how I can help you.”
“Emma, please. We’re running out of time.”
“Safe from what, Leo?” she demanded.
“From me.”
Emma swayed, her shock putting her off balance. “Leo,” she breathed—it was a quiet sound but not without weight, anchored by fear and heartache and hopelessness.
He took a few more steps, his hands latching onto her arms, steadying her. “Everything’s gonna be okay, Emma. I promise. I just need you to trust me. Let me do what I have to, and tomorrow, I’ll tell you everything. Even the things I’d rather you didn’t know.”
She studied his face, seeing an intensity she’d never known him to possess. “You really have to go? Now?”
He nodded. “Yes. Will you let me?”
She deflated. “Yeah.”
He took a shaky breath, waiting only a second before pulling her against him. If they’d learned anything all those months ago, it was that you never knew when a hug would be the last.
“Thank you, Emma. I’ll be back once the stars are in the sky again. You should get some sleep.”
She let him go, watching until he disappeared, all while the emptiness threatening to swallow her heart stole the newly returned pieces—once again, she was shattered.
“He really will be back,” a voice called.
Emma spun to find Roland, hesitance written across his face. “Why did he have to go?”
“To keep us safe,” Roland replied. “He would’ve explained earlier, I know, but I don’t think he wanted to…spoil your reunion. Or however he rationalized it.”
Emma took a deep breath, ordering her emotions to calm themselves. “You know him pretty well then, huh?”
Roland shifted, straightening his posture in a way that her mother would have been proud of. “He rescued me from the Evil Queen’s dungeons. We’ve fought together for months, survived. Done things neither of us—” he paused, shaking his head to dispel the memory. “I knew my father would welcome me back with open arms, but Leo always worried…”
“That our parents wouldn’t, after everything we’ve done.” Emma was familiar with the concept.
“He’s been looking for you since we broke out. Kept insisting that you’d always find each other. And I’ve never seen him so happy as he was tonight. There may be things you don’t know yet about him, but at least be content in knowing that.”
Emma swallowed her fear, nodding. “Thank you.”
“Get some rest. He’ll be snippy if you’re exhausted when he gets back,” Roland said, heading back to his father.
She knew he was right, the thought of it made her smile. But her gaze returned to the place she’d last seen her brother, and then she couldn’t get her feet to move further away from him. Emma stood there, her eyes on the trees, until the first bit of the sun peaked over the horizon.
Red came to stand beside her, taking her hand, sharing her strength. “I could follow him, you know.”
“We can’t.”
“Then at least sleep. You can’t just stand here all day,” she said.
“I don’t want to move,” Emma replied, hating that she could see the color of the leaves now.
“We don’t have to,” Red told her.
Emma tore her eyes away, instead finding her bag and bedroll laid out a few feet behind where she stood. “Thank you,” she said, dropping onto the mat as the exhaustion dragged her down.
“It’s not me you should thank.”
Emma’s lips parted to ask, but instead she glanced back towards the center of camp where Killian was arranging his own bedroll. “Of course,” she sighed.
“At some point, Emma, you’re going to have to accept it,” Red told her, sitting beside her, smoothing her cloak so she could get comfortable.
Emma didn’t have the energy to fight her on it, not now. After a few hours of sleep, perhaps. She closed her eyes, pushing away everything else. But as she fell to sleep, a trembling cold crept over her. Even as the sun rose.
— —
Leo buckled from the pain, ice blooming where fire spread across his skin that tore into scales, but despite all of that, he smiled. His teeth turned to daggers that sliced into his lips, but he could not care. The curse would not break him. It hadn’t, even after months of trying, and now he had his sister back, and there was nothing they couldn’t do together. It was only a matter of time before they were reunited with their parents—after all, they would always find each other.

I don't know if you've covered this yet, but could you please talk about Agnarr and Iduna's relationship to the girls and how they handled the separation/maybe your ideas of how they explained it to Anna and kept the secret? BTW, I LOVE your content! As a HUGE Frozie who adores the lore and Canon I feel like we'd be besties!!
Aww, thank you! It's always nice to meet fellow Frozen nerds. If you're interested, let me throw in some posts here from Arendelle Archives that go into Frozen Lore and books -
Annals of Frozen by saiten-gefroren
The Frozenverse by Winter Loves Summer
I've talked a bit about Agnarr and Iduna in the past. I had a two-part series on their choices and reasoning for the separation - Toughest Choices Part 1 and Toughest Choices Part 2. The only thing is that they're a bit old, so there might be some outdated info here and there. I've also written about Agnarr specifically on Fatherly Burdens - it is a bit more critical than my usual content though, but it's not inherently negative - I am still a big supporter of the parents.
Now, let's tackle all of your questions here; Sorry, it's gonna be a bit long haha.
---
Talk about Agnarr and Iduna's relationship to the girls.
From what we've seen in the films alone, in spite of everything, it seems that Anna and Elsa have a positive relationship with their parents. Anna runs and hugs them before they leave and builds a statue in their honor. Elsa never really blames them for what happened in her childhood and wanted to see what happened to them on the ship. Both girls mourn them heavily, and from the little interaction we've seen, they have a very loving relationship.
I know that many fans feel that there wasn't enough accountability held towards the parents, and there was a huge shift of blame toward Elsa rather than acknowledging how the parent's choices affected the girls. This is a flaw I've noticed as well. I do however love how Anna says in F2 "You are not responsible for their choices, Elsa." It gives the impression that the girls do realize that they are not responsible for what their parents chose to do, and even though it is small, it's a nice shout-out.
If you consider them canon, there's a bit of side content that goes into a lot more detail about these topics, particularly Forest of Shadows, Polar Nights, Dangerous Secrets, and True Treasure. These side stories push for more accountability for the parents, have the sisters talk about the separation slightly, and offer more explanations of the thought process of the parents.
---
How they handled the separation.
As I write about in my analyses, my overall view on the separation is that Agnarr and Iduna handled Elsa's magic the best they could. They were faced with an impossible situation with very little knowledge - the only information they had was the trolls vaguely telling them that Elsa could be hurt if she can't control her powers.
Another thing we have to take into consideration is that no matter how we spin it, Elsa's magic is dangerous. Many fans tend to relate Elsa's magic to real-life emotional, physical, mental, and intellectual attributes. I think this is where a lot of the disdain for the parents comes in - they want the narrative to treat the parents as though they are parents of a child who had an attribute that was not accepted by their society so they decided to keep her hidden. However, Elsa's magic is a physical manifestation that can and has hurt people and can't really be compared to real-life attributes. Thus, we can't hold Agnarr and Iduna to this same standard.
So basically, the parents were faced with a double-edged sword. Either place Elsa in a controlled environment so that they can try and figure out how Elsa's magic works - which leads to isolation and self-hatred. Or, let Elsa go on as before like nothing happened and the parents are just more vigilant - but now Elsa has trauma from hurting Anna and is more on edge, leading to another accident because her powers are tied to her emotions, risking her powers being revealed.
Neither option is ideal and leads to problems with Elsa's psyche and safety, but the first option at least gives a bit more freedom for the parents to try and figure out a better solution - and they did figure out a better solution, but they died trying to reach it. Overall, the story of the parents is very difficult and tragic, and no easier solutions are available because of the uniqueness of the situation.
---
Your ideas of how they explained it to Anna and kept the secret?
This is actually interesting.
Anna tends to place a lot of the blame for the separation on Elsa and also pushes Elsa specifically to stop keeping secrets from her. Many of the books also push that Elsa specifically kept her door closed and hid away, and the only thing we see in True Treasure is Iduna pushing for Anna to have faith that she and Elsa will be together again.
So it seems that maybe the parents...didn't really address it directly? I haven't really seen anything (unless I missed it) where the parents sit down and explain to Anna what's going on...which I guess makes sense with Anna's comment about how Elsa shut her out, and she never knew why. In fact, this sort of explains why the narrative tends to focus on Anna blaming Elsa for the separation - if the parents never addressed Elsa's behavior, then yea, Anna would think that Elsa was the issue.
In terms of my own ideas, I would think that they told Anna some kind of excuse like "Elsa's not feeling well." or "Elsa is studying and is really busy." I also wonder a lot about what excuse they had for closing the gates. "Your father works better without distractions." or maybe "We're working on an issue right now and can't have outside people snooping in."
I'm now going to be pondering the logic here for a long time - thank you haha.

How would you have made Helsa canon?
Okay there are 3 ways we can go about this.
Frozen. In the first Frozen, it's Elsa Hans meets, not Anna. It starts out with a dance, at first Elsa is hesitant, but Hans says please and Elsa could not refuse. Elsa finds a kindred spirit in Hans. Hans shares his mistreatment over the hands of his family and Elsa reveals that her parents made her conceal, don't feel. Hans says "maybe we're more alike than I thought, your majesty" Elsa tells Hans how she had to shut Anna out and Hans simply tells her "you were close, if you open up, I'm sure she would forgive you. Before Elsa goes to see Anna, Hans gives Elsa a winter rose. And Elsa smiles like she's never before. More of the events of the first movie happens. Elsa and Anna reunite, Elsa loses control and shuts Anna and Hans out and Let It Go. Anna and Kristoff's journey. When Hans comes to save Elsa at her castle. Hans tells Elsa she's not a monster, the powers she wields are beautiful, and for once in her life, Elsa doesn't view this power as a curse and the warmth from Hans begins to thaw out the ice. And more or less goes like this fan comic. It's the Duke Of Weselton who's the villain.(you know the obvious asshole who has a problem with Elsa having powers). Elsa and Anna's love for each other saves each other. Elsa and Hans get married and Elsa tosses the bouquet towards Anna and Kristoff and winks at her sister. Elsa finds someone who understands her and helps her embrace her powers and someone who helped bring her and Anna back together. Hans found something worth even more than a throne. Love and magic. True love. And Hans has what he always wanted. A family. A King with his Queen
Frozen 2. Remember the Frozen 2 teaser that shows Anna picking up a sword? In my opinion, that was supposed to be Hans. But let's say that is Hans. Hans intentions are to seek help from Elsa because of the crisis and mostly he just wants to escape to the Enchanted Forest to escape the torment of his family. Absolutely no one trusts him and Hans journey is not about escape, but redemption. Also I like chooarts and other Helsa fanartists depiction of Hans having a beard. But anyways, the fire spirit latches onto Hans.(more on that later) When Elsa leaves Anna behind, Hans goes to find her. When Hans finds her, she's frozen like in the movie. The fire spirt bonds with Hans and Hans uses his new found power to save Elsa. Elsa, Hans, Anna and Kristoff together save the Enchanted Forrest. And Elsa tells Hans she forgives him and they hold hands and embrace in a hug an teasing for something more. And Olaf makes a joke about the two lovebirds while Elsa and Hans turn redder than fire. Eventually Anna forgives Hans. He saved Elsa and helped save the Enchanted Forest and Arendelle and Hans wishes her the best with Kristoff, he is a better man for her than he could've been. And they part as friends. Where Elsa found the place she belongs, Hans found his belonging with Elsa, because the Fifth Spirit needs the Fire spirit to stay whole. Anna takes her place as Queen with Kristoff, while Elsa and Hans stay in the Enchanted Forest.
Frozen 3. Hans' father and 12 brothers intend to invade Arendelle. They see Arendelle as vulnerable without Elsa. So Hans goes to the Enchanted Forest to warn Elsa. And together Elsa and Hans would save Arendelle together. I also think it should be revealed that Hans has Fire Powers. In the process of working together, Elsa and Hans begin to fall for each other and Elsa finally learns to forgive Hans for what he's done. And with Elsa as a master of ice and Hans a master of fire, Fire & Ice together saves the day and unites two kingdoms.

Episode 4: The Dark Nokk🌊
Tumblr media
Cover edited by me
Episode 4 is also available, two episodes a week. The episode's title sounds and cover looks incredible so I hope it gives us more of what's going on.
Summary:
Again the episode starts with Mattias in present day whose training soldiers while telling the story. That's to remind us that Mattias is telling the story. Again the soldier addresses Elsa as Queen. Anna and the rest secure Arendelle Castle from flooding using Disa's experience with her kingdom's castle. Anna tells Kristoff she's going to the forest to help Elsa and leaves Kristoff in charge. Kristoff wants to come with her but Anna says she needs someone responsible to look after the kingdom. Kristoff agrees seeing the state Arendelle is in. Queen Disa offers to come and Anna agrees. Before she goes, Anna tells Kristoff she knows he has everything at hand and will be back before he knows it. Kristoff reassures her of Wolfgang too given how clumsy he is (just like his uncle).
Elsa reaches the dark sea and sees the Nokk at last. Seeing his actions she feels he's trying to tell her something. Anna and Disa find Elsa and Elsa tells them they shouldn't be here. Disa seeing the Nokk demands a scientific explanation to the horse form of the water lol while Elsa rides the Nokk and tries to investigate the situation.
Kristoff in Arendelle, doesn't count himself as in charge but rather just looking after Arendelle. Wolfgang further encourages Kristoff to work on his leadership skills.
Anna sees a giant spider drifting in the dark sea and also Elsa what that thing is. Disa says it's an “Automaton”, a product of science, machines that are created to perform specific functions. Disa dives into the water and goes to the machine. Elsa sees that the machine is broken and leaking oil but is struggling to move without it leaking further fearing the oil will go in water. Disa says she can remove the oil tank but after she does so, a big wave washes her back on shore where Anna stands. Elsa and Anna examine the metal machine while Disa's aside, wrapped in a blanket. Elsa suspects Disa finding it curious that she wants to help. Anna however dismisses this. Elsa fears Disa is taking advantage of the fact that her own kingdom flooded. Anna tells her Disa is her friend and Elsa doesn't know as well as she does. Elsa agrees just for the sake of it reminding Anna she doesn't trust people as easily as she does. They hug the tensions due down a little. The sisters find a piece of the machinery to be copper. Suddenly, a fire occurs in the forest which leads Elsa to search for Bruni.
Back at the castle, Kristoff and Wolfagang have a bit of a rest. Kristoff hopes Anna is okay but before he could finish his sentence Wolfagang interrupts saying he's sure they're having a splendid time.
The episode ends leaving us suspicious of the Dukes nephew now.
Breakdown:
When Anna tells Kristoff she's going to the forest, she tells him she needs someone “responsible” to look after the kingdom. I guess you could say she has learnt from her mistake of leaving Hasn in charge as she just put him in charge just like that. This time she knows Kristoff, and has seen his responsibilities to Arendelle and therefore trusts him. We have a cute little ktistanna moment in that scene or at least I think of it as one, when Kristoff says “Promise me you won't do anything crazy?”, and Anna asks, “Who? Me?”, as Kristoff replies “Yes, you.”. It's a nod to Anna doing and talking crazy in Frozen (especially with Hans) when she was all about marrying Hans and what she thought true love was then.
Queen Disa seems to only want to come to see the magic of the forest in first person but perhaps this adventure will get her to be reassured of the safety and beauty of magic.
We have another Ktistanna moment when Anna tells Kristoff she believes in him, his leadership of taking care of the kingdom while Kristoff reassures her of the safety and protection of the kingdom. We don't have a hug or a kiss but I'm sure that did happen but Mattias didn't tell them about it due not being important to tell.
Kristoff working on his leadership skills is actually trying to prepare for his role as King of Arendelle and Wolfgang is helping Kristoff use this opportunity to do so.
Elsa still suspects Disa questioning why she would want to help. She tells Anna she doesn't trust people as easily as she does. If we look at the situation with Hans, Anna trusted him blindly because he was a prince and looked charming. Elsa though did also trust Hans. Just before Hans pulls out his sword, Elsa tells him to take care of Anna. But since then Elsa has been more aware of who to trust and who not too especially with their Anna trusts. So now it's much harder for Elsa to trust people even if their actions are good. So if Hans does return and becomes redeemed in Frozen 3, Elsa would find it a little difficult to trust him. Anna would too but then again Anna might forgive Hans before Elsa does.
The way Wolfagang interrupts Kristoff's worry for Anna and Elsa, saying they're alright makes me feel that he is behind the machinery with the copper too and he even calls the enchanted forest the “cursed forest”
I mean it would make sense for the Dukes nephew to be behind this as the Duke saw magic as dangerous. But perhaps that's what they want the audience to think. They want us to suspect Disa and Wolfagang but in reality it's just a matter of trust and how we see their intentions.
But this episode was better than the previous one. I'm pulling my hair as to who the real villain is. Disa or Wolfgang? Or both? Or neither? It could just be about trust in which case I'm all in for because trust makes me immediately this of Hans!
Those who know please don't tell me!

Elsa Comes Out (Frozen 2 Fanfic)
The fireplace glowed warmly in the castle of Arendelle. Elsa hugged a pillow in her arms and sighed as she looked at the fire.
She wore her Fifth Spirit gown and had her platinum-blonde hair flowing. Her eyes were hypnotically drawn to the fire and it somewhat reminded her of Bruni and Honeymaren.
She was staying at the castle for the night. Oh, about Honeymaren…Elsa couldn’t keep thinking about her or her well-thought plan. The plan that she was going to tell Anna, Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf that…she was gay.
Suddenly, the voice of her sister Anna broke her trance. “Elsa?”
Anna wore her hair in her usual braids and she wore a lime green nightgown. Her husband Kristoff was with her and so was Olaf and Sven.
“You wanted to talk to us about something?” Kristoff asked as the three sat down and Sven sat as well.
“Yes.” Elsa replied.
“Y’know, you can tell us whatever you want.” Olaf said, a smile around his face.
Elsa smiled as well and let go of the pillow. The time has come…and she thought it was time to put her plan into action. She stood up and faced the others. Anna still had a smile on her face and Elsa took a deep breath.
She kept making breaths in her head and thought, “Come on, Elsa Oldenburg*! You built an ice castle by yourself, saved Arendelle and Northuldra from permanent conflict, and became pretty much became a god or spirit of ice! What’s so hard with telling them your orientation?!” She then blushed a bit and said, “Anna…Kristoff…Sven…Olaf…”
“Uh-huh?” Olaf was definitely on board.
“There’s something urgent that I need to tell you about…It’s something that I’ve kept a secret about myself until I met Honeymaren and moved to the Enchanted Forest and I just can’t keep it in anymore…”
Sven let out a grunt of confusion and Elsa sighed. She kept telling herself to keep calm and crossed her arms. “…I…I…”
“You’re a god?” Kristoff interrupted.
“No…Hehe…” Elsa chuckled and kept her blush. She finally said the words, “…I…I…I’m gay.”
The four on the couch were shocked and Elsa knew this would happen. “So, I like women instead of men…You probably hate me now…”
Anna smiled and said, “I would never hate you. In fact, I kinda…I kinda always knew.”
“W-What?”
“We’re sisters. We share a mind and…” Anna‘s kind smile turned into a mischievous smirk. “…I saw you eyeballing Honeymaren back at the campfire all those months ago. Trust me.”
“Wow…My sister knew I was gay the entire time…and I hid it from her because I was scared…”
“Elsa, you never had to be scared to tell me what you like!” Anna put a hand on her sister’s shoulder. “Same-sex marriage is legal in Arendelle, and you’re my sister.” she wrapped Elsa in a hug. “I’ll always love and support you like I have before.”
Kristoff joined in the hug. “Although I’m confused as all heck, I’m happy for you, Elsa.”
“Yeah.” Olaf agreed.
“And we love and encourage you all the way!” Sven “said.”
“Awe, thank you. Sven!” Elsa gave the reindeer’s head a kiss.
“Only question I have is…Have you told the Northuldrans?” Anna asked.
“Yes, and they have gave me love and support like what you guys are having.”
“Well, what are you gonna do now?”
“I believe…I think I should ask Honeymaren out and see what she thinks…” Elsa replied.
“Don’t worry, I’ll help.”
Elsa had tears from her eyes out of happiness that Anna and everyone around her was supportive of her. “I love you all so much…”
And the five engaged in a massive hug that was kept warm by love and the fireplace…
THE END…
(Author’s Note: I headcanon Oldenburg to be Elsa and Anna’s last names)

Frozen - as a Hallmark xmas Movie
Tumblr media
tags: Kristoff x Anna; Elsa x Honeymaren; SFW; cozy; SILLY (I warned u).
Ok, I'm no good at writing fanfics, so it's just my idea separated into paragraphs... (I- I hope at least one person will enjoy it):
------------✽------------
Sad Past - Anna and Elsa parents died in a boat accident, the girls lost their memories and were adopted by different families, losing touch/contact with each other. Anna, now older, a week before xmas she breaks up with Hans (CEO of "Forever 13" a greenwashing perfume company), and leaves the big city to discover more about herself and her past going to her childhood country town: Arendelle.
Lonely Father - Kristoff, a bit of a fixer upper, father of a little girl named Evangelina Kristina Trollini, or just "Eve" for her friends. The Trollini surname is from Eve's mother (a mysterious blond woman with a side ponytail). Kristoff started living with them after Eve was born. They love to do silly xmas pranks like adding raisins in Kristoff's food "because it's good for the intestine" as grandma Troll-ini would say. (I'm so sorry for the surname pun...)
A Miracle Happens - Anna and Elsa both get a dream with the spirit of Frosty Olaf the Snowman that tells them to participate in a Snowman-contest (a Snowtest); it was a draw, they both won the first prize: a reindeer sleigh ride, their re-encounter ("rein-counter" lol ok my puns are horrible) brings back their lost memories, a true xmas miracle.
Misunderstandings - "Mysterious blond woman with a side ponytail" Anna kept wondering who Eve's mother was; as Kristoff kept wondering if Anna was engaged to Hans (whom wasn't taking down so soon his "we are engaged" post on the internet as it would be bad for his marketing). "I saw no ring" Eve said to her father about Anna's hand. "A-Anna... I'm gay." abruptly explained Elsa to Anna. And thus the misunderstanding was cleared! The fact was: Elsa had been adopted into the Trollini family after the boat accident, but she was not the mysterious blond woman. The Trollini tried for years to search for Anna to adopt her into the family too so she could grow in Arendelle with her sister, but to no avail as their far relatives had taken Anna away blaming Elsa for the accident as it happened in Elsa's birthday. As for Eve's mother? She died during birth. This was years after Elsa's adoption into the Trollini, back then Elsa felt like she had lost a second sister, despite not being able to remember about Anna nor their childhood.
Coffee-shop Mission! - The totally spies duo Anna and Eve succeeded to set up Elsa and Honeymaren together, as the later worked in a coffee-shop. Honey had to work and they saw the duo spying on them, so the couple, under the mistletoe, held hands and kissu- on the CHEEK (hÁ, u were trolled, by a f/a/m/i/l/y/m/o/v/i/e); lol the straight couple Anna and Kristoff don't even give a cheek-kiss, they hugged, spun, touched forehead, and THEN- were interrupted by Eve. U are welcome, I'm very evil. Only Grandma Trollini gives as many cheek-kisses as she wants.
The end.
Post-credits Scene - Hans wakes up in a pile of coal (no Santa's present for him) after having a nightmare with Frosty Olaf the Snowman explaining he will be visited by the spirits from the past, present and the future.

All Is Found: Engaging Anna and Kristoff
Spoilers
A nice little preparing-a-party type of a story. It has some symbolism though. Elsa and the others had some difficult times preparing a party that could represent and unite both Anna and Krisroff, their personalities. Castle and Mountains, aristocracy and commoners. It reflects how sometimes Anna and Kristoff couldn't find agreement(and promises themes for F3?) but with a little bit of love all becomes well. Kristanna theme here follows the Cruise Party comparing Agduna and Kristanna as people from "different worlds" "united by love".
Some quotes:
Tumblr media
Elsa knew that after so many years of closed gates and lonely milestones, Anna would love a party. Kristoff maybe not so much, but he'd survive. He'd do anything for her sister.
I know Kristoff started delivering ice in his teens [tenth anniversary of Kristoff starting his official ice harvesting business]
This story really emphasises Kristoff's connection to the trolls. He is now 24 or 25 years old and seems to have left the trolls at the age of 14 or 15 to live in the human world again - although he has not been always sitting in the Valley before, he attended a school. When we first meet him he seems very lonely and that's why he has developed a habit of talking to Sven. Maybe he first started it because the trolls sleep during the day and he was left all alone with Sven and no one else. Imagine the cold reality little Kristoff had to face in the human world after the cheerful magical harmony of the troll world. Plus he should have realised by that moment that he doesn't quite fit in with the trolls either - he's human, but…. Anyway, Kristoff is a more complex character than we tend to think.
Kristoff's cheeks reddened at the name of his fiancée. "I'd do anything for Anna."
An ice sculpture of the queen and her ice man.
"You don't have to look nice tonight, even though you always look nice. Always!" He ran a hand through his hair and sighed. "Sven? Help, please?" Sven seemed to groan.
Being the Fifth Spirit comes with responsibility, you know. Just like being queen of Arendelle does[Kristoff]
I hate secrets. I'm bad at them [Anna]
We're happy they found each other.
A mix of both worlds, just like Anna and Kristoff.
She kissed him.
I have a hard times sitting out on things. I'm a doer[Anna]
"You know me so well, Elsa" Kristoff said.
They could share Elsa's favourite thing of all: a group hug.

Okay here is part two….SOOOO SORRY ITS LATE!!!
Warnings: Angst, Death, loss of loved one.
Note: I tried my best to fix any mistakes on this one
Title: loving the snow queen is a losing game….part 2 ;)
That moment….that’s all you could think about….you wanted to know if she was okay….then you woke up. Pain was the first thing you felt, both from your head….and worries. The room was a guest room in the palace you figured Anna had someone put you in this room after you knocked yourself out on the hard frozen lake. All you could do was just sigh in emptiness. You looked out the window and saw that Summer had turned into Winter over night. Then the door opened and look who it was Anna she was relieved to see you awake. “Oh thank god your awake!” Anna said giving you a hug “How do you feel?” She asked you. “I feel….okay….” You said to her “though I do have a headache but nothing I can’t tolerate…” Anna nodded her head. She knew you were a tough but sweet cookie (NOT A SHIP!) you slowly got out of bed you were in your undergarments. Luckily a fresh pair of warm clothes was waiting for you on a table Anna left the room to let you change. Once you got dressed you opened the door and exited the guest room Anna was waiting for you. “You good to go?” She asked you. You simply nodded your head and off to the cold streets of Arendelle. Once you were outside Soldiers, guards, civilians, and nobles were all wondering how tf did it become so god Damn cold af outside?!?! Hanz was helping with getting everything warm food, blankets, and help as much as he could. Him and Anna were talking and while you helped out then you heard a certain noble weasel speak “It’s freezing out hear. That Damn sorceress!” That got your blood boiling so you spoke up like any good friend would do (Totally not because you simping for Elsa or anything) “Hey leave Elsa alone! She didn’t mean for any of this to happen!” You said in a aggressive manner “Why are you defending that Witch?!?! She nearly killed me!!” You did not give a single fuck “Well it gives you no right to call her any of those things!” “Well idc what a commoner like you thinks!” You wanted to punch him “Besides look around you! She’s cursed us!” You should punch him “Why are you even defending her Huh?!?! Are you in liege with her? Are you witch/wizard?!?” You really should punch him “Are you a monster just like her-“ you punched him…..really….really…..really…..Really….REALLY….REALLY…….good which launched him a couple feet away from you. “How dare you strike me!?!! I-I’ll shall have you punished for this!!!” “ENOUGH!” Anna shouted “That’s enough!….” She said in a serious tone “Listen I accidentally caused this I pushed her too far so I’m gonna go find her” Anna spoke which made everyone gasp in surprise. “Anna wait no you can’t it’s too dangerous” Hanz spoke with (fake) concern “Hanz I can take of myself besides she’s my sister she’d never hurt me” Anna said trying to defend her sister in a way “How can we trust you Hmmmm? what if your a witch too?!?!” The noble weasel spoke with only fuelled your dislike for him “Call her a witch one more time and I swear!” You spoke with fury. “Y/N calm down” Anna said to you while standing between you and that weasel “Anna please you can’t go it’s not safe!” Hanz spoke “She’s not going alone” You said loudly “I’m coming with her”. “Y/N you can’t idk if Elsa will hurt you or not” Anna spoke with concern “Anna you know that I know those woods like the back of my hand besides Elsa was my best friend so I’m going to find her whether you like or not” you spoke the truth Anna knew for a fact that you knew those woods very very well and you knew how to handle yourself. “**Sigh** okay fine your right” she said in defeat, she turns towards a guard and asks for her horse “Anna wait!” Hanz grabs her hand as she gets on the horse “Be careful…” he said “I will” she said in a promising tone. “Don’t worry lover boy I’ll keep her safe” you said to Hanz with a laugh and a teasing smirk and tone “Anna we should stop at my house I need to grab some things” you said to her “Alrighty then” you and her went back to your place. You got all the things you needed and went out into the now Frozen wilderness with a mission to find Elsa, stop this eternal Winter and bring her home.

Chapter 72! @gyubby99
When everyone went to sit back down, Elsa and Jack approached Ms. Carla and her husband. "Oh hello dear!" Carla exclaimed as she hugged Elsa. "This must be the lucky groom! Hello Jackson," Carla stated as she shook Jack's hand. "Hello Ms. Carla. Are you enjoying the wedding?" Jack asked. "Very much so! Thank you for inviting us!" Carla replied. As they finished their conversation, Elsa and Jack went to go sit down to enjoy the rest of their wedding reception.
People began going home or to wherever they had been staying, well.. those people being Carla and her husband. They were the only people there who weren't magical, or related.
"Do you have a place to go?" Elsa asked her parents. "I'm afraid not..." iduna stated. "You can come home with us! We have the living room! Or you could sleep in olafs room," Jack offered. "That's a great idea Jack!" Elsa exclaimed. "What about Anna?" Agnarr asked. "Oh don't worry papa, after we have that talk, Kristoff and I are going to stay with rapunzel," Anna reassured. "Right.. the talk..." Agnarr replied, a little scared for what might be in store.
An hour or so later, Everyone was back at Elsa and Jack's apartment. Elsa, Anna, and their parents all sat in the small kitchen silently, while Jack stayed in Elsas room so he could give the family their privacy. "Why did you guys make elsa keep her powers hidden from me?" Anna asked. "We didn't know how to handle them... you had already been hurt... in all honesty, when we got back from Attohallan we were going to tell you.. but then...." Iduna answered as she recalled she and her husband's deaths. "But I just... wouldn't it have been safer? To tell me my sister had powers she physically couldn't control so I could be aware? I could've helped her so much back then if I'd have known..." Anna replied. "We realize that now, Sunshine... we should have told you," Agnarr stated. "Its so strange having you here again... after all Anna and I have been through...." Elsa muttered. "What have you been through?" Iduna asked. Elsa looked at Anna, who nodded with a small smile. "From my point if view, I hurt my sister... then I felt I had to lock myself away because I was a monster... then... then I lose my best friend... then my parents.... then I gain my boyfriend.. then I lose my sister... then she comes back to life... life is amazing for days... I get pregnant... I lose my baby...." elsa told. Her parents eyes widened at the last part. "You... you lost a baby?" Iduna asked. Elsa looked up, a bit numbly. "Yes... then Jack and I broke up... then I died.... came back to life... then I lost kristoff... then anna, again.. thought Jack was dead... lost 2 of my friends... my niece and nephew.... and that's not even the full story.. I'm just naming off how many people I watched die," Elsa explained. "And Anna's point of view?" Agnarr asked. Anna sighed. "My sister shuts me out for no reason... I live in isolation my whole life until Elsa's coronation. I meet a guy... we get engaged... Elsa runs away after her powers get revealed to the whole kingdom. I go after her.. I meet kristoff... my fiancé turns out to be a douche bag.... kristoff, elsa, Jack, our entire found family live in peace... then Elsa hears... your voice calling to her," Anna explained before looking to her mother. "Mine?" Iduna asked. Anna nodded. "We set out to find the voice, Elsa breaks her promise that we would find the voice together... I thought Kristoff left me.. then Elsa left me... then... then Elsa died... I figured our that our grandfather had killed the northuldra leader without reason, and that he did so because he was afraid their magic would overrule him... then Olaf died... then I had to break the dam," Anna explained. "You what?!" Agnarr scolded. "That dam protected Arendelle!" He stated. "Yes, and it's also the reason that the forest was hidden!" Elsa replied. "Arendelle was safe! Elsa came back as the fifth spirit and saved it. Then we lived on happily, I became queen, had two kids... I had to watch my husband die. Then I died... then I'm back and well... you know the rest," Anna finished. Their parents sat there silently. "You kept... so many secrets from us..." Anna muttered. "You hid Elsa away... kept me in the dark for 13 years.... god.. we love you.. but... all the secrets..." Anna stated. "No more secrets. Not anymore. We promise," Iduna stated. Elsa and Anna looked at each other before smiling.
